Mr. Darrin J. Andersen is the President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer of QC Holdings, Inc. Prior to his appointment as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Andersen served as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Andersen joined the company in February 1998 and served as chief financial officer from December 1999 until April 2004. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Andersen worked in the accounting department of Newell Rubbermaid, a manufacturing company listed on the New York Stock Exchange, and in the audit group of Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Andersen is a past president of the Community Financial Services Association of America. Mr. Darin Scott Smith is Vice President - Operations, Western U.S. of QC Holdings, Inc. He has been with the company since 1994. From October 2001 until his appointment in June 2008 as vice president of operations, western U.S., he served as regional director, with operational responsibility for branches in Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and Nebraska. Mr. Lamberti retired from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) in 1998, where he was an attorney for over 25 years, including the last 13 years as Regional Counsel, Kansas City Region, FDIC. Mr. Lemery retired in 1999 as Senior Vice President and Actuary of Kansas City Life Insurance Company, a Nasdaq Global Market company. He served on the board of directors of Kansas City Life from 1985 to 1999.
