Daniel Feehan

 Mr. Daniel R. Feehan is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Radioshack Corp., since May 19, 2011. Mr. Feehan has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Cash America International, Inc. (a provider of specialty financial services to individuals) since February 2000. He is a director of Cash America International, Inc. and AZZ incorporated (a manufacturer of electrical and industrial products).

Joseph Magnacca

 Mr. Joseph C. Magnacca is Chief Executive Officer, Director of RadioShack Corp. Prior to joining RadioShack, Mr. Magnacca was with Walgreen Co. where he was Executive Vice President of Walgreen Co. as well as President of Daily Living Products and Solutions at Walgreen Co. since April 2011. From July 2010 until April 2011, he was President of Duane Reade Holdings, Inc. (a New York drugstore chain) and from September 2008 until July 2010, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer of Duane Reade Holdings. Prior to that time, Mr. Magnacca served as Executive Vice President of Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation (a Canadian drugstore chain) from 2001 until 2008.

Dorvin Lively

 Mr. Dorvin D. Lively is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer of RadioShack Corp. From September 2012 until February 11, 2013, Mr. Lively also served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Lively joined the Company from Ace Hardware Corporation, a retail hardware cooperative, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from March 2008 to December 2010, and Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from December 2010 to August 2011. Telvin Jeffries

 Mr. Telvin P. Jeffries is Chief Human Resource Officer, Executive Vice President, General Manager - Retail Services of RadioShack Corp. Mr. Jeffries joined the Company from Kohl’s Corporation, a department store retailer, where he worked from 1993 to 2012 and most recently served as the executive vice president of human resources. Mr. Jeffries also held the following positions at Kohl’s: assistant store manager, director of executive recruiting, vice president of corporate human resources, and senior vice president of corporate human resources.

 Mr. Troy H. Risch is Executive Vice President - Operations of RadioShack Corporation. Previously, Mr. Risch held the following positions at Target Corporation, a general merchandise retailer, from 1997 to 2011: store manager, district manager, group director, group vice president, and executive vice president of stores.

 Ms. Sharon S. Stufflebeme is Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of RadioShack Corp.
