Name Description

Michael Mueller

Mr. Michael Mueller is Chairman of the Board of Annidis Corporation. Mr. Mueller is a member of the board of directors of: the Public Service Pension Investment Board (and Chair of its Human Resources and Compensation Committee); The Scarborough Hospital (and Past Chair of its Board); AIM Therapeutics Inc. and Annidis Corporation. He also serves as strategic advisor to a number of Canadian and international companies. From 2003 to 2005, he was President and Chief Executive Officer of MDS Capital Corporation. Prior to that, Mr. Mueller held a series of senior positions at TD Bank Financial Group, including Senior Vice President and Country Head of its USA Division, Executive Vice President of Global Credit and Vice Chairman and head of Global Investment Banking. Mr. Mueller is a former director of TM BioScience Inc., MDS Capital Corporation, the Canadian Medical Discoveries Funds I and II, the British Columbia Medical Innovations Fund, Medical Discoveries Management Corporation, Health Ventures Inc., the Canadian Venture Capital Association and Katimavik Foundation. Mr. Mueller holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Western Ontario, and a Master of Business Administration from York University.

Zeljko Ribaric

Mr. Zeljko Ribaric is President, Director of Annidis Corporation. Mr. Ribaric was one of the founders of Annidis and has been actively involved in developing Annidis since 2005. He is an entrepreneur with over 20 years’ experience focused on commercializing complex technology products and services. Mr. Ribaric’s personal quest for solutions to detect and manage ocular disease has become his professional mission at Annidis. Through his progressive career in high tech companies in Canada he has played roles ranging from an electronics applications engineer, patent engineer to VP Business Development and Chief Executive Officer. Some of the companies he worked at include: Semiconductor Insights, CANAsic, ESP, and Photonics Control. Prior to starting Annidis, from 2000 to 2004, Mr. Ribaric started a leading edge system-on-a-chip company called Photonics Control in Ottawa, Canada where he played a key role in raising venture capital and help grow the company to 50 employees. During the past 10 years he has launched and led companies in the chip design, telecommunications and medical technology sector.

Gerald Slemko

Mr. Gerald Slemko is Chief Executive Officer, Director of Annidis Corporation. Mr. Slemko is currently CEO of Annidis as well as Managing Partner of Chelsey Corporation, a private investment management company. He is on the board of Ellis Don Limited (and Chair of the Audit Committee), one of Canada’s largest construction companies, Trudell Medical Limited, as well as numerous other private company boards in various industries. Mr. Slemko has been active in funding and providing management to numerous start-up companies. He is also President and CEO of Cuddy Corporation, which was formerly a major international poultry producer with sales in excess of $400 million, 2300 employees and operations in Canada, the US, Germany and Turkey. Prior to joining Cuddy Corporation Mr. Slemko was CEO and a founder of Oracle the Assistance Group, which was the leading provider of private label roadside assistance programs and nurse provided telehealth services in Canada. Mr. Slemko graduated from the Richard Ivey School of Business with an HBA. He began his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers, and obtained his CA with honours.

Michael Crowley

Mr. Michael Crowley is Independent Director of Annidis Corporation. Mr. Crowley is President of 108 Securities Inc., a boutique investment bank, which focuses on emerging private and public growth businesses and private equity succession MBO’s. In addition, Mr. Crowley is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Cassandra Capital L.P., a private, microcap venture capital fund established in 2007. Mr. Crowley managed a diversified portfolio of commercial and corporate banking clients in the early part of his career at a schedule A bank. During the last 12 years he has been actively involved in all aspects of the formation, management and financing of numerous technology start-up companies. During his 8 year tenure as VP Business Development with Robarts Research Institute, he created a company venture portfolio that attracted over $100 million in capital, and a technology license royalty portfolio which ranks among the top 3 performers in Canada. Mr. Crowley has completed a variety of financings and advisory engagements through his tenure at two IIROC firms and serves as a director for a number of private companies. Mr. Crowley received a BSc (biology) from the University of Western Ontario, an MBA from McMaster University, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA).

Robert Devenyi

Dr. Robert G. Devenyi is Independent Director of Annidis Corp. Dr. Devenyi is a Professor of Ophthalmology and Vision Sciences at the University of Toronto, and the Team Ophthalmologist for the Toronto Maple Leafs. He has worked at the Hospital for Sick Children, and been on staff at the University Health Network since 1988. He is also the Ophthalmologist-in-Chief and Director of Retinal Services at the Donald K. Johnson Eye Center at the University Health Network, The University of Toronto. Dr. Devenyi graduated summa cum laude from University of Toronto's School of Medicine and completed his Ophthalmology residency at the University of Toronto. He then did further training in the subspecialty of Vitreoretinal Surgery at the Medical College of Wisconsin, in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Rony Thomas

Mr. Rony Thomas is Independent Director of Annidis Corporation. Mr. Thomas has served as the President and CEO of LifeNet Health Inc. (“LifeNet”) since October of 2004. LifeNet is one of the largest life sciences not-for-profit organizations in the United States specializing in organ and tissue procurement and the utilization of tissue for bio-medical applications. Prior to joining LifeNet, Mr. Thomas served as CEO and held other executive leadership positions at USA Instruments, a General Electric company. Mr. Thomas has over 18 years of experience in the medical diagnostic imaging industry, working in entrepreneurial and major corporate settings. Mr. Thomas presently serves on the board of directors and in advisory roles for a number of for profit and non-profit organizations internationally. Mr. Thomas was the Chair of the Magnetic Resonance (MR) Section of the National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA). Mr. Thomas also serves on the advisory committee of the College of Science, Old Dominion University. He is a co-author of a number of technical papers in rehabilitation engineering and contributes to various newsletters. Mr. Thomas received his Executive MBA from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, in June of 2001. He also has an M.S Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, from the University of Akron, Akron, Ohio, which he received in 1990.
