Name Description

Jean-Marie Dupont

Mr. Jean-Marie Dupont is Independent Chairman of the Board of Ressources Minieres Radisson Inc. Mr. Dupont, now retired, is a successful businessman who started his own business as a retailer of petroleum products, Les Pétroles Dupont, a family concern that is still going strong after 30 years. He worked as a driller in his youth and his interest in the exploration field remained so strong that he founded Radisson Mining Resources Inc. in 1983. He served as the Company’s president during the first few years, then as Chairman of the board of directors; he resigned as Chairman on April 5, 2007.

Mario Bouchard

Mr. Mario Bouchard has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Ressources Minieres Radisson Inc. Mr. Bouchard was an investment advisor from 1984 to 2009 with firm Lévesque Beaubien, full service broker, later acquired by the National Bank of Canada. He has been a director of the Rouyn-Noranda branch of the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum for 26 years. He is also President of the Admirio Industriel holding company.

Donald Lacasse

Mr. Donald Lacasse, Eng., is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President, Corporate Secretary, Director of Ressources Minieres Radisson Inc. Mr. Lacasse is a civil engineer with 26 years of experience at Hydro-Québec as director of several departments. He has extensive expertise in personnel management and overall project management. In addition to being a long-time Radisson shareholder, he served as President and CEO from April 2003 to April 5, 2007.

Jean Dion

Jean Dion has been appointed as Director of Radisson Mining Resources Inc. Jean Dion is a visionary and one of the most influential entrepreneurs in Rouyn-Noranda. In the 90s, he founded the Dion group, which became one of the biggest players in Rouyn-Noranda's commercial and industrial sectors. The Dion group, which now has about 300 employees, includes a dozen Abitibi-Témiscamingue companies involved in mining, construction equipment, equipment rental, real estate, the automotive sector and recreational products.

Paul Cregheur

Mr. Paul Cregheur, Geologist, is Independent Director of Ressources Minieres Radisson Inc. Mr. Cregheur started his career in mining in 1961 as a geologist at the Matagami Lake Mine, advancing to Mine Geologist at the Opemiska Copper Mine (Falconbridge) and the Poirier Mine (Rio AlGom). In 1977, Mr. Cregheur became the mine evaluator for Mining Corporation of Canada (Noranda), followed by Chief Geologist for Noranda’s Chabourne Division in 1982. From 1987 onwards he was Mine Manager of the Orion and Camflo Mines (Malartic Hygrade), the Congress Mine U.S.A. (Republic Goldfields) and the Donalda Mine (Minorca Resources). Subsequently Mr. Cregheur was engaged by River Gold Mines Inc. and became the President and Chief Operating Officer for the new Wesdome Gold Mines Ltd. As of May 2007, Mr. Cregheur returned to his mining consulting business and brings with him a wealth of operational expertise and leadership experience.

Michel Garon

Mr. Michel Garon has been appointed as Independent Director of Ressources Minieres Radisson Inc., effective January 8, 2013. Mr. Garon, a mining engineer by training (Eng., M.Sc.A.), has held various positions in the mining industry over the past 35 years. Specializing in ore processing, he worked as a metallurgist and mill superintendent before moving on to more strategic positions, including manager of underground mining operations at the Opemiska Division of Minnova Inc., vice president of smelting operations at the Brunswick Mining and Smelting Corporation Ltd. and general manager of Noranda Inc.’s Matagami Mine and of the Lake Doré project for Lake Doré Mining Inc. He is currently manager of the Rouyn-Noranda office for engineering firm GENIVAR, where he also holds the position of senior mining engineer.

Denis Lachance

Mr. Denis V. Lachance has been appointed as Independent Director of Ressources Minieres Radisson Inc., effective January 24, 2013. Mr. Lachance, mining engineer and member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) since 1982, has extensive experience in developing, readying for production and mining deposits of base and precious metals. Over the past few years, Mr. Lachance has held several management positions in major mining projects, allowing him to apply his expertise both in Canada and abroad. Until very recently, he was President of Koniambo Nickel SAS, a multibillion-dollar joint venture between Xstrata Nickel and the Société Minière du Sud Pacifique, which is developing one of the world’s largest nickel deposits in French overseas territory New Caledonia. He also served as Vice President of operations at Falconbridge Ltd. (Raglan), and occupied various executive positions at Noranda Inc., TVX Gold Inc. (Casa Berardi) and Agnico Eagle Mines Limited (Joutel Division and Goldex project).

Luc Simoneau

Mr. Luc Simoneau is Independent Director of Ressources Minieres Radisson Inc. Mr. Simoneau, computer specialist and well-known businessman, has been a director of the Company since 1991. He is president of Micro ML Inc., a computer service firm in St-Hyacinthe, Quebec.
