Farhad Abasov

 Mr. Farhad Abasov is Executive Chairman of the Board of Rodinia Lithium Inc. He serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Allana Potash Corp. since October 2008.

William Randall

 Mr. William C.W. Randall, P. Geo., is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Rodinia Lithium Inc. He serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Rodinia Lithium Inc. from 2010 to present. Was formerly the Vice President, Exploration of the Company from 2009 to 2010. Director of Alder Resources Ltd. from March 2010 to present.

Ryan Ptolemy

 Mr. Ryan Ptolemy is Chief Financial Officer of Rodinia Lithium Inc. Mr. Ptolemy is the Chief Financial Officer of Rodinia. Prior to serving in such capacity, from 2005 to 2009 he was at an independent investment dealer in Toronto, most recently as Chief Financial Officer. In that role, Mr. Ptolemy was responsible for financial reporting, auditing, budgeting and internal controls. Mr. Ptolemy is a Certified General Accountant and a CFA charter holder, and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario.

Aaron Wolfe

 Mr. Aaron Wolfe is Vice President - Corporate Development of Rodinia Lithium Inc. Mr. Wolfe is the Vice President of Corporate Development of Rodinia, he brings corporate finance and advisory experience to Rodinia. Prior to serving in such capacity, Mr. Wolfe spent four years at Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd., the Canadian division of a global Investment Bank, most recently as Senior Associate, Investment Banking. Prior to this Mr. Wolfe was an Associate Consultant with an International management and human resources consulting firm. Mr. Wolfe is also Vice President, Strategy at Forbes & Manhattan Inc. Mr. Wolfe obtained his HBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Jennifer Wagner

 Ms. Jennifer Wagner is Corporate Secretary of Rodinia Lithium Inc. Ms. Wagner previously worked as a securities lawyer at Toronto firm. She obtained her LL.B from the University of Windsor and received a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University.

Rodrigo de la Serna Correas

 Mr. Rodrigo de la Serna Correas has been appointed as Director of Rodinia Lithium Inc with effect from September 4, 2012. Mr. de la Serna will be instrumental in providing legal, financial and strategic guidance to the company in Salta as Rodinia continues its strategy of becoming a high-grade, low-cost producer of lithium carbonate and potash. Mr. de la Serna is a commercial lawyer residing in Salta, Argentina, where he has practised law for over a decade. As legal adviser to the government of Salta province, Mr. de la Serna participated in the creation of a state-run company known as Recursos Energeticos y Mineros SA (REMSA). REMSA was created in May, 2008, with the purpose of exploring and developing mineral properties, with a focus on renewable energy sources. REMSA currently controls the natural gas supply of the Puna region and plays an active role in mining within the province of Salta. Mr. de la Serna has since become involved with various mining enterprises and has helped finance, commercialize and/or develop a number of projects.

Daniel Bruno

 Mr. Daniel Bruno is Independent Director of Rodinia Lithium Inc. He is a Financial Analyst. Mr. Bruno was previously a Director in the Investment Banking Group at GMP Securities Ltd. and worked as a Managing Director in Investment Banking for a US based investment bank.

Xizhong Shi

 Mr. Xizhong Shi is Independent Director of Rodinia Lithium Inc. He serves as the Chief Executive Officer, Hong Kong Shanshan Resources Co., Ltd. Previously, Mr. Shi was CEO of Founder Technology Computer Co. Ltd. and President of EC – Founder Co. Ltd.
