Name Description

Richard Kincaid

Mr. Richard D. Kincaid is Chairman of the Board of Rayonier Inc. Mr. Kincaid is the President and Founder of the BeCause Foundation (a non-profit corporation that heightens awareness of complex social problems and promotes change through the power of film). He is also an investor and adviser to twelve early stage companies that are in the social media, healthcare, beverage and media industries. Mr. Kincaid was the President, Chief Executive Officer and a trustee of Equity Office Properties Trust (an owner and manager of office buildings and, at the time, estate investment trust) until 2007. He was named President of Equity Office in 2002 and Chief Executive Officer in 2003. Mr. Kincaid joined Equity Office Properties Trust as a Senior Vice President in 1996, was named Chief Financial Officer in 1997 and Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2001. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Equity Office Holdings, L.L.C. (a predecessor of Equity Office Properties Trust), and was Senior Vice President of Equity Group Investments, Inc. (a private investment company). Mr. Kincaid serves on the Boards of Directors of Vail Resorts, Inc. and Strategic Hotels & Resorts, Inc. He is a graduate of Wichita State University and holds an MBA from the University of Texas.

David Nunes

Mr. David L. Nunes has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Rayonier Inc. Nunes brings three decades of timber and real estate industry leadership to his new role, including more than 15 years as a senior executive. He joins Rayonier Inc. from Pope Resources (NASDAQ: POPE), where he has served as president and CEO since 2002. Nunes joined Pope Resources in 1997 as director of portfolio management, working with prospective investors on developing timberland investment portfolios. He became vice president of portfolio development, and then served two years as senior vice president of acquisitions and portfolio development before being named president and COO in 2000. Appointed president and CEO in 2002, Nunes launched the company’s private equity timber fund business, which now manages timberlands in three funds. Pope Resources also manages development acreage in the Seattle metropolitan area. In his tenure as CEO, Nunes has consistently delivered value to Pope’s unitholders. Previously, Nunes spent nine years with Weyerhaeuser Company, joining the organization in 1988 as a business analyst and advancing through a number of leadership roles to become director of corporate strategic planning. Nunes holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Pomona College and an MBA from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University.

H. Edwin Kiker

Mr. H. Edwin Kiker has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President of Rayonier Inc, effective May 1, 2014. Mr. Kiker, has held a series of senior roles with the Company during his twelve-year tenure, including Controller of the Company’s Real Estate business, Vice President of Internal Audit and, most recently, Vice President of Investor Relations. Prior to joining the Company, he held audit positions with Great Lakes Chemical and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Kiker holds a BBA in accounting from the University of Houston and a MBA from the University of Florida, and is a registered Certified Public Accountant.

Nancy Wilson

Ms. Nancy Lynn Wilson is Executive Vice President - Forest Resources of Rayonier Inc. Wilson is a member of Rayonier's senior management team and is responsible for 2.6 million acres of timberland in nine states and New Zealand. She's also responsible for the administration of Rayonier's Land Information Services and leadership of the company's timberland acquisition team. Prior to joining Rayonier, she served as Vice President, Operations Support with Plum Creek -- a position she reached after holding a variety of responsibilities, including company Logging Superintendent, Senior Resource Manager and General Manager. Her forestry career spans more than two decades. Wilson holds a bachelor's degree in forest management from the University of Maine. She also graduated cum laude from Thomas College in Waterville, Maine, with a master's of business administration.

James Posze

Mr. James L. Posze, Jr., is Senior Vice President - Human Resources of Rayonier Inc. Mr. Posze joined Rayonier in October 2010 as Vice President, Human Resources and was promoted to his current position in March 2013. Prior to joining Rayonier, Mr. Posze was with Albemarle Corporation (a manufacturer of polymers and fine chemicals), where he served as Global Director, Human Resources from January 2008 to October 2010 and as Director, Human Resources from 2002 to March 2008. Prior to that, Mr. Posze served for 11 years at Koch Industries in positions of increasing responsibility from January 1991 to March 2002 and as Manager, Human Resources for Jostens from August 1988 to December 1991. Mr. Posze holds a bachelors degree in management from Western Kentucky University.

Christopher Corr

Mr. Christopher T. Corr has been appointed as Senior Vice President - Real Estate of Rayonier Inc., effective July 15, 2013. Prior to joining Rayonier, Mr. Corr served as Executive Vice President, Buildings and Places for AECOM (a global provider of technical and management support services, including real estate planning and development) from October 2008 to July 2013. Prior to that, Mr. Corr was with the St. Joe Company and served as Executive Vice President from October 2007 to July 2008, Chief Strategy Officer from August 2006 to October 2007, Senior Vice President-Strategic Planning from May 2004 to August 2006 and Vice President of Public Affairs from June 1998 to May 2004. From 1992 to 1998, Mr. Corr was a senior manager with The Walt Disney Company, where he served Disney Development Company and Walt Disney Imagineering in various positions, including as a developer of the town of Celebration, Florida, a 5,000-acre master planned community near Orlando. Mr. Corr has also served in a number of positions in state government, including as a member of the Florida House of Representatives from 1990 to 1992. Mr. Corr serves on the Board of Trustees of the University of Florida and the Florida Council of 100 Board of Directors, and serves as Co-Chair of the Community Development Council for the Urban Land Institute. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Florida and has completed programs with the Harvard Real Estate Institute and the Wharton School of Business at University of Pennsylvania.

