Name Description

Marcelo Claure

Mr. Marcelo Claure has been appointed as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Sprint Corporation effective August 11, 2014. Claure is one of the world’s leading wireless executives having founded Brightstar Corp. approximately 17 years ago and growing it to be the number one specialized wireless distributor in the world. With a local presence in approximately 50 countries, Brightstar serves more than 50,000 customers including the world’s leading mobile OEMs, retailers, and wireless network operators. Claure is a very active member of the global wireless and business communities, including serving as Vice Chairman of Barcelona’s Mobile World Capital Advisory Board and past member of the CTIA board of directors. In January of 2014, Claure was appointed to join the Sprint board of directors. Named a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, Claure is recognized as a “bold, brave, action-oriented and entrepreneurial individual committing both time and talent to make the world a better place.” Claure has also been named CEO of the Year and Entrepreneur of the Year by a number of organizations. In 2013, Forbes Magazine listed Brightstar as the 55th largest privately held company in the U.S.

Ronald Fisher

Mr. Ronald D. Fisher is Vice Chairman of the Board of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Fisher joined SoftBank in 1995, overseeing its U.S. operations and its other activities outside of Asia, and was the founder of SoftBank Capital. He is currently Director and President of SoftBank Holdings, Inc. and also serves as a member of the board of directors of SoftBank Corporation. Mr. Fisher has over 30 years of experience of working with high growth and turnaround technology companies. Prior to joining SoftBank, Mr. Fisher was the CEO of Phoenix Technologies Ltd., the leading developer and marketer of system software products for personal computers, from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Fisher joined Phoenix from Interactive Systems Corporation, a UNIX software company that was purchased by the Eastman Kodak Company in 1988. At Interactive Systems he served for five years as President, initially as COO and then CEO. Mr. Fisher’s experience prior to Interactive Systems includes senior executive positions at Visicorp, TRW, and ICL (USA). Mr. Fisher earned an MBA from Columbia University, New York, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Joseph Euteneuer

Mr. Joseph J. Euteneuer is Chief Financial Officer of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Euteneuer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Qwest, a wireline telecom company, from September 2008 until April 2011. Previously, Mr. Euteneuer served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of XM Satellite Radio Holdings Inc., a satellite radio provider, from 2002 to 2008 after it merged with SIRIUS Satellite Radio, Inc. Prior to joining XM, Mr. Euteneuer held various management positions at Comcast Corporation and its subsidiary, Broadnet Europe. He began his career in public accounting in 1978 with Deloitte and has also worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Matthew Carter

Mr. Matthew Carter Jr., is President - Sprint Emerging & Wholesale Solutions of Sprint Corporation. He manages the profit and loss of Sprint’s Emerging & Wholesale Solutions business unit, which provides platform solutions serving a broad range of industries and customers in over 165 countries around the world. Carter leads many of the new growth businesses for Sprint including Mobile Advertising, Connected Transportation, M2M and traditional Wholesale services. Prior to his current role, Carter was president, Sprint 4G, where he oversaw the company’s efforts to roll out the first 4G wireless network in the U.S. Carter also served as president of Boost Mobile, part of Sprint’s prepaid group, where he was responsible for re-energizing the Boost brand. Under his leadership and behind breakthrough marketing, Boost launched a groundbreaking new service that launched the brand as one of the premier prepaid services in the industry. Prior to Boost Mobile, Carter served as senior vice president of Base Management at Sprint, where he drove coordinated marketing efforts to the customer base. Carter’s leadership and telecom experience spans more than 20 years across diverse industries with well-known companies such as Bristol Myers, Coca-Cola and Leap Wireless. He is a member of the board of directors at USG Corporation, (NYSE: USG), a building products company and the Apollo Group (NASDAQ: APO), a education services corporation. Carter holds a bachelor’s degree from Northwestern University and a master of business administration from Harvard Business School.

Dow Draper

Mr. Dow Draper is President - Prepaid of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Draper manages the sales and marketing for Sprint’s prepaid brands, Virgin Mobile USA, Boost Mobile and Assurance Wireless. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Retail for CLEAR, the retail brand of Clearwire, where he oversaw the brand’s sales, marketing, customer care and product development. He served in various executive positions at Clearwire since 2009. Before joining Clearwire, Mr. Draper held various roles at Alltel Wireless, including senior vice president of Voice & Data Solutions and senior vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis. He has also held various roles at Western Wireless and McKinsey and Company.

