Name Description

Trudy Rautio

Ms. Trudy A. Rautio has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since September 27, 2012. She has served as Member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 2005. Ms. Rautio was President and CEO of Carlson from August 2012 until May 2015. Before that, she has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial and Administrative Officer of Carlson Companies, and an officer of various subsidiaries within Carlson. Prior to her appointment as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Carlson in 2005, Ms. Rautio held various other positions at Carlson from 1997 to 2005. She is currently Member of the Boards of Directors of the Bemidji State University Foundation, Cargill, The Donaldson Company, Inc., Securian Holding Company and Merlin Entertainment PLC. She holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from University of St.Thomas.

Wolfgang Neumann

Dr. Wolfgang M. Neumann has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer at Rezidor Hotel Group AB, effective as of January 1, 2013. He has previously served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the Company since May 9, 2011. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Arabella Hospitality Group in Munich, Germany. Prior to that position, he spent over 20 years with Hilton International, and built his career from EAM- and GM-positions at Hilton hotels in Brussels, London, Paris and Frankfurt to Vice President for Western and Northern Europe, Senior Vice President for Scandic and Nordic Region, President of the United Kingdom and Ireland, as well as President of Hilton Europe and Africa. He completed executive management courses at the INSEAD Management School in France and at Cornell University in the United States and studied at the Institute for Hotel and Tourism Management Klessheim, Austria.

Knut Kleiven

Mr. Knut Kleiven serves as Deputy President and Chief Financial Officer of Rezidor Hotel Group AB. He joined Rezidor Hotel Group in 1986 as Group Accounting Manager and later became the Group’s Operational and Corporate Controller. In 1994, he was appointed Rezidor’s Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Kleiven held the position of Internal Auditor for the SAS group. He holds a degree in Philosophy, Psychology and Law from Universitetet i Oslo, Norway.

Olivier Harnisch

Mr. Olivier Harnisch has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Rezidor Hotel Group AB, effective as of January 1, 2013. He was previously Vice President, Northern and Central Europe at Hilton Worldwide. He began his career at St. Regis New York and Hotel Bayerischer Hof in Munich. He joined Hilton in March 1999 as Director of Operations at Hilton Dresden. He afterwards served as General Manager of Hilton Madagascar and Hilton Zurich & Hilton Apart Hotel; and was promoted to Cluster General Manager of Hilton Munich Park & Hilton Munich City. In February 2008, he took over the corporate position as Vice President, Northern and Central Europe at Hilton Worldwide. He holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Behavior of University of London, a Master of Business Administration of Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh; and a Degree in Hospitality Management of Berlin School of Hotel Administration. He attended further senior management courses at New York University, the United States; Cornell University, Ithaca, the United states and University of Hagen, Germany.

Eric De Neef

Mr. Eric De Neef has been Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since June 2014. Before that, he has been Senior Vice President, Marketing, CRM & Global Branding at the Company since January 2013 and Senior Vice President Park Inn by Radisson of the Company since February 2011. He has more than 25 years of hospitality in Europe. Most recently, he served as Managing Director for Accor’s All Seasons, Mercure and M Gallery Hotel brands in France and worked more than 20 years for Accor. He is a graduate in Hotel Management from CERIA-IPIAT Brussels, Belgium.

Elie Younes

Mr. Elie Younes has been Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since January 2015. Before that, he has been Senior Vice President, Head of Group Development at Rezidor Hotel Group AB, effective as of January 1, 2013. He joined the Company's regional office in Dubai in April 2010 as Vice President, Business Development Middle East & Africa, and took over the interim leadership of the Company's corporate development department in October 2012. He began his career in managerial roles in Lebanon before joining HVS International in London in 2001. During his five years with HVS International, he progressed to the position of Director, overseeing a number of projects, investment counseling, feasibility studies and contract negotiations as well as advising on hotel real estate. In 2007, he joined Starwood Hotels as Director of Acquisitions and Development EMEA, before being promoted to Senior Director of Acquisitions and Development in 2008. He joined Hilton Hotels Worldwide as Vice President Development for the Middle East in 2009 before moving to the Company. He has conducted studies across continents in universities such as Notre Dame in Beirut, Insead in France, Cornell University in the United States, IMHI/Essec in Paris and City University in London.

