Ivan Rodionov

 Mr. Ivan Ivanovich Rodionov has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors at Rostelekom OAO since July 20, 2011. He was Member of the Company's Board of Directors from January 22, 2011 until July 20, 2011. He also occupied this post at the Company between May 30, 2009 and May 29, 2010. Since August 2011, he has served as Member of the Company’s Audit and Strategy Committees. In addition to his duties at the Company, he is Professor of State University Higher School of Economics. In 2009, he was appointed Member of the Board of Directors at Svyaz'invest OAO and IK Rusinvest. Prior to that, from 1997 to 2006 he served as Managing Director at AIG-Brunswick Capital Management, the same position he held from 2004 to 2006 at AIG-Interros RCF Advisor. From 2005 to 2009, he was also Chairman of the Board of Directors at Energo-mashinostroitel'nyi Al'yans OAO. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University with degrees in Economics and Economic Sciences in 1979 and 1984, respectively. He obtained Doctorate in Philosophy degree in Economic Sciences from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2002.

Natalia Albrekht

 Ms. Natalia Aleksandrovna Albrekht has served as Vice President at Rostelekom OAO since September 2012. She is also Member of the Management Board at the Company. She held executive posts at Rosgosstakh as Head of KES-Holding's business line, and as Chief Operating Officer at NTV-PLyus. In October 2008, she was appointed Deputy General Director of CTC Media for Organizational Development, Human Resources Management and Administrative Issues. Vladimir Mironov

 Mr. Vladimir Konstantinovich Mironov serves as Member of the Management Board and Vice President at Rostelekom OAO. He was appointed Vice President at the Company on August 20, 2010. In addition, in March 2002, he was appointed Deputy General Director at the Company. Previously, he was also Member of the Management Board in Rostelekom OAO until October 6, 2010. Naum Marder

 Mr. Naum Semenovich Marder has served as Vice President for Relations with State Authorities at Rostelekom OAO since October 2012. He started his career in 1978 as Engineer in Mezhgorsvuaz'stroy. From 1982 to 1990 he worked at the main control center long distance services the Ministry of Communications of the USSR. Since 1990 he worked in the Ministry of Communications of Russia, where he held posts from Deputy Head of Department to the Deputy Minister. In 1997 he became Deputy and then First Deputy Chairman of the State Committee of the Russian Federation for Communications and Informatization. Since 2000 he has been Advisor of ONPTs OAO. In February 2003, he was appointed the chair of Infocommunications of PKI MTUCI and became a consultant to a number of telecommunication projects, retaining the post of Adviser and ONPTs. In 2008 he was appointed Deputy Minister of Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation. In 1978 he graduated from Moscow Technical University of Communications and Informatics, and in 1991 from Business School of Duke University.

Aleksandr Rogovoy

 Mr. Aleksandr Mikhaylovich Rogovoy is Member of the Management Board and Vice President for Legal Affairs and Corporate Development at Rostelekom OAO. He was appointed Vice President for Legal Affairs and Corporate Development at the Company in October 2010, and in 2010 he served also as Deputy Director of the Department for Legal Support at the Company. From 2003 to 2009, he worked at Megafon OAO, holding posts from Legal Consultant to Head of the Legal Department. Between 1998 and 2009, he worked on legal support in a number of organizations. Anatoly Smorgonskiy

 Mr. Anatoly Valerevich Smorgonskiy has served as Managing Director - Director of Products and Marketing Department at Rostelekom OAO since February 5, 2013. In 2004, he joined technical directorate of Voronezh branch of VympelKom. Subsequently, he served at such companies as Svuaznoy-Moskva, Tele2-Rossiya. Galina Rysakova

 Ms. Galina Vasilevna Rysakova serves as Member of the Management Board and Managing Director - Director for Organizational Development and HR at Rostelekom OAO. She was appointed Director for Organizational Development and HR at the Company in July 2006. Prior to that, between 2003 and July 2006, she held positions of Deputy General Director - Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources Department at the Company. From 2001 to 2003, she served as Head of Human Resources of Directorate for Organizational Development and Human Resources Management at the Company. Between 1989 and 2001, she worked at International Airport Sheremetevo, where she held posts of senior engineer, head of group, and then, Head of Human Resources Department. She graduated from the Faculty of Law of Moscow State University in 1999.

