Name Description

Matthew Campbell

Mr. Matthew C. Campbell is Executive Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain Dealership Inc. Mr. Campbell has been a entrepreneur for nearly 40 years, owning and operating businesses in a variety of undertakings, including automobile dealerships, scrap metal sales and heavy equipment service such as trucking, contracting and rentals, sand and gravel hauling, asphalt paving and road salt operations. Mr. Campbell established Hammer Equipment Sales Ltd. in 1993 when he bought the Case Construction equipment dealerships in Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta, and expanded it to include six branches located across Alberta with over 230 employees.

Derek Stimson

Mr. Derek I. Stimson is President, Director of Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. Mr. Stimson is the President of the Corporation. Mr. Stimson was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Hi-Way Service Inc. for 28 years. Mr. Stimson expanded the operations of Hi-Way Service from its initial offices in Taber and Lethbridge, Alberta, to include offices throughout southern Alberta. Mr. Stimson has considerable experience in the independent equipment dealership industry having been involved in the agricultural equipment industry for over 45 years, and being a dealer principal for over 28 years.

David Ascott

Mr. David J. Ascott, C.A., is Chief Financial Officer of Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. Prior to this appointment, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Opta Minerals Inc., a publicly-traded company engaged in acquiring and consolidating suppliers of industrial minerals and abrasives in North America and Europe. Before that, Mr. Ascott was employed as the Corporate Controller of a North American abrasive blasting and painting contractor and, from 1992 to 1999, was employed in various positions with Ernst & Young in office both in Canada and in Europe. Mr. Ascott has been a Chartered Accountant since 1994.

Garrett Ganden

Mr. Garrett A. W. Ganden is Chief Operating Officer of Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. He held that position in addition to being the Chief Financial Officer until August 8, 2011. Prior to that, Mr. Ganden had served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hammer Equipment Sales Limited since October 23, 2007 and, prior thereto, was the Corporate Controller at Hammer Equipment Sales Limited for five years. Mr. Ganden attended the University of Lethbridge and received his Bachelor of Management in 1997. Prior to joining Hammer Equipment Sales Limited in 2002, he worked at Deloitte & Touche LLP, Chartered Accountants in Calgary, Alberta where in 2000 he earned his Chartered Accountant designation.

Jerald Palmer

Mr. Jerald D. Palmer Jr., is General Counsel, Corporate Secretary of Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. Prior to joining the Corporation in 2010, Mr. Palmer worked in private legal practice, where he maintained a practice focused on commercial transactions, rollovers, corporate reorganizations, and real estate. He is a graduate of the University of Calgary, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (with distinction) in Political Science. Mr. Palmer then attended the University of Alberta where he graduated with a Bachelor of Laws in 2006. Upon completing his articles, he was called to the Alberta Bar in 2007.

Robert Mackay

Mr. Robert K. Mackay has been appointed as Director of Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc., with effect from May 14, 2013. Mr. Mackay, originally from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, currently serves as the President of Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers Incorporated ("Ritchie Bros."), a position he has held since 2005. He has been with Ritchie Bros. since 1985, holding various executive leadership positions and overseeing Ritchie Bros.' expansion into international markets.

Dennis Hoffman

Mr. Dennis J. Hoffman, F.C.A., is Independent Director of Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. Mr. Hoffman is an independent businessman and was, until 2005, a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, Chartered Accountants in Calgary, Alberta. After receiving a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Bachelor of Science degree in 1970 from the University of Saskatchewan, Mr. Hoffman joined PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in 1970, was admitted to the partnership in 1982, and became office managing partner and a member of the Canadian Leadership team in 2001 until his retirement in 2005. Mr. Hoffman completed the Institute of Corporate Directors Education Program in 2005. Currently, Mr. Hoffman is a director of Mullen Group Ltd., a trustee of Northern Property Real Estate Investment Trust, and a director of NorSerCo Inc.

Keith Macdonald

Mr. Keith Elliott MacDonald is Independent Director of Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. Mr. Macdonald is currently the President of Bamako Investment Management Ltd., a private holding and financial consulting company. Mr. Macdonald is also a director of Madalena Ventures Inc. and Mountainview Energy Ltd., which are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. As well, he is a director of Bellatrix Exploration Ltd. and Surge Energy Inc., which are listed on the TSX. Mr. Macdonald has been a Chartered Accountant since 1980 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree (accounting and finance major) from the University of Calgary in 1978.

Patrick Priestner

Mr. Patrick J. Priestner is Independent Director of Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. Mr. Priestner is the Chief Executive Officer of AutoCanada Inc. and the administrator of AutoCanada Income Fund. Mr. Priestner has over 30 years of experience in the retail automotive industry including 25 years as a franchised automobile dealership owner. Mr. Priestner became the President and Dealer Principal at Canada One Auto Group Ltd. (now an operating entity of AutoCanada Income Fund) in 1993. Since 1998 Mr. Priestner has been the Vice President of the Alberta Dealers Association Advertising Council and has served as the Chairman of the Dealer Council DaimlerChrysler - Western Region.

Paul Walters

Mr. Paul S. Walters is Independent Director of Rocky Mountain Dealerships Inc. Mr. Walters is an independent businessman. Mr. Walters served as past Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Sears Canada Inc. In addition, Mr. Walters held a number of executive management positions with Hudson’s Bay Company. He is also a past director of the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario, as well as being a past director of the University of British Columbia, the Retail Council of Canada, the International Mass Retail Association and the Conference Board of Canada. Mr. Walters was a director of the Forzani Group Ltd. prior to its sale to Canadian Tire Corporation, Limited, in 2011.
