Name Description

Jean-Marie Dupont

 Mr. Jean-Marie Dupont is Independent Chairman of the Board of Radisson Mining Resources Inc. Mr. Dupont, now retired, is a businessman who started his own business as a retailer of petroleum products, Les Pétroles Dupont, a concern that is still going after 30 years. He worked as a driller in his youth and his interest in the exploration field remained so that he founded Radisson Mining Resources Inc. in 1983. He served as the Company’s president during the first few years, then as Chairman of the board of directors; he resigned as Chairman on April 5, 2007.

Donald Lacasse

 Mr. Donald Lacasse, Eng., is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Corporate Secretary, Director of Radisson Mining Resources Inc. Mr. Lacasse is a civil engineer with 26 years of experience at Hydro-Québec as director of several departments. He has in personnel management and overall project management, with more than 300 employees. In addition to being a long-time Radisson shareholder, he served as President and CEO from April 2003 to April 5, 2007.

Mario Bouchard

 Mr. Mario Bouchard has been appointed as Director of Radisson Mining Resources Inc., effective December 6, 2012. Mr. Bouchard's experience in the financial community, knowledge of the mining world and drive will help Radisson to carry out its projects, mainly the O'Brien/Kewagama mining project. He will also help advance the Company in achieving its goals and growing its assets so that its shareholders can benefit from the favourable economic environment for gold, sector in which Radisson has properties.

Michel Garon

 Mr. Michel Garon has been appointed as Director of Radisson Mining Resources Inc., effective January 8, 2013. Mr. Garon, a mining engineer by training (Eng., M. Sc. A.), has held various positions in the mining industry over the past 35 years. Specializing in ore processing, he worked as a metallurgist and mill superintendent before moving on to more strategic positions, including Manager of Underground Mining Operations at the Opemiska Division of Minnova Inc., Vice President of Smelting Operations at the Brunswick Mining and Smelting Corporation Ltd. and General Manager of Noranda Inc.'s Matagami Mine and of the Lake Dore project for Lake Dore Mining Inc. He is currently Manager of the Rouyn-Noranda office for engineering firm GENIVAR, where he also holds the position of Senior Mining Engineer.

Denis Lachance

 Mr. Denis V. Lachance has been appointed as Director of Radisson Mining Resources Inc., effective January 24, 2013. He is mining engineer and member of the Ordre des ingenieurs du Quebec (OIQ) since 1982, has experience in development, production and mining of base and precious metal deposits. Over the past few years, Mr. Lachance has held several management positions in mining projects, allowing him to apply his experience both in Canada and abroad. Until recently, he was President of Koniambo Nickel SAS, a multibillion-dollar joint venture between Xstrata Nickel and the Societe Miniere du Sud Pacifique, which is developing one of the world's nickel deposits in French overseas territory New Caledonia. He also served as Vice President of Operations at Falconbridge Ltd. (Raglan), and occupied various executive positions at Noranda Inc., TVX Gold Inc. (Casa Berardi) and Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (Joutel Division and Goldex project).

Paul Cregheur

 Mr. Paul Cregheur, Geologist, is Independent Director of Radisson Mining Resources Inc. Mr. Cregheur started his career in mining in 1961 as a geologist at the Matagami Lake Mine, advancing to Mine Geologist at the Opemiska Copper Mine (Falconbridge) and the Poirier Mine (Rio AlGom). In 1977, Mr. Cregheur became the mine evaluator for Mining Corporation of Canada (Noranda), followed by Chief Geologist for Noranda’s Chabourne Division in 1982. From 1987 onwards he was Mine Manager of the Orion and Camflo Mines (Malartic Hygrade), the Congress Mine U.S.A. (Republic Goldfields) and the Donalda Mine (Minorca Resources). Subsequently Mr. Cregheur was engaged by River Gold Mines Inc. and became the President and Chief Operating Officer for the new Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd.

Luc Simoneau

 Mr. Luc Simoneau is Independent Director of Radisson Mining Resources Inc. Mr. Simoneau, computer specialist and well-known businessman, has been a director of the Company since 1991. He is president of Micro ML Inc., a computer service firm in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec.
