Biographies

Name Description

Bruce Golden

Mr. Bruce Golden is Independent Chairman of the Board of Qlik Technologies Inc since September 2009. He is a partner at Accel Partners which he joined in 1997. He has served as a member of the company board of directors since 2004 and as Chairman of the company board of directors since 2009. Mr. Golden has led a number of investments in enterprise software and Internet-related companies while at Accel and currently serves as a member of the board of directors of Responsys and several private companies. Mr. Golden holds an M.B.A. from Stanford University and a B.A. in political science from Columbia University.

Lars Bjork

Mr. Lars Bjork is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Qlik Technologies Inc. He has served as the company President and Chief Executive Officer since October 2007 and as a member of the company board of directors since 2004. From August 2006 to October 2007, he served as the company Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer. From August 2000 to August 2006, Mr. Björk served as Chief Financial Officer of QlikTech International AB. From January 1999 to August 2000, he served as Chief Information Officer of Resurs Finance. From May 1994 to January 1999, Mr. Björk served as Chief Financial Officer of ScandStick, a manufacturer of adhesive material. Since March 2012, Mr. Björk has served as a director of Alfresco Inc. Mr. Björk received an MBA from the University of Lund, Sweden and a Degree in Engineering from the Technical College in Helsingborg, Sweden.

Timothy MacCarrick

Mr. Timothy J. MacCarrick has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer of Qlik Technologies Inc., effective July 1, 2013. Prior to joining QlikTech, Mr. MacCarrick served as Chief Operating Officer (COO) at De Lage Landen (DLL) from June, 2010 until June, 2013, where he was responsible for operations, product and service delivery and local in-country sales for DLL Global Vendor Finance. Prior to DLL, from July, 2008 until May, 2010, Mr. MacCarrick was Corporate Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Crane Co. responsible for financial, accounting, internal control, audit, compliance, treasury, tax, investor relations, customer administration, mergers and acquisitions due diligence, and environmental health and safety activities. Prior to Crane, Mr. MacCarrick was employed by Xerox from 1988 until June, 2008, where he most recently served as the Corporate Vice President and Vice President, Finance for Xerox, North America and held a number of financial management positions, including Chief Financial Officer for Xerox Europe. Mr. MacCarrick holds an M.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Accounting from Clarkson University.

Leslie Bonney

Mr. Leslie Bonney is Chief Operating Officer of Qlik Technologies Inc. From March 2010 to March 2011, Mr. Bonney served as Executive Vice President of Global Field Operations. From October 2007 to March 2010, Mr. Bonney served as Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales. From June 2005 to October 2007, Mr. Bonney served as Vice President International Markets. From January 2004 to June 2005, Mr. Bonney served as Senior Vice President and General Manager Europe, Middle East and Africa markets of StreamServe, a document management company. Mr. Bonney received a B.Sc. in Marine Biology from James Cook University.

Anthony Deighton

Mr. Anthony Deighton is Chief Technology Officer, Senior Vice President - Products of Qlik Technologies Inc. Mr. Deighton served as Senior Vice President, Products from January 2005 to September 2011. He previously served as the General Manager of Siebel Systems’ Employee Relationship Management (ERM) business unit, among a variety of other product marketing roles at Siebel Systems from October 1999 to January 2005. Prior to joining Siebel, Mr. Deighton worked as a business analyst at A.T. Kearney in Chicago, Illinois. Mr. Deighton received a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. with high distinction from Harvard Business School.

Dennis Johnson

Mr. Dennis E. Johnson is Chief Accounting Officer of Qlik Technologies Inc. Mr. Johnson served as Vice President, Finance from January 2011 to January 2012. He also served as Director of Accounting and External Reporting from September 2009 to January 2011. Mr. Johnson held various positions at MEDecision, Inc. from 2002 to 2009 including Vice President, Finance and Corporate Controller. Mr. Johnson holds a B.S. in Accounting from La Salle University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Villanova University and is an active Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

Deborah Lofton

Ms. Deborah C. Lofton is Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of Qlik Technologies Inc. From January 2008 to January 2011, Ms. Lofton served as Counsel at McCausland Keen & Buckman. From 2005 to 2007, Ms. Lofton served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of InfraSource Services, Inc. Prior to that, Ms. Lofton held executive level positions at SunGard Availability Services, RMH Teleservices, Inc. and SunGard Data Systems, Inc. Ms. Lofton has a B.A. in American Government from the University of Virginia and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Diane Adams

Ms. Diane K. Adams has been appointed as Chief People Officer of Qlik Technologies Inc., effective June 10, 2013. Adams brings experience in organizational and leadership development, change management and strategic staffing for high growth companies, including Cisco Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO), where she served in a variety of human resources leadership positions over a 14-year span during which the company grew from $2.2 billion in revenue and approximately 4,000 employees to $36 billion in revenue and more than 65,000 employees. In her final three years she served in a dual position as vice president, human resources, international and vice president, human resources, worldwide sales. Adams joins QlikTech most recently from AllScripts (NASDAQ:MDRX), where she served as executive vice president, culture and talent, during a three-year period in which the company grew from $548 million in revenue and 2,400 employees to $1.4 billion in revenue and over 7,000 employees, and executed the acquisitions of Misys and Eclipsys.