Steven Elfman

Mr. Steven L. Elfman is no longer President - Network Operations and Wholesale of Sprint Corporation., effective January 2, 2015. He joined the Sprint senior leadership team in May 2008 from mobile data technology services company Motricity (formerly Infospace Mobile), where he was executive vice president of Infospace Mobile, then president and chief operating officer of Motricity. He also has held leadership positions at Terabeam, as executive vice president of operations, and AT&T Wireless, where he was chief information officer. Elfman graduated from the University of Western Ontario in Canada with a degree in Computer Science and Business.

Robert Johnson

Mr. Robert L. Johnson is President - Retail Sales and Chief Service & Information Technology Officer of Sprint Corporation. He is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Customer Management and Information Technology, including customer experience, customer care operations, credit/collections, telesales, solutions delivery, care and billing services, application development and architecture. He is also responsible for IT development, infrastructure operations and services, configuration management, and data and production support. He received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and serves as chairman of the advisory board of the Robert H. Smith School of Business. He is also a board member for the Northern Virginia Technology Council and the Service Council™ Q2 Advisory Board.

Charles Wunsch

Mr. Charles R. Wunsch is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics Officer of Sprint Corporation. In this role, he oversees all strategic, transactional, dispute, and preventative legal and government affairs matters, provides advice to the board and senior management on various matters, and has responsibility for ethics training and legal compliance. In addition, he has responsibilities for corporate security including physical and internal network security, investigations and subpoena compliance. He held various positions in the legal department including director for M&A, Vice President of the Sprint PCS Business Law Group, Assistant Vice President – Intellectual Property for Sprint, and Vice President-Corporate Transactions. Before joining Sprint, Wunsch was a partner with Watson, Ess, Marshall and Enggas in Kansas City with a practice based on corporate and tax law. He earned a B.A. degree in history from Stanford University in 1978 and graduated cum laude with a J.D. degree from Cornell Law School in 1981.

Sandra Price

Ms. Sandra J. Price is Senior Vice President - Human Resources of Sprint Corporation. Prior to this role, Price served as senior vice president designee for the human resources, communications and brand management organization of Sprint’s Local Telephone Division (LTD). She was a member of the senior management team that prepared Sprint LTD for the spin-off of the company that became known as EMBARQ (now CenturyLink). Before coming to Sprint, Sandy was a principal in the Blue Valley School District in Overland Park, Kansas, and the Jenks Public Schools District in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has a B.A. in special education and a M.A. in learning disabilities and school administration. She completed doctoral coursework in policy and administration at the University of Kansas.

Michael Schwartz

Mr. Michael C. Schwartz is Senior Vice President - Corporate and Business Development of Sprint Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Sprint’s strategic growth initiatives including acquisitions and alliances. Prior to joining Sprint, Mr. Schwartz served as Vice President, Marketing, Corporate Development and Regulatory at Telesat from 2007 to 2012. Previously, Mr. Schwartz served as Senior Vice President of Marketing and Corporate Development of SES New Skies and he served as Chief Development and Financial Officer of Terabeam Corporation, where he was responsible for business and corporate development as well as financial operations. He also was a co-founder and president of an Internet infrastructure company, and held two senior positions at AT&T Wireless Services, including Vice President of Acquisitions and Development. He graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University in physics in 1986 and magna cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1991.

William White

Mr. William White is Senior Vice President - Corporate Communications and Corporate Social Responsibility of Sprint Corporation. In this role, he oversees all corporate communications and corporate social responsibility initiatives, including executive and internal communications, external relations, reputation-building efforts, issues management, marketing public relations, social media communications, industry analyst relations, corporate inclusion and diversity programs, and community relations and outreach. He joined Centel in 1983 as managing editor of Centel's electronic publishing division, which created online information databases and live programming for cable and broadcast television stations in Chicago. In 1985 he became editor of this operation. From 1986 until joining Sprint in 1993, White was general manager in the company's corporate communications department, responsible for directing the company's financial communications and national media relations activities. Prior to joining Centel, White was a sports reporter for the Chicago Sun-Times from 1979 to 1982, and was sports editor of the electronic publishing subsidiary of Field Enterprises, the parent company of the Sun-Times, from 1982 until joining Centel in 1983.

