Reissner, James Mr. Reissner is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Rimage Corporation. He served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Activar, Inc. since January 1996 and Chief Financial Officer of Activar from 1992 until becoming President. Director of the following privately-held companies: Intek, Inc., Vermillion State Bank and Activar, Inc. Trustee of Macalaster College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Black, Sherman Mr. Sherman L. Black is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Rimage Corporation effective January 1, 2010. Mr. Sherman L. Black had been President, Chief Operating Officer of Rimage Corporation since April 1, 2009. Prior to joining Rimage, Mr. Black served in a variety of executive positions with Seagate Technology (Nasdaq: STX) over the prior twenty years. Seagate is a world leader in the design, manufacturing and marketing of hard disk drives and storage devices. Since September 2008, Mr. Black has served as Seagate’s Senior Vice President, Marketing and Strategy, of the Core Products Business Group. From November 2005 to August 2008, he served as General Manager and Senior Vice President of the Enterprise Storage business unit at Seagate and previous to that, Mr. Black served as Seagate’s Vice President of Global OEM Sales, Vice President of Business Development, and Vice President of Enterprise Product Line Management. A 1987 graduate of the University of Arkansas with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Mr. Black also earned his master’s degree in business administration from the University of Oklahoma in 1991.
Wolf, Robert Robert M. Wolf is Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer, Secretary of Rimage Corporation. He started in September 1997 and has been Treasurer and Secretary since January 2000 and Chief Financial Officer since February 2003. Mittal, Samir Mr. Samir Mittal has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Technology Officer of Rimage Corporation effective September 14, 2009. He was senior core team leader for the Business Critical Products Group of Seagate Technology. In this capacity he managed the development of Seagate's Constellation(TM) hard drive product line, which is deployed in enterprise-class nearline applications. Before assuming that position, he was senior director of the Servo Engineering Department at Seagate's Twin Cities operation, where he was responsible for servo technology and product development. Mr. Mittal also has held various staff engineer positions at Seagate. Mr. Mittal graduated from the University of Delhi, India with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, and earned his Masters of Science degree from the University of Maryland. In 1998, Mr. Mittal also earned his Ph. D. from Ohio State University specializing in the design and control of electro-mechanical systems.
Wells, Christopher Mr. Christopher A. Wells has been appointed as Vice President - Marketing of Rimage Corporation. He previously served as vice president, U.S. business development, for W.W. Grainger, Inc. (NYSE: GWW), a leading broad-line supplier of facilities maintenance products for businesses and institutions in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, China and India. Prior to that assignment, he served as Grainger's vice president, corporate development and planning, and vice president, strategic planning, where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategic planning and acquisition processes. Earlier in his carrier, Wells was vice president, marketing and strategy, and vice president, technology, of the Rosemount Measurement Division of Emerson Electric Co. (NYSE: EMR).
