Name Description

Robert Terry

Mr. Robert S. Terry is an Executive Chairman of the Board of Quindell Portfolio PLC. Following a period as an independent management consultant for a number of multinational companies (primarily in the legal, banking and insurance industries), Robert founded SCS Consulting Limited (“SCS”), an IT Company specialising in the integration of various document management and workflow packages with customers’ line of business systems. After the sale of SCS in 1997, Robert founded The Innovation Group Plc (“TIG”) which floated on the London Stock Exchange in June 2000 and in the 18 months following made 28 acquisitions across 11 countries. Robert oversaw the growth of The Innovation Group as chairman and chief executive from five to 2,000 employees and grew revenues to over £100 million per annum within a three year period. In February 2003, Robert became Non Executive Vice Chairman of TIG having agreed the appointments of Hassan Sadiq as Chief Executive and Geoff Squire as Non Executive Chairman. After these board changes and the appointment of a number of other new non-­executive directors, Robert left The Innovation Group in 2003, to develop the business of Quindell.

Robert Fielding

Mr. Robert Martin Fielding is Group Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He has been Chief Executive responsible for Quindell's Services Division. Prior to their acquisition by Quindell, Robert was previously the Chief Executive of Silverbeck Rymer and before that, Chief Operating Officer of Mobile Doctors plc, one of the leading providers of medico-legal reports for personal injury claims for the UK market and Quindell's largest acquisition within Quindell Health Services. Robert brings over twenty five years experience in the insurance and medical sectors, having previously held prominent roles with Sedgwick Group plc, Royal & Sun Alliance plc and First Assist. His extensive experience covers strategy, operations, business process outsourcing, marketing, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions.

Anthony Bowers

Mr. Anthony Bowers is Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Quindell Portfolio PLC. Tony Bowers is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. Tony Bowers, who has been the Group's senior independent non-executive director since his appointment to the Board in May 2011 is appointed to the newly created role of Vice Chairman. Tony has recently met with a number of the companies largest shareholders to fully understand their level of support for the companies growth strategy. Tony is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation. He is also a past-President of the Southern Society of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Tony was a Partner with Deloitte for 23 years until his retirement in November 2008, where he specialised in dealing with companies, shareholders and directors on a number of aspects of business and taxation.

Laurence Moorse

Mr. Laurence Moorse has been Group Finance Director, Executive Director of Quindell Portfolio PLC. Laurence has worked at senior finance and board level for international groups across a broad range of sectors including the software, outsourcing, telco and engineering industries. Having started his career in 1994 at Deloitte, he joined the Innovation Group plc in 2000 where he held a number of positions including UK Finance Director, Group Company secretary and Chief Financial Officer. Laurence left the Innovation Group in 2006 to work with a portfolio of companies including Quindell Limited and Telsis Limited, the latter of which he joined as full time CFO. During the two years ended June 2011, Laurence held the role of Group Financial Controller at the international engineering group, Hamworthy plc. Through these roles Laurence has experienced high growth, acquisitive businesses, listed companies, turnarounds and established groups, working within a variety of teams and environments. Laurence has an MSc in International Securities Investment and Banking, and is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Company Secretary.

Robert Burrow

Mr. Robert P. Burrow is Non-Executive Director of Quindell Portfolio PLC. Robert qualified as a solicitor in 1975 and was a partner of SJ Berwin LLP and its predecessor firm from 1985 to 2007. He has experience in international mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus in the property and retail sectors. Robert is also a non-­-executive director of Caxton Global Investments Limited and MWB Group Holdings plc. He is also non-­executive chairman of Tintagel International Limited and chief executive of Chelsfield Advisers LLP.

David Currie

Mr. David Scott Currie is a Non-Executive Director of the Company. David has worked within the financial sector for over 20 years, and his appointment has been supported by key major shareholders due to his reputation and track record within the City. David recently established Codex Capital Partners and for the prior 10 years David headed Investec Bank plc's Investment Banking division. As part of Investec's UK management and investment committee, he oversaw more than 100 clients in both the public and private markets and worked on a wide variety of transactions across many sectors.

Stephen Scott

Mr. Stephen Scott is Non-Executive Director of Quindell Portfolio PLC. Steve is a Chartered Director who previously worked for The Innovation Group from August 1999 to December 2006. Steve has been in the IT industry for over 36 years, beginning his career as a software developer and then moving into marketing and operations, most notably with Nixdorf Computer Limited (later known as Siemens Nixdorf Information Systems Limited) from 1979 to 1992. In 1992, he became manager of ACT Financial Systems Limited’s insurance product and development unit. In 1994, Steve was appointed to the board of ACT Financial Systems Limited and in the following year joined CMG. In 1997, he joined the UK board of CMG as director responsible for the finance sector. He was also the UK director responsible for finance. In August 1999, he left CMG to join the board of The Innovation Group as Commercial Director.

Robert Bright

Mr. Robert Stewart Bright is Independent Non-Executive Director of Quindell Portfolio Plc. He has over 35 years of managerial experience within the insurance industry, including over 25 years as part of the HSBC senior management team. During this time, Robert was a main board director of HSBC Insurance Brokers Limited responsible for HSBC Select (UK) Ltd ("HSBC Select"). In 2003 Robert successfully negotiated a management buy out of HSBC Select, subsequently known as The OutRight Company (UK) Ltd. and developed and delivered a successful white label business strategy, producing £100 million premium throughout by the end of 2005. HSBC Select was also complimented by the FSA on being the best operation in its sector during 2005. In 2005 Robert structured the sale of The OutRight Company to Fortis Group (now Ageas), at a substantial premium, at which point he became Non Executive Director on the board of responsible for RIAS plc and a range of its products. Robert has continued this role with Ageas UK Limited and is on the main UK board as Non Executive Director responsible for retail operations, which includes KwikFit Insurance.

Robert Cooling

Vice Admiral Robert Cooling is Independent Non-Executive Director of Quindell Portfolio Plc. He has completed a distinguished career spanning 33 years in the Royal Navy, during which he commanded four ships with his most recent posting being that of Chief Operating Officer for NATO's strategic level command, based in the USA, where he led an internationally acclaimed change management and transformation programme. In this capacity, he was directly responsible for 110 million euro operating budget and a multi-national civilian and military staff of 1,200, spread over two continents and 28 nations.
