Biographies

Name Description

Yves Roche

 Mr. Yves Roche serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Recylex SA since April 21, 2005. He began his career in the Company, then under the name of Metaleurop, in 1995, in the commodity risk management department, becoming the Company's Treasurer in 2003 and Chief Financial Officer until 2005. He is currently also Chairman of the Board of Directors of Recytech SA, Supervisor of Recylex Commercial SAS, Director of FMM SA and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eco-Recyclage SPA.

Aristotelis Mistakidis

 Mr. Aristotelis Mistakidis serves as Director of Recylex SA since September 20, 2002 and is also Member of the Company's Remuneration and Nomination Committee. He is a senior executive of Glencore International AG, a natural resources company, since 1993. He currently also holds several other posts, including Chairman of Portovesme Srl, Director of Mopani Copper Mines PLC and Director of Glencore AG, among others. Mr. Mistakidis is a graduate of the London School of Economics and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree.

Richard Robinson

 Mr. Richard Robinson serves as Director of Recylex SA since April 8, 2003 and is also Chairman of the Company's Remuneration and Nomination Committee and Member of the Audit Committee. He is also Director of Recytech SA and of Mount Bele Resources Liberia Ltd, as well as Manager of HRI BVBA and Chairman of Mount Bele Resources Ltd. Mr. Robinson was Executive Director of Gold Fields of South Africa Ltd before becoming Chief Executive Officer of Gold Fields Limited and, in 1998, Chief Executive Officer of LaSource SAS (France). He holds a Master of Science degree in Mineral Economics from the Queen's University in Canada.

Laetitia Seta

 Ms. Laetitia Seta serves as Director at Recylex SA since May 6, 2011. She is Asset Manager and Trader within Glencore International AG. Ms. Seta began her career as a consultant with the audit firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Paris before joining the Glencore Group, where she has held several positions. She has served as Head of Internal Control and of the Price Risk Management Department for the metallurgists Portovesme Sri (Italy) and Philippines Associated Smelting and Refining Corporation (Philippines). She also served as Project Controller and Administrator of the new copper smelter construction project at Mopani Copper Mines (Zambia) and project controller for mining investments at Sinchi Wayra SA (Bolivia). In 2008, Ms. Seta joined Glencore International AG in Switzerland as Asset Manager and Trader within the Zinc-Lead-Copper Department. She graduated from EPF-Sceaux de Paris in Energetic and also holds a DESS degree in Management and Financial Techniques from Universite Paris Dauphine. She currently works also as Director of Philippines Associated Smelting and Refining Corporation.

Mathias Pfeiffer

 Mr. Mathias Pfeiffer has served as Non-Executive Director of Recylex SA as on July 27, 2006. He is also Member of the Company's Audit Committee and the Nominating and Remuneration Committee. He spent his entire career with the Deutsche Bank group in various countries. He held the position of Chief Executive Officer with regional responsibilities before retiring in 2006.

Jean-Pierre Thomas

 Mr. Jean-Pierre Thomas serves as Independent Director of Recylex SA since May 12, 2009 and is also Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. He has been Associated Manager of the investment bank Lazard since 2000, advising on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and asset management. Before joining Lazard in 1998, Mr. Thomas was Member of Lorraine Regional Council, Vice Chairman, then Chairman of Lorraine Regional Council Finance Committee, Member of Parliament for the Vosges, Deputy Treasurer of the UDF group at the National Assembly, Economic Affairs and Budget spokesman for the UDF group, Chairman of the UDF Departmental Federation in the Vosges and National Treasurer of Parti Republicain. Mr. Thomas currently also works as Director of Generali France. He holds an engineering degree in Finance and Management from Ecole Superieure de Commerce and a Doctorate degree in Economics from Univeriste de Paris II.
