Name Description

Masayoshi Son

Mr. Masayoshi Son is Chairman of the Board of Sprint Corporation. SoftBank’s founder, Mr. Son founded SoftBank in September 1981, and has been its President and Chairman ever since and its Chief Executive Officer since February 1986. Mr. Son serves in various capacities with SoftBank’s portfolio of companies, including service with BB Technologies Corporation (currently SoftBank BB Corp.) as president since 2001 and as Chairman and CEO since 2004, service with Japan Telecom Co., Ltd. (currently SoftBank Telecom Corp.) as Chairman since 2004 and CEO since 2006, and with Vodafone K.K. (currently SoftBank Mobile Corp.) as CEO and Chairman since 2006. In addition, Mr. Son has served as Chairman of Yahoo! Japan Corporation since 1996, which was established as a joint venture between SoftBank and Yahoo! Inc. Mr. Son has also served as Chairman of the Broadband Association in Japan and of The Great East Japan Earthquake Recovery Initiative Foundation.

Marcelo Claure

Mr. Marcelo Claure is President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Sprint Corporation effective August 11, 2014. Mr. Claure, prior to this, he was CEO of Brightstar, a company he founded in 1997 and grew from a small Miami-based distributor into a global business with more than $10 billion in gross revenue for the year ended 2013. Marcelo serves on the board of directors of CTIA-The Wireless Association and is a member of its 2015 Executive Committee. He has been named vice chairman of the 2016 CTIA-The Wireless Association® board of directors.

Ronald Fisher

Mr. Ronald D. Fisher is Vice Chairman of the Board of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Fisher joined SoftBank in 1995, overseeing its U.S. operations and its other activities outside of Asia, and was the founder of SoftBank Capital. He is currently Director and President of SoftBank Holdings, Inc. and also serves as a member of the board of directors of SoftBank Corporation. Mr. Fisher has over 30 years of experience of working with high growth and turnaround technology companies. Prior to joining SoftBank, Mr. Fisher was the CEO of Phoenix Technologies Ltd., the leading developer and marketer of system software products for personal computers, from 1990 to 1995. Mr. Fisher joined Phoenix from Interactive Systems Corporation, a UNIX software company that was purchased by the Eastman Kodak Company in 1988. At Interactive Systems he served for five years as President, initially as COO and then CEO. Mr. Fisher’s experience prior to Interactive Systems includes senior executive positions at Visicorp, TRW, and ICL (USA). Mr. Fisher earned an MBA from Columbia University, New York, and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa.

Tarek Robbiati

Mr. Tarek Robbiati is Chief Financial Officer of Sprint Corporation. He was named Chief Financial Officer. Robbiati most recently was Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer at FlexiGroup Ltd., an Australian consumer finance company specializing in leasing. Previously he held senior executive positions, including group managing director and deputy chief financial officer of Telstra Corp., Australia’s leading telecommunications company, chief executive officer at CSL Limited, the number one mobile operator in Hong Kong and executive vice president and head of corporate finance for Orange Plc. He will be responsible for Sprint’s day-to-day financial operations, including financial planning, accounting, tax, auditing, treasury and investor relations, as well as long-term financial strategy and planning. He will report to President and CEO Marcelo Claure when he joins Sprint in late August.

Timothy Donahue

Mr. Timothy M. Donahue is President - Kansas and Missouri of the Company. Donahue is vice president of consumer and general business Web, telesales and field marketing for Sprint. In this role, he is responsible for all activities related to consumer telesales, the business inside sales organization, Web sales, social tactics for sales channels, and business individual liable and corporate liable local marketing tactics. Before being named to this role, Donahue was vice president of small/medium business sales for Sprint, leading a business inside sales team with four centers across the U.S. and a field sales team ranging from the upper Midwest to Florida/Puerto Rico. Donahue has also served as vice president of Solution and International Sales, encompassing sales and technical specialists responsible for Sprint's portfolio of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) solutions, International solutions for overseas customers, and selling and implementing Sprint's portfolio of Custom Network Solutions.

Brandon Draper

Mr. Brandon Draper is President - Global Wholesale and Prepaid Services of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Draper manages the sales and marketing for Sprint’s prepaid brands, Virgin Mobile USA, Boost Mobile and Assurance Wireless as well as Sprint’s overall Wholesale business. Previously, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Retail for CLEAR, the retail brand of Clearwire, where he oversaw the brand’s sales, marketing, customer care and product development. He served in various executive positions at Clearwire since 2009. Before joining Clearwire, Mr. Draper held various roles at Alltel Wireless, including senior vice president of Voice & Data Solutions and senior vice president of Financial Planning and Analysis. He has also held various roles at Western Wireless and McKinsey and Company.

Jaime Jones

Mr. Jaime Jones is President – Postpaid and General Business of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Jones was appointed as President, Postpaid and General Business in August 2014. In this role, he oversees consumer and general business sales strategy and distribution, sales and operations of more than 3,000 company-owned and indirect partner-owned stores, national retail, Telesales and Web sales channels. Before being named to this role, Mr. Jones was responsible for the consumer sales strategy, distribution and customer experience for Sprint’s Postpaid and Prepaid product brands. Mr. Jones has also served Sprint as senior vice president for the General Business and Public Sector organizations, as well as numerous vice president roles at the area, regional and national levels for Local, Emerging and Mid-Markets and General Business units. Mr. Jones has more than 30 years of experience with technology companies, including management and operations roles for Siemens Communications Inc. (formerly IBM, ROLM Systems Division) and Harris/3M-Central Penn Office Products Inc. (formerly 3M Copying Products Division).

