Name Description

John Baker

 Sir John William Baker, CBE is Non-Executive Director of Renewable Energy Holding Plc. He is no longer Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of company effective April 1, 2013. He has had a career in both public and private sectors. He moved into the energy sector in 1979 becoming Corporate Managing Director of the UK Central Electricity Generating Board. He led the management of the UK electricity privatisation and restructuring programme. He was Chief Executive of National Power PLC from 1990 when the Company was established, and Chairman from 1 April 1995 to the end of 1997. From 1995-1998 he was also Chairman of the World Energy Council. He is currently Chairman or Non-Executive Director of a number of companies as well as Chairman of a number of non-commercial organisations. John is responsible for strategy and planning, he is also Chairman of the Remuneration Committee.

Michael Proffitt

 Mr. Michael Joseph Proffitt, FCA, is no longer Chief Executive Officer, Company Secretary, Director of Renewable Energy Holdings Plc., effective April 1, 2013. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant since 1975, Mike joined the Wyndham Hotel Company as CFO in 1982 where he guided the expansion of the group from five to 14 hotels. Moving out on his own, in 1987 he became part owner and President of The Savoy Hotel Company. Mike’s experience managing corporate growth saw him in 1997 invited onto the board of the Manx Electricity Authority and was appointed CEO in July 2000. Streamlining its operations, Mike instigated a cut of nearly 30 percent in electricity prices and initiated capital works such as the commissioning of the longest AC subsea interconnector cable in the World (from Isle of Man to Blackpool) and the commissioning of a new Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) ‘state of the art’ power station together with a natural gas pipeline connecting to Scotland. He is a former Non-Executive Director of Carnegie Wave Energy Limited, he is also a former Chairman of Barclays Private Clients International Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Barclays Group. Mike is responsible for the day-today operation and development of the Company.

Alexander Bush

 Mr. Alexander M. Bush is the Chief Financial Officer of Renewable Energy Holding Plc. He commenced his career as a Chartered Accountant with PKF where he gained experience working with a range of private sector businesses including those in the oil and construction sectors. Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer of Renewable Energy Holdings plc Alex had been the Group Financial Controller since 2008 and Financial Controller of Bahamas Petroleum Company plc.

Clive Callister

 Mr. Clive Ricky Callister is the Asset Management and Technical Services Director of Renewable Energy Holding Plc. He is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer with considerable asset and project management experience. Before joining REH he was Generation Operations Manager at the Manx Electricity Authority where he was involved in both development projects and commercial operations. Development projects included design, start-up and operational integration of the new CCGT power station to run alongside two existing diesel power stations. His previous roles have included being advisor to various Isle of Man Government Departments on capital project strategies, and several years in petrochemical/pharmaceutical maintenance and project management for ICI/AstraZeneca.

Roger Harper

 Mr. Roger Harper has been appointed as the Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Renewable Energy Holdings plc., effective April 1, 2013. He was appointed as the Non-Executive Director of the company since December 1, 2010. His early career was in developing mathematical models for both sales and production in the chemical industry. He qualified as a chartered accountant in 1974 and became chief accountant for the Palace group (a hotel, casino, cinema and travel operator) in the Isle of Man. He set up his own practice in 1981 providing a wide variety of services to local businesses. He has been a licenced insolvency practitioner since 1985 and has acted for a number of nationally known names. Ordained in 1987, he was Chairman of the Sodor & Man Diocesan Board of Finance from 1984 to 2006. Roger is Chairman of the Audit Committee.

David Weir

 Mr. David Thomas Weir has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of Renewable Energy Holdings Plc., with efffect from 12 July 2012. He brings with him over 30 years of experience, involving both financial, energy and natural resources companies. David has been a non executive Director at various companies since 2000 and he is currently on the boards of Dee Valley Group plc, a water supply company; and Webb Capital plc, a boutique corporate advisory firm. Prior to 2000, David was Chief Executive of Caird Group PLC for seven years. David is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He has been appointed to the Board of REH as a representative of Utilico Limited. He also serves as a Director of Dee Valley Group plc, Dee Valley Water plc, Property Recycling Group plc, Webb Capital plc, The Phoenix Timber Group Plc, Abacus Group plc, Property Recycling Group plc.