Jenny Winkler

Ms. Jenny Winkler has been appointed Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Rezidor Hotel Group AB, effective as of July 1, 2015. She joined Rezidor from Carlson, the group's strategic partner and majority shareholder. Her most recent position at the headquarters in Minneapolis (U.S.) was Associate General Counsel, Americas, for Carlson Hotels, where she supported the leadership on all contractual and legal aspects of the franchised business. Jenny Winkler joined Carlson in September 2010 as Senior Corporate Counsel and was promoted to her present position in July 2012. Prior to joining Carlson, she spent six years with the law firm Dorsey & Whitney in Minneapolis. She has a Master of Laws from Uppsala University in Sweden and a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota in the United States. She has also studied in Japan.

Michael Farrell

Mr. Michael Farrell has served as Senior Vice President Human Resources at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since 2011. He was educated at University College Dublin and is also a graduate in Business Administration from Johann Wolfgang Goethe-Universitaet Frankfurt am Main. Prior to joining Rezidor, he served as Group Human Resources Director at the Europcar Groupe S.A. Global Headquarters in Guyancourt, France and at Carlson Wagonlit Travel’s European Headquarters in Paris.

Staffan Bohman

Mr. Staffan Bohman has served as Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since 2011. He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of Granges AB and Sapa AB from 1999 to 2004. Between 1991 and 1999, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of DeLaval AB and has since 1982 been employed by the Alfa Laval group. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Cibes Lift Group AB and Hoganas AB and Vice Chair of the SweidshCorproate Governance Board, as well as Member of the Boards of Atlas Copco AB, Boliden AB and Ratos AB. He is also Member of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA). He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics and Business Administration from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm (Stockholm School of Economics) and has an education from Stanford Graduate School of Business, part of Stanford University.

David Berg

Mr. David P. Berg has been Member of the Board of Directors of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 24, 2014. David Berg has been Chief Operating Officer for Carlson Inc. since January 2014 and CEO of Carlson Hospitality Group since May 2015. He has more than 20 years of executive leadership experience. He joined Carlson from the position as CEO and Chief Customer Officer of Verizon services. During the years 2002 to 2009 he worked as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Best Buy in Minneapolis. He thereafter relocated to General Nutrition Centres in Pittsburgh where he worked as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer during the years 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to June 2013 he was Executive Vice President and President for Bloomin’ Brands International in Tampa, Florida. He also served at Outback Steakhouse Int. He is Board Member of the Miller Retailing Center at the University of Florida, Planet Fitness and The Walker Art Center. He holds Juris Doctor, with Honors, from University of Florida College of Law, and BA in Economics from Emory University.

Goran Larsson

Mr. Goran Larsson has served as Employee Representative on the Board of Directors at Rezidor Hotel Group AB since 2009. He is employed by the Radisson Blu Royal Viking Hotel in Stockholm.

Wendy Nelson

Ms. Wendy Nelson has served as Member of the Board of Directors of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 16, 2010. She serves on the boards of Northwestern University, the Bush Foundation (Vice Chair), the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota, the Carlson Family Foundation (Vice Presidnet), Carlson Holdings, Inc., Carlson Real Estate Company, Carlson, Guthrie Theatre, Gold Medal Park Conservancy and Super Bowl LII Legacy Found (Co-Chair). She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern’s JL Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from Northwestern University.

Anders Moberg

Mr. Anders Moberg has served as Independent Member of the Board of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 13, 2011. He was previously President and Chief Executive Officer of the retail company Majid Al Futtaim Group in Dubai between 2007 and 2008. From 2003 to 2007, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Ahold in The Netherlands and from 1999 to 2002, he was Group President International at the Home Depot based in Atlanta, the United States. He previously worked in various positions for many years within the IKEA group, and from 1986 to 1999 he was President and Chief Executive Officer of IKEA. He is Chairman of the Board of Byggmax AB and Board Member of Bergendahls AB, Hema BV, Amor GmbH, Ahlstrom Oy, SLK OY and ITAB AB.

Charlotte Stromberg

Ms. Charlotte Stromberg has been Independent Member of the Board of Directors of Rezidor Hotel Group AB since April 24, 2014. Charlotte Stromberg is board member of Intrum Justitia AB, Karolinska Institute, Ratos AB, Bonnier Holding AB, Swedish Securities Council and Skanska AB and chairs the board of Castellum AB. From February 2006 to January 2013 she worked for Jones Lang LaSalle in Stockholm as CEO Nordics. Previously she worked for Carnegie Investment Bank AB in different positions during the years 1997 to 2005, latest as Head of Investment Banking Sweden.
