Name Description

Jean-Michel Valette

Mr. Jean-Michel Valette is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Select Comfort Corporation . He is also Member of the Company's Audit Committee. He serves as an independent advisor to some consumer companies. He is currently Chairman of the Board and a member of the audit committee of Select Comfort Corporation. Mr. Valette served as Chairman of the Board of Peet's Coffee & Tea Inc. from January 2004 until October 2012. He was Chairman of Robert Mondavi Winery, a California wine company, until October 2006. Prior to assuming that position, he served as President and Managing Director of Robert Mondavi Winery from October 2004 to January 2005. From May 2003 through May 2006, Mr. Valette served as a Class B Director of the company. He obtained a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Harvard University, as well as a Master of Science degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics - both from the Stanford University. Mr. Jean-Michel Valette is Non-Executive Independent Chairman of the Board of Select Comfort Corp.

Ms. Shelly R. Ibach is an President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Select Comfort Corporation . Ms. Ibach previously served as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer since June 2011 and as Executive Vice President, Sales & Merchandising since October 2008. Ms. Ibach joined Select Comfort as Senior Vice President, U.S. Sales - Company Owned Channels in April 2007. David Callen

Mr. David R. Callen is an Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President Select Comfort Corporation , effective as of April 7, 2014. Callen was previously Ethan Allen Interiors, Inc.’s principal financial officer, serving as vice president, finance and treasurer. Prior to that, he served as vice president of global finance of Phototronics, Inc., and worked as corporate controller of Johnson Outdoors, Inc. He earned his CPA while working at BDO Seidman, a public accounting firm.

Andrew Carlin

Mr. Andrew P. Carlin has been re-designated as Executive Vice President and Chief Sales and Service Officer of the Company., effective 7 April 2016. He serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Sales Officer for Select Comfort and leads all sales channels and real estate. From May 2011 to June 2012 Mr. Carlin was the Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, and from January 2009 to May 2011 he was the Vice President of U.S. Retail Sales. Mr. Carlin joined Select Comfort in January 2008 as Regional Vice President, East Region. Hunter Saklad

Mr. Hunter J. Saklad is the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer of the company. He is the Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer at Select Comfort. From June 2011 to December 2012, he served as the Vice President, Consumer Insight and Strategy at Select Comfort. Mark Kimball

Mr. Mark A. Kimball is Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Risk Officer of the company. He currently serves as Select Comfort’s Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Risk Officer and Secretary. From August 2003 to June 2011, Mr. Kimball held the position of Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary. From July 2000 to August 2003, Mr. Kimball served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Legal, General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary. Ms. Melissa Barra serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy and Customer Relationship Officer of the company. She serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy and Customer Relationship Officer. Ms. Barra was Vice President, Consumer Insights and Strategy from February 2013 to January 2015. Prior to joining Select Comfort in February 2013, Ms. Barra was Vice President, Process Reengineering Officer for Best Buy Co., Inc. from 2011 to 2012. Andrea Bloomquist

Ms. Andrea L. Bloomquist is the Senior Vice President, Chief Product Officer of the company. She serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer for Select Comfort and leads product innovation including product management, development, merchandise buying and R&D for all Sleep Number products. Ms. Bloomquist was the Chief Product and Merchandising Officer from June 2011 to June 2012. Ms. Bloomquist joined Select Comfort in May 2008 as Vice President and General Merchandise Manager. Prior to joining Select Comfort, Ms. Bloomquist held leadership positions in product and merchandising at Macy’s and Marshall Field’s Department Stores for Target Corporation from 1996 to 2008.

Ms. Patricia (Tricia) Dirks has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Human Capital Officer of the company. She serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer for Select Comfort and leads all human capital functions. Suresh Krishna

Mr. Suresh Krishna has been appointed as Senior Vice President, Chief Operations - Supply Chain and Lean Officer of the Company., effective 11 April 2016. Krishna joined Polaris in 2010 as vice president of global operations and integration, leading a 6,500+ person operations organization and driving a culture change to embrace lean across the entire enterprise. In July 2014 he was promoted to vice president and business unit head of Europe Middle East & Africa (EMEA) for Polaris, where he was responsible for a full P&L with factories, R&D centers, subsidiaries, distributors and dealer networks across more than 60 countries. From 2007 to 2010 he served as vice president global operations, supply chain and IT at a division of UTC Fire & Security. Krishna also served in a variety of roles for Diageo, including vice president of supply chain, North America; as a program director for an ERP implementation; and as a director of strategic planning and finance. Earlier in his career he was an associate at Booz Allen & Hamilton. Krishna holds a master's in business administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from the National Institute of Technology in India.

Barbara Matas

Ms. Barbara R. Matas has been appointed as Director of the Company., effective 25 April 2016. Barbara Matas served as managing director and chairman, Leveraged Finance, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc. from 2013 to 2016, and co-head from 2006 to 2013. Matas joined Citicorp in 1985 and held various leadership positions in leveraged finance and high yield capital markets at Citicorp, Salomon Brothers and Citigroup until 2006. She began her career as an auditor at Touche Ross. Matas holds a B.S. in accounting and quantitative analysis from New York University and an M.B.A. in corporate finance from the University of Michigan.