Charles Hood

Mr. Charles H. Hood is Senior Vice President, Public Affairs and Communications of Rayonier Inc. Mr. Hood joined Rayonier in July 2007 as Vice President, Public Affairs and was promoted to his current position in March 2013. Prior to joining Rayonier, Mr. Hood was with Georgia-Pacific for 23 years, most recently as Vice President of Government Affairs. From 1991 to 2003, he was Georgia-Pacific’s Southeast Regional Manager of Government Affairs, and prior to that, their Manager of Government Affairs for Florida. Mr. Hood also served as Clerk of the Courts for Putnam County, Florida, for eight years, and was a legislative assistant for the Florida State Senate from 1972 to 1976. He currently serves on the boards of the Georgia Chamber of Commerce, Northeast Florida Rural Education Foundation, and the Jacksonville Regional Chamber of Commerce. In addition, Mr. Hood serves on the operating committee for National Alliance of Forest Owners, the public policy committee for the Northeast Florida United Way, and the Georgia Southern University, Mathematics and Science Advisory Board. He holds a bachelor’s degree in journalism from the University of Florida.

John Blumberg

Mr. John A. Blumberg is Director of Rayonier Inc. Mr. Blumberg has served as Co-Founder and Principal of Black Creek Group LLC, a real estate investment firm, since 1993. He has also served since 2002 as Co-Founder and Chairman of Mexico Retail Properties. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. With more than 30 years of real estate acquisition, development and redevelopment experience, Mr. Blumberg will assist the Rayonier board in overseeing Rayonier’s real estate business and development opportunities.

Dod Fraser

Mr. Dod A. Fraser is Director of Rayonier Inc. Mr. Fraser has been President of consulting firm Sackett Partners Incorporated since 2000. From 1995 to 2000, Mr. Fraser served as Managing Director and Group Executive, Global Oil and Gas, for Chase Manhattan Bank (now JPMorgan Chase). From 1978 to 1995, he held various positions of increasing responsibility with Lazard Freres & Co., most recently as General Partner. Mr. Fraser holds a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University. With substantial experience in debt and equity markets, bank markets, mergers and acquisitions, and risk oversight, Mr. Fraser will contribute strongly to the Rayonier board’s oversight of Rayonier’s overall financial performance, reporting and controls.

Scott Jones

Mr. Scott R. Jones is Director of Rayonier Inc. Mr. Jones has been Co-President of forest investment firm Forest Capital Partners since 2000. Prior to joining Forest Capital Partners, he was President and Chief Executive Officer at Timberland Growth Corporation, a timberland REIT joint venture, from 1998 to 2000, and Director, Business Development and Acquisitions, at The John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance Company from 1988 to 1998. He holds an undergraduate degree from Elizabethtown College, a Masters of Forestry from Duke University, and a Masters of Management from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University. With significant expertise in forest management, technology and innovations, as well as forest and real estate investments, Mr. Jones will assist the Rayonier board in its timber and real estate investment decisions and oversee management of its forest resources and real estate businesses.

Blanche Lincoln

Senator Blanche L. Lincoln is Director of Rayonier Inc. Ms. Lincoln has served since 2013 as the Founder and Principal of Lincoln Policy Group, a consulting firm helping companies navigate the legislative and regulatory processes of the federal government. From 2011 to 2013 she was a special policy advisor at the law firm Alston & Bird LLP. Ms. Lincoln is a former U.S. Senator for the State of Arkansas (1999 to 2011) and a former U.S. Representative for the State of Arkansas (1993 to 1997). She served as Chair of the U.S. Senate Committee on Agriculture, Nutrition and Forestry, and was a member of the U.S. Senate Committee on Finance, Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and the U.S. House Committee on Energy and Commerce, Committee on Agriculture and Committee on Natural Resources (formerly House Committee on Merchant Marine and Fisheries). Her political experience will be invaluable to the Rayonier board in helping the company address a range of public policy and legislative trends.

John Bush

Governor John Ellis Bush is Independent Director of Rayonier Inc. Mr. Bush is President of Jeb Bush and Associates (a consulting firm). He served as the 43rd Governor of the State of Florida from 1999 until 2007. Prior to his election as Governor, Mr. Bush worked as a real estate executive and pursued other entrepreneurial ventures from 1981 to 1998, and served as Secretary of Commerce for the State of Florida from 1987 to 1988. He formed and serves as chairman of The Foundation for Florida’s Future, a non-profit public policy organization, and the Foundation for Excellence in Education, a non-profit charitable organization. Mr. Bush serves on the Boards of Directors of Tenet Healthcare Corporation and Swisher Hygiene Inc. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Latin American affairs from the University of Texas at Austin.

V. Larkin Martin

Ms. V. Larkin Martin is Independent Director of Rayonier Inc. Ms. Martin is the Managing Partner of Martin Farm and Vice President of The Albemarle Corporation, positions she has held since 1990. She also served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta from 2007 until 2008 and is a director and officer of Servico, Inc. and Cottonseed, LLC (operations involved in cotton ginning, warehousing and whole cottonseed sales). Ms. Martin is a Trustee of The Farm Foundation, a past Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Cotton Board, a member of the President’s Advisory Council of the University of Alabama in Birmingham and has been named a 2012 Eisenhower Fellow for agriculture. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Vanderbilt University.

David Oskin

Mr. David William Oskin is Independent Director of Rayonier Inc. Mr. Oskin is President of Four Winds Ventures, LLC (a private investment and advisory company). He was Executive Vice President of International Paper Company (a paper, packaging and forest products company) from 1996 to 2003. Previously Mr. Oskin was Chief Executive Officer of Carter Holt Harvey Limited (a New Zealand-based forest products company) from 1992 to 1996 and Senior Vice President of International Paper from 1975 to 1992. Mr. Oskin is a director of Verso Paper Corp., Samling Global Limited, and Big Earth Publishing LLC, and serves as Chair Emeritus of the Board of Trustees of Widener University. Mr. Oskin holds bachelor and doctoral degrees from Widener University.
