Robert Glaser |
Mr. Robert Glaser serves as Chairman of the Board, Interim Chief Executive Officer of RealNetworks Inc. He is appointed as interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective July 3, 2012. He served as as Chief Executive Officer of RealNetworks from 1994 until January 2010. Mr. Glaser has served as a venture partner at Accel Partners, a venture capital firm, since May 2010. Mr. Glaser’s professional experience also includes ten years of employment with Microsoft Corporation where he focused on the development of new businesses related to the convergence of the computer, consumer electronics and media industries. Mr. Glaser holds a B.A. and an M.A. in Economics and a B.S. in Computer Science from Yale University. |
Tim Wan |
Mr. Tim M. Wan serves as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer of RealNetworks, Inc., since April 18, 2012. As vice president of finance, Wan was responsible for budgeting, financial planning and analysis, SEC reporting and accounting. In addition, Tim has been involved in numerous transactions from the acquisition of WiderThan to the formation and separation of Rhapsody. Before joining the finance organization, he served as general manager of business planning for Real Networks’ consumer division, helping launch RealNetworks SuperPass as well as its music and games businesses. Mr. John E. Cunningham, IV has been appointed as Director of RealNetworks, Inc., effective July 12, 2012. He has served as a director of Blucora, Inc.
