Name Description

Adam Goldstein

Mr. Adam M. Goldstein is President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Goldstein had previously served as President of Royal Caribbean International since February 2005 and as its President and Chief Executive Officer since September 2007. Mr. Goldstein has been employed with Royal Caribbean since 1988 in a variety of positions, including Executive Vice President, Brand Operations of Royal Caribbean International, Senior Vice President, Total Guest Satisfaction and Senior Vice President, Marketing. Mr. Goldstein served as National Chair of the United States Travel Association (formerly, Travel Industry Association of America) in 2001.

Richard Fain

Mr. Richard D. Fain has been Chief Executive Officer of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd since 1988. He served as a Director from 1979 and as Chairman of the Company from 1988 until May 12, 2014. Mr. Fain has been involved in the shipping industry for over 35 years. As the longest serving member of the Board, Mr. Fain provides the Board with experience in the cruise industry.

Jason Liberty

Mr. Jason T.Liberty has appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., effective May 16, 2013. Since joining the Company in 2005, Mr. Liberty has been employed by the Company in a variety of roles including most recently, from September 2012 through May 2013, as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Finance. In this role, Mr. Liberty was responsible for Company's Treasury, Investor Relations, Corporate and Strategic Planning and Deployment functions. Prior to this, Mr. Liberty served, from 2010 through 2012, as Vice President of Corporate and Revenue Planning and, from 2008 to 2010, as Vice President of Corporate and Strategic Planning.

Michael Bayley

Mr. Michael W. Bayley is President and Chief Executive Officer - Celebrity Cruises of Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. Mr. Bayley has been employed by Royal Caribbean for over 30 years, having started as a Purser onboard one of the Company’s ships. He has served in a number of roles including, most recently, as Executive Vice President, Operations from February 2012 until August 2012. Other positions Mr. Bayley has held include Executive Vice President, International from May 2010 until February 2012; Senior Vice President, International from December 2007 to May 2010; Senior Vice President, Hotel Operations for Royal Caribbean International; and Chairman and Managing Director of Island Cruises.

Lawrence Pimentel

Mr. Lawrence Pimentel is President and Chief Executive Officer - Azamara Club Cruises of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.From 2001 until January 2009, Mr. Pimentel was President, Chief Executive Officer, Director and co-owner of SeaDream Yacht Club, a privately held luxury cruise line located in Miami, Florida with two yacht-style ships that sailed primarily in the Caribbean and Mediterranean. From April 1991 to February 2001, Mr. Pimentel was President and Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Corp.’s Seabourn Cruise Line and from May 1998 to February 2001, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Carnival Corp.’s Cunard Line.

Jorge Andres Vilches Martinez

Mr. Jorge Andres Vilches Martinez is President and Chief Executive Officer - Pullmantur of the Company. Vilches has spent the past 10 years in the travel industry, holding various positions with the LATAM Group, a leader in the airline industry in South America. Most recently, he served as CEO of LATAM's long haul business unit, the group's biggest division in terms of capacity and revenue. Vilches' previous management positions at LATAM include CEO of LAN Peru, the main carrier in that South American country, and CEO at LAN Express, LAN's domestic operation in Chile. Vilches was born in Spain and has lived in a number of Latin American countries, most recently in Brazil. Over the past 40 years, Pullmantur has built a position as the leader in the Spanish cruise market. Since 2006, it has belonged to the Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., based in the United States. Pullmantur's modern fleet of five ships has a daily capacity of more than 12,000 passengers. Since 2013, it has promoted a strategic growth plan in the Latin American cruise market, where more than 60% of its business is located.

Harri Kulovaara

Mr. Harri U. Kulovaara is Executive Vice President - Maritime of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Mr. Kulovaara is responsible for fleet design and newbuild operations. Mr. Kulovaara also chairs our Maritime Safety Advisory Board. Mr. Kulovaara has been employed with Royal Caribbean since 1995 in a variety of positions, including Senior Vice President, Marine Operations, and Senior Vice President, Quality Assurance. Mr. Kulovaara is a naval architect and engineer.

Lisa Lutoff-Perlo

Mrs. Lisa Lutoff-Perlo is Executive Vice President - Operations for Royal Caribbean International of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Mrs. Lutoff-Perlo has been employed with the Company since 1985 in a variety of positions within both Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International. She started at Royal Caribbean International as District Sales Manager for New England and more recently, from August 2008 to August 2012, she was responsible for Celebrity Cruises’ entire hotel operation. In her role as Executive Vice President of Operations, Ms. Lutoff-Perlo is responsible for all of Royal Caribbean International's hotel, marine and port operations.

Henry Pujol

Mr. Henry Pujol has served as Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.Mr. Pujol originally joined Royal Caribbean in 2004 as Assistant Controller and was promoted to Corporate Controller in May 2007. Before joining Royal Caribbean, Mr. Pujol was a Senior Manager at the international public accounting firm of KPMG LLP.

