Daiichi Sankyo Company, Limited ("Daiichi Sankyo") was established in 2005, through the merger of Daiichi Pharmaceuticals Co., Ltd. and Sankyo Company, Limited, the two leadingjapanese pharmaceutical companies. Mr. Shoda is Representative Director, President and CEO of Daiichi Sankyo since September 28, 2005.
