Johnson, Claude Claude C. Johnson was appointed Chairman of the Board on June 13, 2001. Mr. Johnson had been President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company since July 1992.
Yopp, Brad Mr. Yopp was appointed President and Chief Financial Officer on June 13, 2001. Mr. Yopp has over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and distribution industries, including all aspects of financial operations. From 1984 to 1991, he was Corporate Controller of Spearhead Industries, Inc., a publicly-held toy company in Eden Prairie, Minn. In 1991, he became Chief Financial Officer of Ultra Pac, Inc., a publicly-held manufacturer of food packaging in Rogers, Minn. When Ultra Pac was acquired by Ivex Packaging Corporation in 1998, he became Director of Finance and Administration for the division. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and is a certified public accountant.
