German Larrea Mota-Velasco	Mr. German Larrea Mota-Velasco serves as Chairman of the Board of Southern Copper Corp., since December 1999. He has been Chief Executive Officer from December 1999 to October 2004, and a director of the Company since November 1999. He has been Chairman of the board of directors, President and Chief Executive Officer of Grupo México, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Grupo Mexico”) (holding) since 1994. Mr. Larrea has been Chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer of Grupo Ferroviario Mexicano, S.A. de C.V. (railroad company) since 1997. Mr. Larrea was previously Executive Vice Chairman of Grupo Mexico and has been member of the board of directors since 1981. He is also Chairman of the board of directors and Chief Executive Officer of Empresarios Industriales de México, S.A. de C.V. (“EIM”) (holding) and Fondo Inmobiliario (real estate company), since 1992. Daniel Muniz Quintanilla	Mr. Daniel Muniz Quintanilla is a Director of Southern Copper Corp., since May 28, 2008. He has been the Chief Financial Officer of Grupo Mexico since April 2007. Mr. Carrillo Gamboa has business experience and currently serves on the boards of many prestigious international and Mexican corporations, as well as charitable organizations. Enrique Luis Castillo Sanchez Mejorada	Mr. Enrique Luis Castillo Sanchez Mejorada is Independent Director of Southern Copper Corporation, since July 26, 2010. Since April 2011 to date, Mr. Castillo Sánchez Mejorada has been Co-Head of Wholesale Banking of Grupo Financiero Banorte, S.A.B. de C.V. (“GFNorte”). Luis Miguel Palomino Bonilla	Dr. Luis Miguel Palomino Bonilla, Ph.D., is Independent Director of Southern Copper Corporation, since March 19, 2004. Dr. Palomino has been Chairman of the board of Aventura Plaza S. A. (commercial real estate developer and operator) since January 2008, Manager of the Peruvian Economic Institute (economic think tank) since April 2009, Partner of RMG Consultores (a financial consulting firm) since July 2007, director of the Master in Finance Program at the University of the Pacific in Lima, Peru since July 2009, and a member of the board of various organizations. Gilberto Perezalonso Cifuentes	Mr. Gilberto Perezalonso Cifuentes is Independent Director of Southern Copper Corporation, since June 2002. He was Chief Executive Officer of Corporación Geo S.A. de C.V. (housing construction) from February 2006 to February 2007. Mr. Perezalonso was the Chief Executive Officer of Aeroméxico (Aerovías de México, S.A. de C.V.) (airline company) from 2004 until December 2005. Since November 2001, he has been the owner and Managing Partner of Proyectos Estrategicos Integrales, a Mexican investment banking firm specialized in agricultural, transport, tourism, and housing projects. Mr. Ruiz Sacristán has held various distinguished positions in the Mexican government, the most recent being that of Secretary of Communication and Transportation of Mexico from 1995 to 2000. While holding that position, he was also Chairman of the board of directors of the Mexican-owned companies in the sector, and member of the board of directors of development banks.
