 Dr. Michael Allan Price serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Q Investments Ltd. Mr. Price is a Chartered Accountant. He worked as an international tax consultant with Ernst & Whinney in Hong Kong. He also worked in the international tax field in London with Spicer & Oppenheim and Pannell Kerr Forster. Mr. Price was managing Director of Veco Trust (UK) Limited’s London office where, in addition to his international tax practice he provided a range of corporate services to international owner managed businesses and provided consulting to the venture capital industry, assisting with corporate structures and fund raising. Since 2001, Mr. Price has been a managing director for Amicorp (UK) Limited, an international financial consulting company.

 Mr. Arthur Price serves as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance, Director of Q Investments Ltd.