Vicki O'Meara

Ms. Vicki A. O'Meara has been appointed as Director of the Company., effective 25 April 2016. Vicki O'Meara is currently chief executive officer of Analytics Pros, Inc., a digital analytics consultancy. Previously, O'Meara was president of Pitney Bowes Service Solutions and the global leader of Government Affairs. She also spent ten years at Ryder Systems, Inc. in a variety of positions, including head of Ryder's U.S. Supply Chain Solutions business. Her career began as an attorney and Army Captain, and she has served in several senior federal government positions. O'Meara previously served as a director of two public companies: Health Management Associates, Inc. and Laidlaw, Inc. She earned a B.A. from Cornell in political science; a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law; and an M.A. in environmental policy from George Washington University.

Daniel Alegre

Mr. Daniel Alegre is Independent Director of Select Comfort Corporation. from 2013. He joined Google in 2004 and became president of Global Partner Business Solutions on November, 2012. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Alegre was president of Asia Pacific and Japan, overseeing all business operations in the region. He joined Google as vice president of Google's Latin American and Asia Pacific business development. Previously, he served as vice president of business development for e-commerce at Bertelsmann AG, spearheading partnerships and acquisitions.

Stephen Gulis

Mr. Stephen L. Gulis, Jr., is Independent Director of Select Comfort Corporation . From April 1996 to October 2007, Mr. Gulis was the Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer of Wolverine World Wide, Inc., a global marketer of branded footwear, apparel and accessories (WWW). From October 2007 until his retirement in July of 2008, he served as Executive Vice President and President of Global Operations for WWW. From 1988 to 1996, Mr. Gulis served in various other management capacities with WWW, including CFO, Vice President of Finance, and Vice President Finance and Administration of the Hush Puppies Company. Prior to joining WWW, he served six years on the audit staff of Deloitte & Touche LLP. Mr. Gulis also serves as a director for Independent Bank Corporation and on the Board of Trustees for Northern Michigan University. In addition to his board positions, Mr. Gulis serves as an independent financial, operations and management advisor to several privately held organizations.

Michael Harrison

Mr. Michael J. Harrison is Independent Director of Select Comfort Corporation , since November 2012, Mr. Harrison has served as an independent business and management consultant. From 2003 through November of 2012, Mr. Harrison served in a variety of executive positions for Timberland, a brand of outdoor footwear, apparel and gear, including as the Chief Brand Officer from July 2009 through November 2012. Mr. Harrison joined Timberland in 2003 as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Timberland’s international business and his role was subsequently expanded in 2005 to Senior Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing. In 2006, Mr. Harrison became President of Timberland’s CasualGear division and in 2007, was appointed Co-President of the Timberland brand. Prior to joining Timberland, Mr. Harrison was a consultant at Telos Partners Ltd. Prior to his service with Telos, Mr. Harrison served in various marketing, operations and general management capacities with Procter & Gamble - in Europe, U.S., Australia and Asia, including as President of Max Factor KK (Japan) and Vice President of Western Europe Cosmetics & Skin Care products.

Brenda Lauderback

Ms. Brenda J. Lauderback is Independent Director of Select Comfort Corporation . Ms. Lauderback served as President of the Retail and Wholesale Group for the Nine West Group, Inc., a designer and marketer of women’s footwear and accessories, from May 1995 until January 1998. Prior to Nine West, Ms. Lauderback was President of Wholesale and Manufacturing for US Shoe Corporation, where she was responsible for sales, product design and offices in China, Spain and Italy. Ms. Lauderback served 18 years with the Department Store Division of Target Corporation in a variety of capacities, including 13 years as Vice President and General Manager for Shoes, Accessories, Cosmetics, Intimate Apparel and Children’s. Ms. Lauderback also serves as a director of Big Lots, Inc., Denny’s Corporation and Wolverine World Wide, Inc. Ms. Lauderback also served as a director of Louisiana-Pacific Corporation until May 2005 and Irwin Financial Corporation until September 2009.

Kathleen Nedorostek

Ms. Kathleen L. Nedorostek is Independent Director of Select Comfort Corporation , Since October 2012, Ms. Nedorostek has served as the Group President, Global Footwear and Accessories at the Jones Group, Inc., a global designer, marketer and wholesaler of brands in apparel, footwear and accessories. Prior to joining The Jones Group, Ms. Nedorostek served as President of the North American Wholesale and Global Licensing divisions of Coach Inc. from 2003 to 2012, with responsibility for Coach’s department and specialty store businesses throughout North America and licensed businesses worldwide. Ms. Nedorostek joined Coach from Natori, a privately owned lingerie company, where she held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer from 1998 to 2003. Before joining Natori, Ms. Nedorostek was President of cK Calvin Klein Handbags and Footwear, a division of Nine West, from 1995 to 1998. Previously, Ms. Nedorostek was Chief Operating Officer for Judith Leiber and has held senior management positions at Saks Fifth Avenue.

Michael Peel

Mr. Michael A. Peel is Independent Director of SELECT COMFORT CORPORATION . In October 2008, Mr. Peel was named an Officer of Yale University and is currently Vice President for Human Resources and Administration. Previously Mr. Peel spent 17 years at General Mills, a manufacturer and marketer of consumer food products, where he was last Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Global Business Services; Mr. Peel originally joined General Mills as Senior Vice President, Worldwide Human Resources in 1991. From 1977 to 1991, Mr. Peel served in various capacities for PepsiCo, Inc., including as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for PepsiCo Worldwide Foods from 1987 to 1991, and as Senior Vice President, Human Resources for the Pepsi-Cola Bottling Group from 1984 to 1987.
