Name Description

Daniel Feehan

Mr. Daniel R. Feehan is Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of Radioshack Corp., since May 19, 2011. Mr. Feehan has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Cash America International, Inc. (a provider of specialty financial services to individuals) since February 2000. He is a director of Cash America International, Inc. and AZZ incorporated (a manufacturer of electrical and industrial products).

Joseph Magnacca

Mr. Joseph C. Magnacca is Chief Executive Officer, Director of RadioShack Corp. Prior to joining RadioShack, Mr. Magnacca was with Walgreen Co. where he was Executive Vice President of Walgreen Co. as well as President of Daily Living Products and Solutions at Walgreen Co. since April 2011. From July 2010 until April 2011, he was President of Duane Reade Holdings, Inc. (a New York drugstore chain) and from September 2008 until July 2010, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Merchandising Officer of Duane Reade Holdings. Prior to that time, Mr. Magnacca served as Executive Vice President of Shoppers Drug Mart Corporation (a Canadian drugstore chain) from 2001 until 2008.

John Feray

Mr. John W. Feray has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of the Company, effective February 6, 2014. Mr. Feray joins RadioShack from Dollar General Corporation, the nation's largest small-box discount retailer with over 11,000 locations, where he has been Senior Vice President-Finance and Strategy since 2008 under both private equity ownership and as a public company. With responsibility for financial planning and analysis, long-term strategic planning, real estate market planning and operational improvement activities, he has been a key contributor to Dollar General’s growth. He also played an integral role in the development of the Dollar General strategies for their successful return to the public markets in 2009. Prior to joining Dollar General, Feray served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of First American Payment Systems. Before that he spent several years as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Haggar Corporation, the menswear manufacturer and retailer. During his tenure, he oversaw Haggar’s transition from a public to a privately owned enterprise. He has an extensive background in financial management which began at Arthur Andersen where he served as an audit manager. Feray is a graduate of Sam Houston State University and a Certified Public Accountant.

Telvin Jeffries

Mr. Telvin P. Jeffries is Chief Human Resource Officer, Executive Vice President, General Manager - Retail Services of RadioShack Corp. Mr. Jeffries joined the Company from Kohl’s Corporation, a department store retailer, where he worked from 1993 to 2012 and most recently served as the executive vice president of human resources. Mr. Jeffries also held the following positions at Kohl’s: assistant store manager, director of executive recruiting, vice president of corporate human resources, and senior vice president of corporate human resources.

Jennifer Warren

Ms. Jennifer Warren has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer of RadioShack Corporation effective April 18, 2013. Ms. Warren's responsibilities will include all aspects of RadioShack's marketing: brand strategy, advertising, corporate communications, social media, and online customer experience. She joins the company with experience developing strategy and building top-tier brands in the retail and mobile categories, including: Samsung, Walmart, Sam's Club, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Zales, World Market, Land Rover, Charles Schwab, Kinko's, Dell, Chili's, and Hallmark. Her experience includes leadership roles with agencies Razorfish, GSD&M and T-3.

Mark Boerio

Mr. Mark A. Boerio has been appointed as Senior Vice President - Planning, Allocation and e-Commerce of the Company. Prior to joining RadioShack, Boerio served in various executive functions for Belk, Inc., the nation's largest family owned and operated department store company, most recently serving as Senior Vice President, Corporate Strategy. During his 11-year tenure at Belk, Boerio also served as Senior Vice President, Merchandise Planning and Allocation, and Senior Vice President, Stores. Before joining Belk, Boerio served as Manager, Merchandise Planning for Victoria's Secret Stores, LLC. Boerio received his MBA from Duquesne University and his BS in Business Administration, Finance, from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Janet Fox

Ms. Janet Fox is Senior Vice President - Global Sourcing and Product Innovation of RadioShack Corporation. She has spent almost 30 years in retail sourcing, most recently as senior vice president- sourcing, quality, materials and technical design at leading athletic brand Under Armour, Inc. Before joining Under Armour, she served as senior vice president, director of sourcing for JCPenney.

Paul Rutenis

Mr. Paul Rutenis is the Chief Merchandising Officer, Senior Vice President of RadioShack Corporation. He joins RadioShack from J. C. Penney Company, Inc., where he served as senior vice president, general merchandising manager for the Home division. He previously served in senior positions at Dick's Sporting Goods and Foley's Department Stores in a career spanning 22 years in merchandising.
