Name Description

Ole Wiborg

Mr. Ole Christen Wiborg has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Rocksource ASA since May 28, 2013. He has been Independent Board Member of the Company since May 26, 2010. Mr. Wiborg is currently CEO in the investment company Wega Oil ASA after a number of years as CFO in the quoted international E & P Company PA Resources AB. In addition, he served as CFO in the quoted distressed debt collector Aktiv Kapital ASA. Previous experience includes CEO of the Fred. Olsen associated venture capital vehicle Hurd AS as well as CFO of the formerly quoted shipping company Loki AS. His experience also includes international banking as head of credit department covering shipping and offshore drilling clients in the Scandinavian region for Chase Manhattan Bank, London. Mr. Wiborg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University.

Terje Arnesen

Mr. Terje Arnesen has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of ROCKSOURCE ASA effective as of November 1, 2014. Before that, he has been engaged as CEO of Scana Propulsion AS on a temporary basis. Previously, he has held positions as CEO of Bergen Group ASA, CEO of Bennex Group AS (seismic and subsea system supplier) as well as several senior management positions in Rolls-Royce Marine, both national and internationally. Mr. Arnesen is educated as an engineer and holds a MBA from BI International business school in Oslo and ESCP-EAP in Paris.

Hans Petter Amundsen Klohs

Mr. Hans Petter Amundsen Klohs has been appointed Chief Financial Officer of Rocksource ASA, effective as of June 2, 2014. He has senior executive management experience from Norwegian stock listed entities within both oil service and shipping, amongst other as CFO in GC Rieber Shipping for more than 10 years.

Rolf Monsen

Mr. Rolf M. Monsen serves as Chief Technology Officer at Rocksource ASA. He has been employed as CTO and International Exploration Manager with responsibility for quality assurance in the subsurface disciplines and to manage the remaining international exploration ventures. Previously, he has been Exploration Manager, Gulf of Mexico at the Company. Mr. Monsen joined Rocksource ASA in 2006 after 21 years in Statoil ASA, where his last position was G&G manager for the Kvitebjorn gas field. Mr. Monsen has worked as a G&G manager for several producing fields in Norway. He has also worked international exploration in the BP Statoil alliance, which resulted in several discoveries in the Caspian sea. He was also seconded to the Abgami field development project (Nigeria) led by Chevron in Houston. He is a graduate with Master of Science degree in Petroleum Prospecting from Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet i Trondheim, Norway, 1985.

Morten Haukebo

Mr. Morten Haukebo is Vice President Health, Safety, Security and the Environment (HSSE) & Quality at Rocksource ASA. Mr. Haukebo has over 25 years of industry experience with a range of companies. His background includes several years within oil related HSSE&Q having worked on projects both in Norway and internationally. His previous position as Operation Support Manager in Odfjell Drilling covered HSSE&Q, Purchasing, Logistics, Administration, IT, Maintenance and Authority coordination. In addition to this, Mr. Haukebo has previously also been Corporate Security Officer (CSO). Mr. Haukebo holds a basic law degree, Bergen University (Universitetet i Bergen), and a Masters Module in Management (Norwegian Business School - BI), and both a Diploma and Masters degree in Security Management from Loughborough University of Technology. He is also an ISO / EOQ accredited auditor.

Annelin Norenes Haaland

Ms. Annelin Norenes Haaland has served as NCS Exploration Manager at Rocksource ASA since 2012. She has the responsibility for the technical evaluation of exploration and production growth opportunities for Rocksource ASA. She has held a Doctorate of Philosophy degree since 2012. She started at the Rocksource NCS team as Exploration Geophysicist in 2011. She has a scientific degree in Reservoir Geologyphysics, and has years of industry experience with Texaco and Chevron, three of which were as Team Leader within Chevron. She has had several years of international experience whilst part of the development team of a deep water asset in West Africa. Her experience includes positions as Team Leader on appraisal and pre-development assets within Chevron Europe Value Creation and as Production Geologist at Norsk Hydro, StatoilHydro and Statoil, three of which were as Project Leader and thereafter Department Manager at the research center and in exploration at Statoil (Hydro). She has had several years of experience within Research and Development working with geophysics and IOR development and integrated work processes.

