Eric Deram

 Mr. Eric Deram was appointed Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Sodifrance SA on June 22, 2007. He became Member of the Supervisory Board of the Company on June 24, 2004. Mr. Deram is also the Chairman of Euro-Private Equity SA. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University and served as Manager of Deutsche Bank Capital Ventures until 2004. He was one of the founders of Estithmaar Ventures, a venture capital fund created in partnership with the Dubai government. He also held managerial roles at Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas.

Franck Mazin

 Mr. Franck Mazin is Chairman of the Management Board of Sodifrance SA as of December 21, 1999 and previously had served as Director from 1993 until his appointment to the Management Board of the Company. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Economics and previously held managerial positions in sales and marketing. He is also a Director of Soft-Maint Benelux, Chairman of SAS HP2M and Manager of several companies, including Soft-Maint Tunisie. Gerard Jousset
