Name Description
Gelman, Eli Mr. Eli Gelman serves as Chairman of the Board at Retalix Limited since January 25, 2010. Previously, Mr. Gelman served as the Company's Director from November 01, 2009 to January 25, 2010. Mr. Gelman served as a Director at Amdocs Limited from 2002 to 2009. Mr. Gelman has more than 28 years of experience in the software industry, including more than 20 years with Amdocs Ltd., where he served as Executive Vice President and as Chief Operating Officer. Since retiring from his management position at Amdocs, Mr. Gelman has devoted his time to other activities, including charitable projects focusing on youth education. He is one of five individuals who comprise the Alpha Group.
Sheffer, Joshua Mr. Joshua Sheffer was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of Retalix Limited effective from January 1, 2010. Mr. Sheffer has 25 years of experience in software development and IT services. Until recently, he was the President of the Emerging Markets Division and member of the executive management of Amdocs Limited. Mr. Sheffer has experience in laying down strategy and managing sales and the delivery of complex, mission critical software projects to customers. He also brings global experience and business best practices, having worked in Europe, United States and the Emerging Markets.
Goldman, Hugo Mr. Hugo Goldman has served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Retalix Limited since November 2007. From 2006 to 2007, Mr. Goldman served as Chief Financial Officer of AxisMobile. From 2001 to 2005, he served as Chief Financial Officer of VocalTec Communications. From 1983 to 1999, Mr. Goldman spent 16 years at Motorola Semiconductor Products Sector (now Freescale), where he served in a number of roles, including Chief Financial Officer of the Israeli operations. Halevi, Reuben Mr. Reuben Halevi has served as President of Supply Chain Management of Retalix Limited since January 2009. He served as Chief Operating Officer for U.S. operations from August 2006 to December 2008. He also served as our Executive Vice President, Product Development from June 2005 until December 2007. Previously, Mr. Halevi has served as a Vice President for Business Development from January 2005. From January to December 2004, Mr. Halevi served as a senior manager in the Company's development group. During 2000 to 2003, Mr. Halevi served as a senior IT consultant for Supersol. Carlin, Raymond Mr. Ray Carlin serves as Executive Vice President, Retail Division - USA at Retalix Limited and as President and CEO, StoreNext Retail Technologies LLC, the Company's subsidiary. He launched his career at NCR Corporation, where he held various positions, including Senior Vice President, Americas Region, Vice President Worldwide Industry Marketing, and Vice President U.S. Retail Systems Division. Earlier in his career Mr. Carlin held sales, marketing, and product management positions in the Grocery and Convenience Store segments.
Simrell, Roy Mr. Roy Simrell has served as President of U.S. Retail Division of Retalix Limited since January 2009. From 2000 to 2009, Mr. Simrell worked at Catalina Marketing in various executive roles, most recently as Corporate Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Research & Development.