Bradley Stein

Mr. Bradley H. Stein is Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, General Counsel of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.He has served as General Counsel of the Company since 2006. He has also served as Senior Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer of the Company since February 2009 and February 2011, respectively. Mr. Stein has been with Royal Caribbean since 1992. Before joining Royal Caribbean, Mr. Stein worked in private practice in New York and Miami.

William Reilly

Mr. William K. Reilly is Director of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., since January 1998. Mr. Reilly is the Founding Partner of Aqua International Partners L.P., a private equity fund established in 1997 and dedicated to investing in companies engaged in water and renewable energy, and he is a Senior Advisor to TPG Capital, LP, an international investment partnership. From 1989 to 1993, Mr. Reilly served as the Administrator of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency. He has also previously served as the first Payne Visiting Professor at Stanford University, President of the World Wildlife Fund and President of The Conservation Foundation. He is Chairman Emeritus of the World Wildlife Fund, Chairman Emeritus of the ClimateWorks Foundation and Chairman of the Advisory Committee to the Nicholas Institute for Environmental Policy Solutions at Duke University. He serves as a director of National Geographic Education Foundation and the Packard Foundation. From 1993 until April 2012, Mr. Reilly also served on the Board of Directors of E.I. duPont de Nemours and Company and from 1997 until May 2013, he served on the Board of Directors of ConocoPhillips. In May 2010, President Obama named Mr. Reilly to serve as co-chair of the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling, which released its report on January 11, 2011. In December 2012, the President named Mr. Reilly to the Council for Global Development. Mr. Reilly’s leadership roles within various environmental protection organizations, including the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, the World Wildlife Fund and the National Geographic Society, and his involvement with the National Commission on the BP Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill and Offshore Drilling allow him to bring substantial environmental knowledge and expertise to the Board.

Arne Wilhelmsen

Mr. Arne Wilhelmsen has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd since May 12, 2014. He previously was Member of the Company's Board from 1968 until 2003. Mr. Wilhelmsen, one of our founders, is a principal and Chairman of the Board of A. Wilhelmsen AS. and other holding companies in the Anders Wilhelmsen & Co. Group. Mr. Wilhelmsen has been involved in the shipping industry for over 40 years.

John Brock

Mr. John F. Brock III, is Independent Director of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. Mr. Brock has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Coca-Cola Enterprises Inc. since April 2008 and as Chief Executive Officer since April 2006. From February 2003 until December 2005, Mr. Brock was Chief Executive Officer of InBev, S.A., a global brewer, and from March 1999 until December 2002, he was Chief Operating Officer of Cadbury Schweppes plc, an international beverage and confectionery company. From April 2007 to December 2007, Mr. Brock served as a director of Dow Jones & Company, Inc., a publisher and provider of global business and financial news. From 2004 to 2006, he served as a director of the Campbell Soup Company, a global manufacturer and marketer of branded convenience food products. From 2003 to 2005, he served as a director of Interbrew/Inbrew, a beer brewing company. He also served as a director of Reed Elsevier, a publisher, from 1997 to 2003.

Eyal Ofer

Mr. Eyal M. Ofer is Independent Director of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., since May 1995. Mr. Ofer is currently Chairman of Zodiac Maritime Agencies Limited, a private London based company which operates a diversified fleet of over 150 large ocean going vessels trading worldwide. Mr. Ofer is also Chairman of Global Holdings Inc., a private US based real estate holding company which specializes in large scale commercial real estate and high end residential developments. Its extensive holdings include prime properties in Manhattan and a controlling stake in Miller Global Properties, LLC, a large real estate investment fund focusing on North America and Europe. Mr. Ofer previously served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Deerbrook Limited from 1991 through 2011. As a member of the Board for over 15 years, Mr. Ofer brings considerable experience and insight in maritime and international matters affecting the company and the cruise industry.

Vagn Sorensen

Mr. Vagn Ove Sorensen is Independent Director of Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., since July 27, 2011. Mr. Sørensen brings to the Board over 20 years of experience in the aviation industry, having served as the President and CEO of Austrian Airlines Group from 2001 through 2006. Prior to that, he served in a variety of roles with Scandinavian Airlines Systems, including as Executive Vice President and Deputy CEO. He currently owns and is President of VS Consulting and serves as a Board member and Chairman for a number of corporations throughout Europe and Canada, including Air Canada, TDC A/S, FLSmidth, DFDS A/S and Lufthansa Cargo AG. Mr. Sørensen’s breadth of experience in the aviation industry and, before that, the insurance industry brings useful insight to the Board, especially with respect to matters impacting the travel industry and risk management. He also brings significant experience within the shipping industry and the travel industry gained through his service as Deputy Chairman of DFDS A/S, one of the largest short-seas operators in Europe, and as Chairman of Scandic Hotels, a large hotel chain in the Nordic region, respectively. His service on a number of other boards in Europe and Canada also allows him to provide the Board with diverse perspectives.
