Name Description

E. Beattie

Mr. E. Scott Beattie is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Mr. Beattie has served as Chairman of our board of directors since April 2000, as our Chief Executive Officer since March 1998, and as one of our directors since January 1995. Mr. Beattie also has served as our President since August 2006, a position he also held from April 1997 to March 2003. In addition, Mr. Beattie served as our Chief Operating Officer from April 1997 to March 1998, and as Vice Chairman of the board of directors from November 1995 to April 1997. He is Chairman of the board of directors of the Personal Care Products Council, the U.S. trade association for the cosmetic and personal care products industry, and a member of the advisory board of the Ivey Business School. In addition, he is a member of the executive committee of the board of directors, and chairperson of the audit and finance committee of the board of directors, of PENCIL, a not-for-profit organization that benefits New York City public schools.

Rod Little

Mr. Rod R. Little is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the Company since April 1, 2014. He has served as Finance Director for Procter & Gamble's Global Salon Professional division since July 2009. Mr. Little joined Procter & Gamble in 1997, after serving in the U.S. Air Force for five years. At Procter & Gamble, Mr. Little progressed through numerous leadership roles with increasing responsibility in the finance organization, including Finance Manager -- North America Salon Professional and Associate Director (Deal Manager) -- Corporate Acquisitions and Divestitures. Mr. Little is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and holds an M.B.A. from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.

George Cleary

Mr. George Cleary is appointed as President - Global Fragrances of the company. effective March 14, 2016. Mr. Cleary is a seasoned executive that joins us with over 20 years of experience in beauty and personal care. His most recent role was as CEO, Iluminage, a fast growing global beauty device company. At Iluminage, he was able to accelerate growth while significantly improving profitability and developing a multi-year pipeline of rich innovation. Prior to that, he held several senior positions at Coty Inc. including President, Americas where he had full strategic and operational responsibility of the $1.2 billion business that spanned multiple beauty categories and channels. Mr. Cleary started his career at Nestle and then moved into the personal care and beauty sector where he held several sales and general management positions with Johnson & Johnson before joining Coty. He has a successful track record of profitably growing brand portfolios, both through organic growth as well as acquisition. During his tenure at Coty, Mr. Cleary was directly responsible for fragrance and nail color brand innovation, acquisitions, and the marketing and sales teams within his business unit. This experience along with his strong leadership capabilities and deep retailer relationships makes him uniquely qualified to drive growth in our global fragrances brand portfolio.

Eric Lauzat

Mr. Eric Lauzat is a President- International of the Company . Mr. Lauzat was with the L’Oréal Group for over thirty years where he held numerous international commercial positions, including as head of Latin America, Middle East and Africa for L’Oréal Luxe from 2008 until 2012, and as president of Lancôme USA from 2005 until 2008.

Joel Ronkin

Mr. Joel B Ronkin is a President of Global Fragrances since July 2015. He served as our Executive Vice President, General Manager - North America from July 2010 to June 2015, as our Executive Vice President, General Manager - North America Fragrances from July 2006 to July 2010, as our Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer from April 2004 to June 2006, as our Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer from February 2001 through March 2004, and as our Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary from March 1999 through January 2001. From June 1997 through March 1999, Mr. Ronkin served as the Vice President, Secretary and General Counsel of National Auto Finance Company, Inc., an automobile finance company. From May 1992 to June 1997, Mr. Ronkin was an attorney with the law firm of Steel Hector & Davis L.L.P. in Miami, Florida.

JuE Wong

Ms. JuE Wong is a President of Elizabeth Arden Brand on August 3, 2015. Prior to joining us, Ms. Wong served as Chief Executive Officer of StriVectin Operating Company since July 2012. From August 2009 to May 2012, Ms. Wong served as Chief Executive Officer of Astral Health and Beauty, and from January 2008 to August 2009, Ms. Wong served as Executive Vice President-Global Sales and Business Development at Zo Skin Health by Dr. Obagi. Prior to January 2008, Ms. Wong held senior business development positions at N.V. Perricone MD. Ltd. and Murad Inc.

Oscar Marina

Mr. Oscar E. Marina is an Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of the Company. He served as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since April 2004, as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from March 2000 to March 2004, and as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary from March 1996 to March 2000. From October 1988 to March 1996, Mr. Marina was an attorney with the law firm of Steel Hector & Davis L.L.P. in Miami, Florida, becoming a partner of the firm in January 1995.

Pierre Pirard

Mr. Pierre B. Pirard is an Executive Vice President - Product Innovation and Global Supply Chain of the Company. From November 2007 until February 2010, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Pirard spent 15 years at Johnson & Johnson where he held numerous positions, including serving as Regional Director, External Manufacturing North America - Consumer Sector, from 2005 until 2007; as Regional Director - Supply Chain Planning North America - Consumer Sector from 2001 to 2005; and in various positions in the finance, project management, supply and logistics groups for Johnson & Johnson Canada from 1992 to 2000.

M. Steven Langman

Mr. M. Steven Langman is Lead Independent Director of the Company., effective October 28, 2014. Mr. Langman is a co-founder and managing director of Rhone Group L.L.C., a private equity firm, which is affiliated with the Rhone Purchasers. Mr. Buerstedde is also a managing director of Rhone Group L.L.C.

Fred Berens

Mr. Fred Berens is Independent Director of Elizabeth Arden, Inc. Mr. Berens has served in various capacities with Wells Fargo Advisors LLC (formerly known as Wachovia Securities, Inc.), an investment-banking firm, since March 1965, most recently as managing director-investments since September 2004. Mr. Berens has served as a member of the board of directors of Public Broadcasting Systems since 2008, serving as the chairman of its audit committee since 2012, and has also served on the board of trustees of the University of Miami since 1972 and as a member of the board of directors of Channel 2 WPBT (South Florida’s public broadcasting station) since 1981, serving as its chairman in 1988.
