Andrew Badolato

 Mr. Andrew (Andy) M. Badolato is Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Industrial Biotechnology Corporation. Mr. Badolato has 22 years of experience in Venture Capital, Technology Transfer, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) transactions, Mezzanine and Public equity financings; and in the creation, business development, and oversight of public and private companies. Mr. Badolato has been a co-founder and or early stage investor in 23 plus companies. He was the founder, President and Director of MILCOM Technologies. Mr. Badolato was VP Corporate finance of St James, the founder and intial seed round investors of Inktomi. Mr. Badolato was the founding President and Director of SinoFresh HealthCare, Inc, a developer and marketer of innovative therapies to treat inflammatory and infectious diseases of the upper respiratory system. Mr. Badolato successfully launched the Company's lead product, SinoFresh Nasal, Oral & Sinus Care. Mr. Badolato is a co-founder of Industrial Biotechnology Corporation. He also is Managing Director of White Knights & Vultures LLC., a Venture Capital Hedge Fund. Mr. Badolato graduated from St. Thomas of Villanova University in Miami, Florida, with a Bachelors of Arts in Business.

David West

 Mr. David L. West is Chief Financial Officer and Director of Industrial Biotechnology Corporation. Mr. West has seven years of public accounting experience at KMPG and has been CFO at Bentley Pharmaceuticals, Inc., International Diversified Industries, Inc., and Progress Telecom LLC, (formerly known as Progress Telecommunications Corporation. He also worked at Lewis, Birch & Ricardo, PA. as a forensic accountant. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from Louisiana State University. Mr. West is fully knowledgeable and compliance certified with Sarbanes Oxley requirements and procedures.

Tom Hentschell

 Mr. Tom Hentschell is Vice President of Operations of Industrial Biotechnology Corporation. Mr. Hentschell has 24 years of operational, sales and marketing experience and business development. He has has worked at companies such as Infinium Labs and Iprint Technologies, and Xerox Corporation where he was instrumental in launching the Channels division and securing contracts with Merck, Baxter, United Healthcare, and Blue Cross & Blue Shield Assoc. Mr. Hentschell graduated at Loyola University of New Orleans, Bachelors of Arts & Business.

 Mr. Ronald (Ron) Doran is Vice President of Sales and Director of Industrial Biotechnology Corporation. Mr. Doran has extensive sales and marketing experience in Asian market product development, distribution, outsourcing and manufacturing channels. Mr. Doran has also served as a merchant banker and has overseen development, financing, and strategic relationships for various healthcare and technology companies including Uniphyd Corporation, Milcom, and Terranex. Mr. Kaye is a partner at Arnall Golden Gregory, an Atlanta law firm that serves the business needs of growing public and private companies. Mr. Kaye maintains a legal practice specializing in corporate, commercial, construction, and international business law. His experience includes 20 years of providing counsel to clients on merger, stock, asset purchase agreements, real estate, and construction disputes as well as issues associated with company formation, shareholder relations, and limited liability issues. Mr. Kaye has extensive international experience, representing foreign companies in connection with their activities in the United States as well as U.S. companies operating abroad. Mr. Kaye is a Board Member of the Georgia Construction Finance Managers Association, the N.A.S.D. Board of Arbitrators, and the American Society of International Law. Mr. Kaye graduated from the J.D., Emory University School of Law and has a B.A., S.U.N.Y. at Stony Brook with department honors. Mr. Kaye was admitted to the State of Georgia in 1983.