John Gavin

Mr. John J. Gavin, Jr., is an Independent Director of Qlik Technologies Inc., since February 2010. Since June 2008, Mr. Gavin has engaged in consulting, advisory and investment activities. Mr. Gavin served as Chief Financial Officer of BladeLogic, Inc. from January 2007 until June 2008, when it was acquired by BMC Software. From April 2004 through December 2006, Mr. Gavin was Chief Financial Officer of Navisite, Inc. From February 2000 through December 2001, Mr. Gavin served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cambridge Technology Partners, which was acquired by Novell, Inc. Prior to 2000, Mr. Gavin spent twelve years at Data General Corporation rising to the post of Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gavin also spent ten years at Price Waterhouse LLP and is a certified public accountant. Mr. Gavin has served on the board of directors as the chair of the audit committee of Vistaprint, N.V. since 2006. From 2001 to 2005 Mr. Gavin was a member of the board of directors and the audit chairman for Ascential Software which was acquired by IBM in April 2005. Mr. Gavin served as a member of the board of directors of Consona Corporation until 2012 and serves as a member of the board of directors of BroadSoft, Inc. and Varonis Systems, Inc. Mr. Gavin holds a B.S. in accounting from Providence College.

Deborah Hopkins

Ms. Deborah C. Hopkins is an Independent Director of Qlik Technologies Inc., since April 1, 2011. Based in Palo Alto, California, Ms. Hopkins has served as Citi’s Chief Innovation Officer since 2008. Her mission is client-focused innovation. Ms. Hopkins focuses on building partnerships with venture capitalists, start-ups, corporations, universities and thought leaders to support the incubation of emerging technologies in the design, development, and implementation of disruptive customer centric business models. She serves also as Chairman of Citi’s venture capital initiatives. Since joining Citi in 2003, Ms. Hopkins’ previous positions include Chief Operations and Technology Officer, and head of Corporate Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions. She has co-chaired Citi’s women’s initiative, and previously served for five years on the board of directors for Citibank N.A., and Citicorp Holdings, Inc. Prior to joining Citi, Ms. Hopkins was CFO at Boeing, CFO at Lucent Technologies, and served for five years on the Board of Directors of the DuPont Company. She is an advisor to Riverwood Capital.

Alexander Ott

Mr. Alexander Ott is an Independent Director of Qlik Technologies Inc since November 2004. Mr. Ott is the owner of Cross Continental Ventures, a global advisory firm, which he founded and has managed since 2003. He was a Venture Partner at Jerusalem Venture Partners from 2003 to 2011. From 1999 to 2003, Mr. Ott was a member of the executive committee of Siebel Systems where he ran the Europe, Middle East and Africa division and subsequently the Americas division. From 1990 to 1999, Mr. Ott had several executive positions at SAP AG and SAP America, Inc., including Chief Executive Officer of International Markets, Senior Vice President of Latin America and Senior Vice President of Marketing and Global Alliances. Mr. Steffan C. Tomlinson is an Independent Director of Qlik Technologies Inc. He has served as the chief financial officer of Palo Alto Networks since February 2012. From September 2011 to January 2012, Mr. Tomlinson was chief financial officer at Arista Networks, Inc., a provider of cloud networking solutions. From April 2011 to September 2011, Mr. Tomlinson was a partner and chief administrative officer at Silver Lake Kraftwerk, a private investment firm. From September 2005 to March 2011, Mr. Tomlinson was chief financial officer of Aruba Networks, Inc., a provider of intelligent wireless LAN switching systems. From 2000 until its acquisition by Juniper Networks, Inc., a supplier of network infrastructure products and services, in 2005, Mr. Tomlinson served in several roles, including chief financial officer, at Peribit Networks, Inc., a provider of WAN optimization technology. Mr. Tomlinson holds an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University and a B.A. in Sociology from Trinity College.

Paul Wahl

Mr. Paul Wahl is an Independent Director of Qlik Technologies Inc., since October 2004. He currently serves as CEO of Causata, Inc. From April 1999 until his retirement in March 2003, Mr. Wahl served as president and chief operating officer of Siebel Systems, Inc. From October 1998 until March 1999, he served as the chief executive officer of TriStrata. From January 1996 until September 1998, Mr. Wahl served as chief executive officer of SAP America, Inc. and as an executive board member of SAP AG.