Robert Arnott

Dr. Robert (Rob) J. Arnott serves as Member of the Board of Directors of Rocksource ASA. He has almost 30 years of experience in oil and gas. He started his career in the petroleum industry with Shell International as a geologist and then progressed to Investment banking where he worked as an equity analyst for HSBC Investment Bank, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs International and UBS before subsequently moving back to the upstream industry. Dr. Arnott is currently non-executive Chairman of Global Petroleum Limited, which is listed on both the Australian Stock Exchange and the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange (‘AIM’). He is also a Director of AIM quoted Petroceltic International PLC and was formerly a Director of Norwegian private company, Spring Energy AS before it was acquired by Tullow Oil plc. Prior to this he spent five years with Norwegian exploration and production company, DNO UK Ltd. He is also a Research Advisor to the Oxford Institute of Energy Studies. He is an adviser to Petrolia SE on matters related to international (outside Norway) exploration and its oil tools business.

Frode Berg

Mr. Frode Sigurd Berg has been Director of ROCKSOURCE ASA since December 3, 2014. Mr. Frode S. Berg is currently partner in the management consultancy company Kaluna Norge AS after a number of years as CEO in Hitec Industries, an investment company based in Stavanger, Norway. Previous experience includes the position as CEO of the listed Norwegian agricultural machinery company Kverneland Group as well as CFO of the oil technology company Roxar ASA. His experience also comprises various key management positions within business development, planning, tax and controlling in the E&P companies Esso Exploration and Production Norway Inc and Phillips Petroleum Company Norway. Mr. Berg holds a degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen, Norway.

Susan Graham

Ms. Susan (Sue) Graham was appointed Board Member of Rocksource ASA on June 14, 2012. She is currently non-executive Chairman of Pantheon Resources plc, an oil and gas exploration company operating in the USA. She has over 35 years of experience in the oil and gas sector, both from a financial and industry background. She enjoyed a career in the City of London as Managing Director and Global Head of the Energy Team at Merrill Lynch. She has international capital markets experience in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas at the corporate, institutional and senior government level. Her experience ranges through all aspects of the financial markets with experience in both primary and secondary equity markets on a global basis. She holds an M.A. in Chemistry from Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford and an MSc in Forensic Archaeological Science from University College London. She is also a member of the Advisory Board for the JDI Centre of Forensic Sciences at University College London.

Nick Johnson

Dr. Nick Johnson was appointed Board Member of Rocksource ASA on June 14, 2012. Dr. Johnson is currently Managing Director of Johnson Upstream Consultants Ltd, an independent upstream consultancy established in 2009. He is a geologist with over 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. His experience ranges across the whole E&P business cycle, with particular strengths in exploration and business development. He joined BP in 1981 where he worked in a variety of technical and supervisory roles including a three year period in Norway. He then joined OMV and ultimately served as Head of Global Exploration. He moved to Afren plc as Head of Exploration and Production in 2005 where he had overall technical and commercial responsibility for the development of the company portfolio from start up to a portfolio of 15 assets across six countries in West Africa together with operated production of over 20,000 bopd by end 2008. Dr. Johnson holds a BSc (Hons) degree from Bristol University in the UK and a PhD from University College London.

Tove Larsen

Ms. Tove Kate Larsen has been Director of ROCKSOURCE ASA since December 3, 2014. Mrs. Larsen is currently a Senior Advisor in Bernhard Larsen Holding AS, a privately owned investment company in Bergen, Norway. Mrs. Larsen graduated Cand. Real in Physical Chemistry from the University in Bergen. Her first job was as a petro physicist in Harstad for Norsk Hydro and she has over the years got more and more responsibility within the Norsk Hydro organization and lately, after the merger with Statoil, in technology management positions within Statoil. When she left Statoil in 2012, after nearly 30 years in the Hydro / Statoil organization, she held the position as VP Petroleum Technology, Mature Fields. During her years in Hydro / Statoil she worked as a petro physicist and reservoir engineer and she spent several years focusing on the major oil and gas Troll field on the NCS, with major emphasis on IOR. Mrs. Larsen is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Bergen.

Marianne Johnsen

Ms. Marianne Elisabeth Johnsen has been Independent Board Member of Rocksource ASA since May 26, 2010. Ms. Johnsen graduated as a lawyer from the University of Oslo before obtaining an MBA (with honors) from Solvay Business School in Brussels. She acquired her operational management experience both in the public and private sector; at Ullevaal University Hospital, where she was a member of the top management group and in the industrial company Elkem ASA, where she was director of strategy and business development. She is currently founder and partner in a management consulting company working with turnarounds in industrial enterprises in the Nordic countries. Ms. Johnsen has gained board experience during the last 10 years both as Director and Chairman of the Board in different companies within the areas of technology, shipping, offshore, health, finance, aquaculture and recently in oil and gas. She has also experience within the Humanitarian sector as Chairman of the Board of the Norwegian Refugee Council.
