Bruce Golden	Mr. Bruce Golden is Independent Chairman of the Board of Qlik Technologies Inc since September 2009. He is a partner at Accel Partners which he joined in 1997. He has served as a member of the company board of directors since 2004 and as Chairman of the company board of directors since 2009. Mr. Golden has led a number of investments in enterprise software and Internet-related companies while at Accel and currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Responsys and several private companies. Mr. Golden holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. in political science from Columbia University.
Lars Bjork	Mr. Lars Bjork is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Qlik Technologies Inc. He has served as the company President and Chief Executive Officer since October 2007 and as a member of the company board of directors since 2004. From August 2006 to October 2007, he served as the company Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. Deborah Lofton	Ms. Deborah C. Lofton is Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Qlik Technologies Inc. From January 2008 to January 2011, Ms. Lofton served as Counsel at McCausland Keen & Buckman.
