Brisebois, Donald Mr. Donald Brisebois is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Rocmec Mining Inc. Mr. Brisebois graduated as mining technologist from the Abitibi-Temiscamingue Rouyn-Noranda college. Until recently, Mr. Brisebois was General Manager (2001-2004) of Rocmec International Inc. and is credited with having developed and invented the “Thermal Fragmentation Process” for narrow vein precious metal extraction. He has also previously held the positions of Executive VP and COO for McWatters Mines (1997-2000); General Manager for Placer Dome Inc. (1981-1997); supervisor (1977-1981) for Falconbridge, Teck, Ross-Finlay. He acted as Chairman of the Quebec Mining Association Board; is a member of Canadian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy; Board Member of Soredem (Quebec Research Group) and numerous research teams to develop innovating mining methods focused on narrow vein orebodies.
Gilbert, Daniel Mr. Daniel Gilbert is Vice President - Finance, Director of Rocmec Mining Inc. Mr. Gilbert has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, and is a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr. Gilbert has more than 25 years of experience in business management. He was Chief Financial Officer of Fernand Gilbert Ltée and its affiliated companies from 1994 to 2004, Managing Partner of Mallette Maheu, chartered accountants, Saguenay Lac St- Jean region, from 1988 to 1994 and a partner in a regional firm from 1983 to 1988.
Proulx, Jacques Mr. Jacques Proulx is the Vice President - Operations of Rocmec Mining Inc. Mr. Proulx is a technical mining graduate of the College de l'Abitibi-Temiscaminque specializing in mining. For the past 10 years he held a senior management position with an important construction company (civil engineering). He has also worked in the mining industry for over 15 years managing mining projects (surface/underground) in various mining camps, such as: Val d'Or, Louvicourt, Joutel, and also in the James Bay region for hydro projects.
Molgat, Emile Mr. Émile P. Molgat is Director of Rocmec Mining Inc. Mr. Molgat has many years of experience in the mining industry. From 1984 to 1992, he was President and General Manager of Explonor Ltd., a company specializing in the sale of explosives to mining companies; from 1992 to 1997, he was Regional Manager for ICI; from 1998 to 2001, he was Manager for Canada of the underground mines division of Orica; and since 2001, he is a consultant to mining companies.
Harvey, Jean-Philippe Mr. Jean-Philippe Harvey is Director of Rocmec Mining Inc. Mr. Harvey is Vice-president Finance of Pluri-Capital Inc. (PCI). PCI manages a financial group which invests venture capital in over 30 companies, either as a majority or minority shareholder. He is currently a member of the boards of directors or executive committees of 10 companies. Mr. Harvey holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration (B.B.A.) – Finance from Université Laval, a specialization in appraisal from Université du Quebec à Montréal and an M.B.A. in international business from Université du Quebec à Montréal.
