Biographies

Name Description

Arne Karlsson

 Mr. Arne Karlsson has served as Non-Independent Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ratos AB since April 18, 2012. He joined the Company’s Board as Non-Independent Member in 1999. Prior to his current role he was Chief Executive Officer of the Company between 1999 and April 18, 2012. He is Chairman of the Company’s Compensation Committee and Audit Committees. In the past worked for Atle Mergers & Acquisitions as President (1996-1998), Atle as Head Analyst (1993-1998), Hartwig Invest as President (1988-1993) and for Aktiv Placering (1982-1988). Mr. Karlsson holds other board assignments including Chairman of Bonnier Holding, Einar Mattsson and SNS (Center for Business and Policy Studies) and Board Member of AP Moeller-Maersk, Bonnier, Fortnox and the World’s Children’s Prize Foundation. He is also Member of the Swedish Securities Council. He holds a Master of Science degree in Economics.

Susanna Campbell

 Ms. Susanna Campbell has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Ratos AB, effective as of April 18, 2012. Before that, she has been Investment Director of the Company until April 18, 2012, responsible for the holdings in Arcus group and HL Display. Ms. Campbell joined the Company in 2003. She served at McKinsey & Company from 2000 till 2003, and at Alfred Berg Corporate Finance from 1996 till 2000. She holds a Master of Science degree in Economics.

Bo Jungner

 Mr. Leif Johansson serves as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Senior Advisor of Ratos AB. He has been Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Company since January 21, 2010. Before that, he was Investment Director of the Company from 2006 until January 21, 2010, and before 2006 he was Senior Investment Manager of the Company. Kristina Linde

 Ms. Kristina Linde has been Head of Accounting in Ratos AB since October 1, 2011. She was Head of Group Audit in the Company from 2010 until October 1, 2011. She previously worked for KPMG as an authorized public accountant and accounting specialist between 1997 and 2009 and between 1987 and 1994. She also worked as Auditor for Swedish Tax Authority (Skattemyndigheten) in Stockholm from 1994 to 1996. She holds a Master of Science degree in Economics.