Guenther Ottendorfer

Mr. Guenther Ottendorfer is Chief Operating Officer, technology of Sprint Corporation. Ottendorfer will arrive at Sprint with more than 25 years of experience leading global technology teams. He previously served as chief technology officer and a board member for Telekom Austria Group and managing director of Optus Singtel in Sydney Australia. Ottendorfer will join Sprint effective immediately and will report to Claure. He will lead a newly created Technology Office with responsibility for all network planning and deployment functions, as well as Information Technology.

Charles Wunsch

Mr. Charles R. Wunsch is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Chief Ethics Officer of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Wunsch was appointed Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in October 2008. He served as our Vice President for corporate transactions and business law and has served in various legal positions at the Company since 1990. He was previously an associate and partner at the law firm Watson, Ess, Marshall, and Enggas.

Sandra Price

Ms. Sandra J. Price is Senior Vice President - Human Resources of Sprint Corporation. Prior to this role, Price served as senior vice president designee for the human resources, communications and brand management organization of Sprint’s Local Telephone Division (LTD). She was a member of the senior management team that prepared Sprint LTD for the spin-off of the company that became known as EMBARQ (now CenturyLink). Before coming to Sprint, Sandy was a principal in the Blue Valley School District in Overland Park, Kansas, and the Jenks Public Schools District in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She has a B.A. in special education and a M.A. in learning disabilities and school administration. She completed doctoral coursework in policy and administration at the University of Kansas.

John Saw

Dr. John C.B. Saw, Ph.D., is Chief Technology Officer of the Company. He was Chief Network Officer of Sprint Corporation. Sprint has made significant improvements to its network under John’s leadership as Chief Network Officer. Through the first half of the year, Sprint received a total of 180 first place RootScore Awards for overall performance, reliability, speed, data, call, or text network performance compared with only 27 a year ago. Before Sprint acquired Clearwire, Saw was Clearwire’s chief technology officer. He helped build that company’s organization and led complex and vital projects including building the first 4G network in North America, covering more than 130 million people.

Paul Schieber

Mr. Paul Schieber, Jr., is a Controller of Sprint Corporation. Mr. Schieber previously served in various positions at Sprint since 1991. Most recently he served as Vice President, Access and Roaming Planning, where he was responsible for managing Sprint's roaming costs as well as its wireless and wireline access costs. Prior to that, Mr. Schieber held various leadership roles in Sprint’s Finance organization including heading up Sprint’s internal audit function as well as serving in various Vice President - Finance roles. He was also a director in Sprint’s Tax department and a director on its Mergers and Acquisitions team. Before joining Sprint, Mr. Schieber was a senior manager with public accounting firm Ernst & Young, where he worked as an auditor and a tax consultant. In addition, he served as corporate controller for a small publicly held company.

Gordon Bethune

Mr. Gordon M. Bethune is an Independent Director of Sprint Corporation. Retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Continental Airlines, Inc., an international commercial airline company. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Continental Airlines from 1994 and as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer from 1996 until December 30, 2004. He is a director of Honeywell International Inc. and Prudential Financial, Inc. Mr. Bethune served as director of Sprint Nextel Corporation from March 2004 to July 2013.

Patrick Doyle

Mr. Patrick T. (“Pat”) Doyle serves as Independent Director of the Company. Mr. Doyle most recently served as DirecTV’s Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President, Finance. After joining the company in 1992, then called Hughes Electronics Corporation, Mr. Doyle held a variety of positions in finance and accounting at DirecTV until he retired following the company’s acquisition by AT&T in July of 2015. “Pat has decades of experience in finance and accounting, and I am pleased to welcome him to Sprint’s board of directors,” said Masayoshi Son, chairman of Sprint’s board of directors. “As Sprint continues to grow and rebuild, Pat will provide valuable leadership to the company.” Prior to his 23 years with DirecTV, Mr. Doyle served in various roles at oilfield services company Baker Hughes and public accounting firm Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Doyle received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame’s Mendoza School of Business and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michael Mullen

Admiral Michael G. Mullen, USN (ret) is an Independent Director of Sprint Corporation. Admiral Mullen serves on the board of directors as the “Security Director” under the NSA. Admiral Mullen served as the 17th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from October 2007 until his retirement in September 2011. Adm. Mullen serves on the board of directors as the “Security Director” under the National Security Agreement between Sprint, SoftBank, the Department of Justice, the Department of Homeland Security, and the Department of Defense (the “NSA”). Admiral Mullen served as the 17th Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff from October 2007 until his retirement in September 2011. Previously, Admiral Mullen served as the 28th Chief of Naval Operations (“CNO”) from July 2005 to 2007. CNO was one of four different four-star assignments Admiral Mullen held, including Commander, U.S. Naval Forces Europe and Commander, Allied Joint Force Command, and the 32nd Vice Chief of Naval Operations. Since 2012, he has served as President of MGM Consulting LLC and is the Charles and Marie Robertson Visiting Professor at the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University.

Sara Tucker

Ms. Sara Martinez Tucker has been appointed as Independent Director of Sprint Corporation, effective September 2, 2013. Ms. Tucker is the president and Chief Executive Officer of the National Math + Science Initiative. Its programs in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) are transforming teaching, schools and education in the U.S. Ms. Tucker most recently served as the Under Secretary of Education in the U.S. Department of Education. Prior to joining the Department, she worked for nine years as the CEO and president of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF). Prior to joining HSF in 1997, Ms. Tucker spent 16 years at AT&T, becoming the first Latina to reach the company's executive level.
