Ales Skok

 Mr. Ales Skok is Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sava dd as of July 10, 2012. He jointed the Company's Supervisory Board as its Member and Shareholders' Representative on June 9, 2012. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Technology. He is Member of the Management Board in Helios dd. He also works for Belinka belles doo as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. He holds the same postion in HGtrade doo, Helios Slovakie sro and HG Trade BH doo. He is Member of the Supervisory Board of Chromos boje i lakovi dd and Member of the Capital of Mutual Pension Fund Committee.

Matej Narat

 Mr. Matej Narat serves as Chairman of the Management Board at SAVA dd since March 31, 2011. He is responsible for the Group's control, management, organization, human resources and corporate communication. He is Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Sava Turizem dd, Bled. He started his professional career in 1991 as a trainee and continued as Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Economics in Ljubljana. After three years he joined Factor Banka dd in Ljubljana and headed the Treasury. In 1998, he took over managing the marketing agency Studio Marketing J.W.T. doo. In 2007, he started his second term of office and was in charge of financial markets sector, international operations and investment banking. On December 1, 2009, he was appointed as Director of Financial Markets, International Operations and Investment banking. Mr. Narat holds a Master's degree in Economics.

Andrej Andoljsek

 Mr. Andrej Andoljsek serves as Member of the Management Board of SAVA dd since March 31, 2011. He will join the Board no later than on July 17, 2011. He is responsible for quality controlling and business development. He started his professional career in 1995 Controlling Officer at introducing the strategic and operative controlling system in the TPV Group dd Novo mesto. After a year he left to join the marketing agency Studio Marketing J. Walter Thompson doo, first as Financial Director, and until the end of 1999 as Regional Executive Director, in charge of and responsible for establishing, development and operations of five daughter companies in the area of the former Yugoslavia. In 2000, he co-founded and headed the agency Poanta doo, marketing communications and consulting. In May 2001, he was appointed Advisor to the Director in the advertising agency Luna\TBWA doo, and in October 2002 he was appointed Financial Director until June 2004. In June 2004, he continued his professional career as Chairman of the Management Board of the trading company Vele dd. Since February 2007, he has been Chairman of the Management Board of Pinus TKI dd. He is also Member of the Administrative Board of the Helios Basketball Club. Mr. Andoljsek holds a Master of Business Administration in Economics.

Miha Resman

 Mr. Miha Resman serves as Member of the Management Board at SAVA dd since March 31, 2011. He was previously Member of the Supervisory Board, Employees' Representative of the Company. Mr. Resman is responsible for strategic and business finance, strategic accounting, plan and analyses, strategic controlling and risk management. In 2001, he has started his professional career at Sava dd. In 2004, he was appointed as Head of Financial Investments and dealt with the tactic and financial planning and introducing new methods in financial investments area. He formulated and supervised the policy of monitoring and balancing financial flows in the Sava Group, and produced financial constructions for investments. From 2006 to 2011, he was Assistant Director in the competence centre Strategic Finance. He organized and headed the financial investment department, and monitored financial assets in investments. Furthermore, he was in charge of investor relations. In January 2011, he was appointed as Assistant Director in the competence centre Finance. He ran and coordinated business finance operations. He was in charge of the loan exposure limits of the Sava Group, maintaining the capital and financial suitability, competitive financial conditions and fulfilment of contractual obligations of Sava Group companies. Furthermore, he was responsible for securing and maintaining an optimum liquidity of Sava dd and cash flows management. He is also Member of the Supervisory Board at Gorenjska Banka dd. He holds a degree in Economics.

Roman Ambroz

Janez Justin

 Mr. Janez Justin serves as Member of the Supervisory Board, Employees' Representative in SAVA dd. He serves as President of the Trade Union for Chemical, Non-metal and Rubber Manufacturing industry (KNG) Sava-Goodyear. His other experiences include President of KNG Slovenia, Board Member of the European Mine, Chemical and Energy Workers' Federation (EMCEF), Board Member of the International Federation of Chemical, Energy, Mine and General Workers' Unions (ICEM), Chairman of the negotiating teams for collective agreements for chemical and rubber manufacturing and non-metal industry of Slovenia, and Member of the negotiating team of employees in EMCEF negotiating with European Union directorates. Robert Licen

 Mr. Robert Licen serves as Member of the Supervisory Board, Shareholder Representative at Sava dd since July 5, 2011. He is also Member of the Company's Audit Committee. He runs his owns business, Profit Plus doo, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Peko dd, Trzic, Director of the Young Managers Section at Zdruzenje Manager and Member of the Slovenia Supervisors' Association. He holds a Master of Science degree.

Bostjan Luznar