Jeffery Hallock

Mr. Jeffery D. Hallock is Chief Marketing Officer of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Hallock served as Senior Vice President for Marketing and Media from 2012 until 2013, Vice President for National Channels from 2009 until 2011, Vice President for Marketing Acquisition and Base from 2006 until 2009. He held the position of Vice President and Senior Director for Product Marketing from 1999 until 2005. Mr. Hallock started with Sprint in 1996 and held leadership positions as a Director of Business Development and Manager of marketing in emerging markets and e-commerce from 1996 until1999.

Masayoshi Son

Mr. Masayoshi Son is a Director of Sprint Corporation. SoftBank’s founder, Mr. Son founded SoftBank in September 1981, and has been its President and Chairman ever since and its Chief Executive Officer since February 1986. Mr. Son serves in various capacities with SoftBank’s portfolio of companies, including service with BB Technologies Corporation (currently SoftBank BB Corp.) as president since 2001 and as Chairman and CEO since 2004, service with Japan Telecom Co., Ltd. Robert Bennett

Mr. Robert R. Bennett is an Independent Director of Sprint Corporation. He has been Managing Director of Hilltop Investments, LLC, a private investment company. Mr. Bennett served as President of Discovery Holding Company from March 2005 until September 2008, when the company merged with Discovery Communications, Inc., creating a new public company. Mr. Bennett also served as President and CEO of Liberty Media Corporation (now Liberty Interactive Corporation) from April 1997 until August 2005 and continued as President until February 2006. He was with Liberty Media from its inception, serving as its principal financial officer and in various other capacities. Prior to his tenure at Liberty Media, Mr. Bennett worked with Tele-Communications, Inc. and the Bank of New York.

Gordon Bethune

Mr. Gordon M. Bethune is an Independent Directorof Sprint Corporation. Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Airlines, Inc., an international commercial airline company. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Continental Airlines from 1994 and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1996 until December 30, 2004. He is a director of Honeywell International Inc. and Prudential Financial, Inc. Mr. Bethune served as director of Sprint Nextel Corporation from March 2004 to July 2013.

Frank Ianna

Mr. Frank Ianna is an Independent Director of Sprint Corporation. He has been Chief Executive Officer and Director, Attila Technologies LLC, a Technogenesis Company incubated at Stevens Institute of Technology. Mr. Ianna retired from AT&T in 2003 after a 31-year career serving in various executive positions, most recently as President of Network Services. Following his retirement, Mr. Ianna served as a business consultant, executive and board member for several private and nonprofit enterprises. Mr. Ianna is a director of Harbinger Group, Inc., and Tellabs, Inc. Mr. Ianna served as a director of Sprint Nextel Corporation from March 2009 through July 2013.

Michael Mullen

Admiral Michael G. Mullen, USN (ret) is an Independent Director of Sprint Corporation. Admiral Mullen serves on the board of directors as the “Security Director” under the NSA. Admiral Mullen served as the 17th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from October 2007 until his retirement in September 2011. Adm. Mullen serves on the board of directors as the “Security Director” under the National Security Agreement between Sprint, SoftBank, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense (the “NSA”). Admiral Mullen served as the 17th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from October 2007 until his retirement in September 2011. Previously, Admiral Mullen served as the 28th Chief of Naval Operations (“CNO”) from July 2005 to 2007. CNO was one of four different four-star assignments Admiral Mullen held, including Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Commander, Allied Joint Force Command, and the 32nd Vice Chief of Naval Operations. Since 2012, he has served as President of MGM Consulting LLC and is the Charles and Marie Robertson Visiting Professor at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

Sara Tucker

Ms. Sara Martinez Tucker has been appointed as Independent Director of Sprint Corporation, effective September 2, 2013. Ms. Tucker is the president and Chief Executive Officer of the National Math + Science Initiative. Its programs in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) are transforming teaching, schools and education in the U.S. Ms. Tucker most recently served as the Under Secretary of Education in the U.S. Department of Education. Prior to joining the Department, she worked for nine years as the CEO and president of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF). Prior to joining HSF in 1997, Ms. Tucker spent 16 years at AT&T, becoming the first Latina to reach the company's executive level.
