Name	Description
Thomas White	Mr. Thomas M.White is Independent Chairman of the Board of Quality Distribution, Inc. He has been a director of QDI since November 6, 2007. Mr. White joined Apollo in May 2007 as an Operating Partner in the distribution and transportation industries. He is currently serving as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Constellium, an Apollo owned entity based in Paris, France. During 2009, Mr. White served as interim Chief Financial Officer of CEVA Group, plc, an Apollo owned entity based in the Netherlands and in 2010 he served as interim Chief Financial Officer of SkyLink Aviation, Inc. an Apollo owned entity based in Toronto, Canada. From 2002 to 2007, Mr. White was the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Hub Group, Inc., a NASDAQ listed company providing transportation management, intermodal, truck brokerage and logistics services. Prior to joining Hub Group, Mr. White was a senior audit partner with Arthur Andersen, which he joined in 1979. Mr. White currently serves on the board of directors of CEVA Group plc, SkyLink Aviation, EVERTEC Inc. and Landauer, Inc. Mr. White is a CPA.
Gary Enzor	Mr. Gary R. Enzor is Chief Executive Officer and Director of Quality Distribution Inc. He has served as Chief Executive Officer since June 2007 and as President of QDI from November 2005 to July 2010. Mr. Enzor joined QDI in December 2004. Prior to joining QDI, Mr. Enzor served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Swift Transportation since August 2002. Prior to Swift, Mr. Enzor held executive positions with Honeywell International, Dell Computer and AlliedSignal Inc. (now Honeywell International, Inc.).
Joseph Troy	Mr. Joseph J. Troy is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Quality Distribution Inc. Prior to joining QDI, Mr. Troy held various senior leadership positions with Walter Industries, Inc. (predecessor to Walter Energy), including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to that, Mr. Troy held various banking positions with NationsBank and its predecessor institutions. Mr. Troy previously served on the board of directors of Cellu Tissue Holdings, Inc., a producer and seller of tissue papers in the United States. Randall Strutz	Mr. Randall T. Strutz is President - Quality Carriers of Quality Distribution, Inc. He has served as company's Senior Vice President of Sales and New Business Development. Before joining QDI, Mr. Strutz held the position of Chief Executive Officer with Morgan Systems, Inc., from 2008 to 2010. Prior to Morgan Systems, Mr. Strutz worked at Pacer International from 2001 to 2007, where he held the positions of Chief Commercial Officer as well as the President of Rail Brokerage and Chief Operating Officer. From 1988 through 2001, Mr. Strutz held the positions of Financial Manager, Plant Controller, Logistics Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and Plant Manager for Thomson, S.A. Mr. Strutz also worked at Price Waterhouse from 1986 to 1988.
John Wilson	Mr. John T. Wilson is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Quality Distribution, Inc. Most recently John Wilson was Senior Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel for publicly traded Spectrum Brand Holdings, Inc./Spectrum Brands, Inc. (NYSE:SPB), a diversified, global consumer products company. Prior to his position at Spectrum, John was an attorney with Sutherland, Asbill & Brennan, LLP in Atlanta, GA. John received his Juris Doctorate, with high honors, from the University Of North Carolina School Of Law and is a member of both the State Bar of Florida and the State Bar of Georgia.
Annette Sandberg	Ms. Annette M. Sandberg has been appointed as the Director of Quality Distribution Inc. effective January 1, 2013. Ms. Sandberg has more than 20 years of professional public safety and law enforcement experience at Federal and State levels of government. Ms. Sandberg became the Administrator of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) on August 1, 2003 and led the agency until April 1, 2006. She also served as Deputy Administrator of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) from February 11, 2002 until November 25, 2002. Ms. Sandberg is currently of counsel at Scopelitis, Garvin, Light, Hanson & Feary, P.C., a nationally recognized, full service transportation law firm. She also is principal of TransSafe Consulting, LLC, which provides transportation, public safety, and security consulting services to public and private organizations dealing with regulatory policy compliance, implementation, and management of complex transportation and safety programs. Ms. Sandberg received a law degree from the Seattle University School of Law in 1993. In 1988, she received an MBA, Magna Cum Laude, from City University, Bellevue, Washington. She attended the Government Executive Institute at Harvard University in 1996 and the FBI’s National Executive Institute in 1998.
Kevin Crowe	Mr. Kevin E. Crowe is Independent Director of Quality Distribution Inc., since November 2009. Mr. Crowe has been employed by Apollo Management, L.P. (“Apollo”) since August 2006. From June 2004 until June 2006, Mr. Crowe was a member of the Financial Sponsors Group within the Global Banking department at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Crowe graduated in 2004 from Princeton University with an AB in Economics and a certificate in Finance. Mr. Crowe is a director of Prestige Cruise Holdings, Inc.
Richard Marchese	Mr. Richard B. Marchese is Independent Director of Quality Distribution Inc., since January 2004. Mr. Marchese served as QDI’s interim Chief Financial Officer from September through November 2004. Mr. Marchese served as Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Georgia Gulf Corporation from 1989 until his retirement at the end of 2003. Prior to 1989, Mr. Marchese served as the Controller of Georgia Gulf Corporation and prior to that as the Controller of the Resins Division of Georgia Pacific Corporation. Mr. Marchese is a director of TPC Group, Inc.
Thomas Miklich	Mr. Thomas R. Miklich is Independent Director of Quality Distribution Inc., since May 2005. He served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2010 to April 2012 and currently serves as Senior Advisor to the Chief Executive Officer of Ferro Corp., a producer of specialty materials and chemicals. He was Chief Financial Officer of OM Group, Inc., a chemical company specializing in nickel and cobalt products, from 2002 until his retirement in 2004. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel of Invacare Corporation from 1993 to 2002. Mr. Miklich was a director of United Agri Products from 2004 until its sale in 2007. He was a director of Titan Technology Partners, a privately held IT consulting firm, from 2004 until 2007 and its CFO from 2005 until 2007. He is a director of Noranda Aluminum Holding Corporation. M. Ali Rashid	Mr. M. Ali Rashid is Independent Director of Quality Distribution Inc., since June 2005. He is a partner of Apollo. He has been employed with Apollo since 2000. Prior to joining Apollo, Mr. Rashid was employed by the Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. in the Financial Institutions Group of its Investment Banking Division from August 1998 to July 2000.
