Mr. Badolato has been a co-founder and or early stage investor in 23 plus companies. He was the founder, President and Director of MILCOM Technologies. Mr. Badolato was VP Corporate finance of St James, the founder and intial seed round investors of Inktomi. Mr. Badolato was the founding President and Director of SinoFresh HealthCare, Inc, a developer and marketer of innovative therapies to treat inflammatory and infectious diseases of the upper respiratory system. Mr. Badolato successfully launched the Company's lead product, SinoFresh Nasal, Oral & Sinus Care. Mr. Badolato is a co-founder of Industrial Biotechnology Corporation. He also is Managing Director of White Knights & Vultures LLC., a Venture Capital Hedge Fund. Mr. Badolato graduated from St. Thomas of Villanova University in Miami, Florida, with a Bachelors of Arts in Business. |

Mr. David L. West is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Industrial Biotechnology Corporation. Mr. West has seven years of public accounting experience at KMPG and has been CFO at Bentley Pharmaceuticals, Inc., International Diversified Industries, Inc., and Progress Telecom LLC, (formerly known as Progress Telecommunications Corporation.
