Name Description

Matthew Drapkin

Mr. Matthew A. Drapkin has been appointed as Chairman of the Board of Ruby Tuesday Inc. effective December 1, 2012. Mr. Drapkin has been a partner at Becker Drapkin Management since December 2009. Previously, he served as head of research, special situations and private equity at ENSO Capital, a New York-based hedge fund, from March 2008 to October 2009. From January 2003 to March 2008, Mr. Drapkin worked at MacAndrews & Forbes, a private investment firm, where he most recently served as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Development, responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing investment opportunities. Prior to MacAndrews & Forbes, Mr. Drapkin was the general manager of several Condé Nast Internet sites and an investment banker at Goldman Sachs.

James Buettgen

Mr. James J. Buettgen has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer of Ruby Tuesday Inc. effective December 1, 2012. Prior to his most recent role as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer for Darden Restaurants, the world's full-service restaurant operating company that owns and operates more than 2,000 casual dining restaurants in its multiple-brand portfolio, JJ served as Darden’s Senior Vice President of Business Development and as President of Smokey Bones Barbeque & Grill. JJ has over 20 years of experience in the restaurant and consumer industries including roles at Disneyland Resorts, Brinker International, and General Mills. He holds a BS in Finance from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and an MBA in Marketing Management from the University of California at Los Angeles.

Michael Moore

Mr. Michael O. Moore is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President, Treasurer, Assistant Secretary of Ruby Tuesday Inc. Mr. Moore joined the Company in April 2012 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Moore was employed with Sun Capital Partners as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Pamida Stores from February 2009 to March 2012 and as Interim Chief Financial Officer of Kellwood, Inc. from November 2008 to February 2009. Prior to his tenure with Sun Capital Partners, Mr. Moore served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Advanced Auto Parts from December 2005 to February 2008. Additionally, prior to December 2005, among other positions, Mr. Moore served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Cato Corporation and as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bloomingdales.

Kimberly Grant

Ms. Kimberly M. Grant is Executive Vice President, Chief Operations Officer of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Ms. Grant joined the Company in June 1992 and was named Executive Vice President in April 2007. From January 2005 to April 2007, Ms. Grant served as Senior Vice President, Operations, from September 2003 to January 2005, as Vice President, Operations, from June 2002 to September 2003, as Regional Partner, Operations, and served in various other positions from June 1992 until June 2002.

Mark Young

Mr. Mark D. Young is Chief Marketing Officer, Senior Vice President of Ruby Tuesday Inc. Mr. Young joined the Company in January 1995 and was named Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer in June 2007. From October 2003 to June 2007, Mr. Young served as Vice President, Advertising, from August 1998 to September 2003 as Vice President, Marketing and Culinary, and from January 1995 to August 1998, in various other positions within the Company.

Scarlett May

Ms. Scarlett May is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Ruby Tuesday Inc. Ms. May joined the Company in July 2000 and was named Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer in June 2012. From August 2004 to June 2012, Ms. May served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary and from February 2004 to August 2004 as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel – Relations and Response.

Robert LeBoeuf

Mr. Robert F. LeBoeuf is Chief People Officer, Senior Vice President of Ruby Tuesday Inc. Mr. LeBoeuf joined the Company in July 1986 and was named Senior Vice President, Chief People Officer in June 2003. From August 2001 to June 2003, Mr. LeBoeuf served as Vice President, Human Resources and from July 1986 until August 2001, he held various other positions within the Company.

F. Lane Cardwell

Mr. F. Lane Cardwell, Jr., is Independent Director of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Mr. Cardwell was most recently the President of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro (“P.F. Chang’s”) from March 2011 until the company was taken private in mid-2012. He previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Boston Market from June 2009 to October 2010. Mr. Cardwell also served as the interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Famous Dave’s of America, Inc. from December 2007 until April 2008. He previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Eatzi’s Market and Bakery from 1996 to 1999. Prior to joining Eatzi’s, Mr. Cardwell was Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and a member of the board of directors of Brinker International, Inc. Mr. Cardwell also serves on the board of directors of a private dining company.

Kevin Clayton

Mr. Kevin T. Clayton is Independent Director of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Mr. Clayton has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Clayton Homes, Inc. (a Berkshire Hathaway Company) since 1999. Prior to serving as President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Clayton served as Chief Operating Officer of Clayton Homes, Inc. from 1997 to 1999 and as Vice President of Clayton Homes, Inc. and President of Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc. from 1995 until 1997.

Bernard Lanigan

Mr. Bernard Lanigan, Jr., is Independent Director of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Mr. Lanigan founded and has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Southeast Asset Advisors, Inc., a registered investment advisor and management company, since 1991. Also, Mr. Lanigan founded and has served as Chairman of Lanigan & Associates, P.C., Certified Public Accountants and Consultants, since 1974. Mr. Lanigan also serves on the board of directors of Lykes Brothers, Inc., a private corporation.

Jeffrey O'Neill

Mr. Jeffrey J. O'Neill is Independent Director of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Mr. O’Neill has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Einstein Noah Restaurant Group (“Einstein Noah”) since December 2008. In May 2005, Mr. O’Neill joined Priszm Income Fund in Toronto, Canada and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer until being named Chief Executive Officer in January 2008. Priszm Income Fund owned and operated 465 quick service and quick casual restaurants (KFC, Taco Bell, and Pizza Hut) across seven Canadian provinces. From 1999 until 2005, Mr. O’Neill served as President of Pepsi-Cola Canada. From March 1999 to January 2003 and from February 2003 through March 2005 he was Vice President of Sales for Quaker Foods USA.

Stephen Sadove

Mr. Stephen I. Sadove is Independent Director of Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Mr. Sadove has served as Chief Executive Officer of Saks Incorporated since January 2006 and assumed the position of Chairman of the Saks Incorporated Board in May 2007. Before becoming Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Sadove served Saks Incorporated as Vice Chairman from January 2002 to March 2004 and served as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer from March 2004 to January 2006. Prior to his position with Saks Incorporated, Mr. Sadove served as Senior Vice President of Bristol-Myers Squibb Company (“Bristol-Myers”) and President of Bristol-Myers Worldwide Beauty Care and Nutritionals from 1996 to January 2002.