Olga Rumyantseva

 Ms. Olga Nikolaevna Rumyantseva has served as Member of the Management Board at Rostelekom OAO since November 24, 2011. Since January 2013, she has also acted as Managing Director - Director of Corporate and Government Segments at the Company. She was appointed Managing Director - Director of Corporate Clients Sales Department at the Company in November 2010. In October 2004, she was appointed Deputy Commercial Director - Head of Marketing Department at the Company. Andrey Kholodnyi

 Mr. Andrey Yurevich Kholodnyi serves as Managing Director - Director for Media Assets Management at Rostelekom OAO. He joined the Company in February 2011 as Director of Media Products Project. From 2008 to 2011, he headed Department of Additional Services of VympleKom. He graduated from Budapest University of Technology and Economics and from Bauman Moscow State Technical University.

Pavel Rybalskiy

 Mr. Evgeny Yurevich Sekerin has served as Managing Director - Director of Department on Work with Telecom Operators at Rostelekom OAO since July 2009. Prior to joining the Company, from 1996 to 2000 he worked at PeterStar ZAO. In 2000, he was Sales Manager at the branch of Telekom Limited OOO. From 2001 to 2002, he was Senior Expert of Marketing Analysis Group, Manager of Services Business-Planning and Prices at Severo-Zapadnyi GSM ZAO. Between 2002 and 2005, he was Chief Managing Director, General Director and Advisor of Central Management Body at Start Telekom OAO. As of February 2008, he served as Deputy General Director at Del’ta Telekom ZAO. In 1996, he graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Economics and Finance, with a specialization in Commerce.

Gennady Solovskiy

 Mr. Gennady Ivanovich Solovskiy has served as Managing Director - Director of Exploitation, Operational and Technical Management of Communication Networks at Rostelekom OAO since June 2011. Artem Prikazchikov

 Mr. Artem Aleksandrovich Prikazchikov has served as Director of Internal Audit Department at Rostelekom OAO since October 2009. From 2005 to 2009, he worked at KPMG. Between 2001 and 2005, he held the post of Consultant on Audit and a Senior Adviser - Auditor in the Department of Risk Management at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.  Mr. Oleg Valerievich Rumyantsev has held the post of Director of Strategic Communication Projects at Rostelekom OAO since March 2012. Until then, he acted as Director of External Communications Department at Rostelekom OAO as of April 2010. In January 2010, he was appointed Advisor to General Director at the Company.  Mr. Sergey Aleksandrovich Azatyan has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Rostelekom OAO since June 14, 2012. He is also Member of the Strategy Committee, as well as Chairman of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee at the Company. Anatoly Milyukov

 Mr. Anatoly Anatolevich Milyukov has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Rostelekom OAO since June 27, 2011. Since August 2011, he has served as Member of the Company’s Strategy Committee and Member of the Company’s Nominations and Remuneration Committee. Vadim Semenov

 Mr. Vadim Viktorovich Semenov has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Rostelekom OAO since January 22, 2011. Since August 2011, he has served as Chairman of the Company’s Strategy Committee and as Member of the Company’s Audit Committee. He acted as Advisor to General Director, Deputy General Director for Corporate Development and Member of the Management Board at Rostelekom OAO from 2009 to February 24, 2011. In addition, he is General Director of Svyazinvest OAO. Between 2003 and 2009, he served at Megafon OAO, holding such positions as Head of Legal Department, Head of Legal Division, Director for Legal Issues, and Deputy Director for Legal Issues. He gained a degree in Jurisprudence from Saint-Petersburg State University in 1987.

Anton Zlatopolskiy

 Mr. Anton Andreevich Zlatopolskiy has served as Member of the Board of Directors at Rostelekom OAO since June 27, 2011. Since August 2011, he has served as Member of the Company’s Nominations and Remuneration Committee and as Member of the Company’s Corporate Governance Committee. In addition, he acts as Director at GPK Telekanal Rossiya (Rossiya TV channel).
