Joe Kajszo

 Mr. Joe Kajszo is Executive Chairman of the Board of Rye Patch Gold Corp., since April 2006. He served as interim Chief Financial Officer from June 22, 2011 to September 12, 2011. Prior to the formation of the Company, Mr. Kajszo was a President & Chief Executive Officer of Nevada Pacific Gold Ltd. In this capacity, he reviewed, analyzed and evaluated financial statements.

William Howald

 Mr. William Carl Howald is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Rye Patch Gold Corp., since April 13, 2006. He is President of Rye Patch Gold US, Inc., the Company’s subsidiary; Director of SOHO Resources Corp, a mining exploration company; Director of Tanadog Management & Technical Services Inc., a mining consulting company.

Alnesh Mohan

 Mr. Alnesh Mohan has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of Rye Patch Gold Corp., with effect from September 12, 2011. Mr. Mohan is a Chartered Accountant and a partner at Quantum Advisory Partners LLP ("Quantum"). Quantum is a chartered accounting firm specializing in providing accounting and financial reporting support to junior resource companies. Mr. Mohan has over 16 years of accounting, auditing and tax experience providing advisory services to a wide array of clients. Prior to joining Quantum, Mr. Mohan spent over a decade working within the Big 4 public accounting firms. Most recently he spent four years with KPMG LLP in Vancouver as a tax manager providing corporate and personal tax consulting and compliance services to clients both in Canada and the United States.

Jonathan Challis

 Mr. Jonathan Challis is Lead Independent Director of Rye Patch Gold Corp. He is Independent Director since March 14, 2007. Mr. Challis has been a Director of the Company since March, 2007. He has also served as a director and officer of several junior mining companies since 2003. In such capacities, he reviewed, analyzed and evaluated financial statements. Through such experience, he acquired an understanding of the accounting principles that are used by the Company to prepare its financial statements and the internal controls and procedures for financial reporting.

Charles Russell

 Mr. Charles C. Russell is Independent Director of Rye Patch Gold Corp., since January 22, 2007. He has been a director and a member of the Audit Committee of Ivanhoe Nickel and Platinum Ltd., a private mining exploration company, since 2000. He has also been a Director and member of the Audit Committee of Golden Reign Resources Ltd. from May, 2004 to September 5, 2008. In such capacities, he reviewed, analyzed and evaluated financial statements. Through such experience, he acquired an understanding of the accounting principles that are used by the Company to prepare its financial statements and the internal controls and procedures for financial reporting.
