| DiNuzzo, Francis | Mr. Francis M. DiNuzzo is President and Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Diagnostics Inc. He was Interim President and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Strategic Diagnostics Inc. till October 2008. He joined Strategic Diagnostics Inc. in February 2008 as Executive Vice President – Marketing and Chief Commercial Officer. Prior to joining SDI, Mr. DiNuzzo spent 26 years at Agilent Technologies / Hewlett Packard. He began his career in research and devselopment in 1981 and advanced through a series of functional management over the next 18 years. In 1999, Mr. DiNuzzo became General Manager of Agilent’s Chemical Solutions Business Unit where he had global responsibility for analytical equipment, consumables and service products serving the chemical, environmental, food and forensics markets. In 2001, Mr. DiNuzzo became General Manager of the Consumable and Services Business Unit, with global responsibility for all consumables and services across all Life Science and Chemical Analysis markets. In 2004, Mr. DiNuzzo became Vice President and General Manager of the Integrated Biology Solutions unit, a role where he formed a biotechnology business focused on Genomics, Proteomics and BioInformatics. Mr. DiNuzzo holds B.S and M.S. degrees in Engineering with a minor in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire. Mr. DiNuzzo serves on the Board of Directors of Delaware Bioscience Association. |
| Bratton, Kevin | Mr. Kevin J. Bratton is Chief Financial Officer, Vice President - Finance of Strategic Diagnostics Inc. Mr. Bratton has over 35 years of experience in all phases of multi-national financial operations across the healthcare, biotechnology and technology industries, including developing strategic plans and annual budgets as well as financing negotiations and merger & acquisition transactions. Most recently at EUSA Pharma (USA), Mr. Bratton's responsibilities included business development and sales in Latin America and Canada. At Cytogen, he led the financial review of strategic alternatives resulting in an acquisition by EUSA Pharma, Inc. Prior to joining Cytogen, Mr. Bratton was Chief Financial Officer at Metrologic Instruments, Inc., a global technology company, where he directed the company's finance operations during a period of significant growth in sales, net income, cash flow from operations, and working capital. Previously, Mr. Bratton worked at The JPM Company, where he served as chief financial officer and as director of external reporting. Prior to joining JPM, Mr. Bratton worked for more than 20 years in the healthcare sector. He was vice president of finance and treasurer for the biotechnology company IGI, Inc., and corporate controller for the specialty medical company Delmed, Inc. Mr. Bratton began his career with the public accounting firm Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche LLP). He has a bachelor of science in business and accounting from Northeastern University. |
| Stave, James | Mr. James W. Stave is Vice President - Research & Development, Chief Scientific Officer of Strategic Diagnostics Inc. He joined the Company in March 1991 as a research group leader. Subsequently, Dr. Stave was promoted to Director of Research and Development. In October 1993, Dr. Stave was promoted to Vice President—Research and Development and Chief Technical Officer. | Lindpaintner, Klaus | Dr. Klaus Lindpaintner has been appointed as Vice President of Research & Development and Chief Scientific Officer of Strategic Diagnostics Inc. effective February 1, 2010. Prior to joining SDI, Dr. Lindpaintner was with F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. and most recently served as Director of the "Roche Molecular Medicine Laboratories" at the company's headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, and as Roche's Global Head, Molecular Medicines Policy and External Affairs, coordinating the company's efforts and activities in implementing biomarker research based on genetics, genomics, proteomics, and associated disciplines from early discovery to late-stage clinical trials. He has co-authored more than 200 scientific papers, and has held honorary and adjunct professorships at the University of London Guy's and St. Thomas, Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, Stanford University and the University of Vienna. Dr. Lindpaintner is a member of a number of Editorial Boards, including The Pharmacogenomics Journal, J Comm Biotechnology, and Pharmacogenomics. He is a co-inventor on several patents. Dr. Lindpaintner graduated from the Innsbruck University Medical School with a degree in Medicine and from Harvard University with a degree in Public Health. He pursued postgraduate training and specialization in Internal Medicine, Cardiology, and Genetics in the United States and Germany and holds board certifications in these specialties. Prior to joining industry, he practiced clinical cardiology and pursued academic research in the areas of cardiovascular disease, molecular genetics, and genetic epidemiology as an Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School. He is a Fellow of the American College of Physicians, the American Heart Association, and the American College for Medical Genetics. |
| Barbara, Deborah | Ms. Deborah Day Barbara has been appointed as Vice President - Business Development of Strategic Diagnostics Inc., effective October 13, 2008. Ms. Barbara was most recently Vice President of Business Development and Licensing for Ore Pharmaceuticals in Gaithersburg, Maryland. Ms. Barbara has over 20 years of experience in the areas of business development, licensing, intellectual property management, strategic planning and technology development. While working at Ore Pharmaceuticals, Ms. Barbara led drug evaluation partnership negotiations with several prominent pharmaceutical companies, resulting in valuable business relationships and a pipeline of clinical stage drug candidates. Immediately prior to joining Ore Pharmaceuticals, Ms. Barbara was Senior Director of Business and Technology Development for Johns Hopkins University, and was responsible for developing numerous licensing and research agreements. She also spent 11 years at Amersham Life Sciences in a variety of sales leadership positions. |
| Fronczkowski, Stanley | Mr. Stanley Fronczkowski has been appointed as Corporate Secretary of Strategic Diagnostics Inc effective June 1, 2009. He has served as Vice President - Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary of Strategic Diagnostics Inc since January 2007. Prior to joining SDI, Mr. Fronczkowski spent 29 years with Keystone Foods. He began his career with Keystone in 1978, rising to the position Vice President, International Finance in 1988, and over the next 10 years, supported Keystone’s growth across multiple companies on four continents. In 1998, Mr. Fronczkowski became COO for Keystone Europe, Middle East and Africa with full responsibility for the operating results of this business group. | Davis, C. Geoffrey | Mr. C. Geoffrey Davis, Ph.D. is Director of Strategic Diognostics In in September 2007. Currently, Dr. Davis is the CEO and Chairman of Angelica Therapeutics, Inc., a privately held biotechnology company. In 1996, Dr. Davis founded Abgenix, Inc. in Fremont, California, where he served as the Chief Scientific Officer and led the development of the XenoMouse® technology and was involved in the research and development of Vectibix®, a fully human monoclonal antibody approved for the treatment of colorectal cancer. Dr. Davis also guided the discovery of 11 other antibodies currently in clinical trials. Abgenix was acquired by Amgen in early 2006. Prior to founding Abgenix, Dr. Davis was a faculty member at UCSF, an investigator with the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, and Director of Immunology at both Repligen Corp. and Cell Genesys, Inc. Dr. Davis received his Ph.D. in immunology from the University of California, San Francisco and completed his postdoctoral work at Southwestern University. He is the author of 37 publications and is an inventor on 11 issued patents. Mr. Davis serves as a Director of Harbour Antibodies, AB and is a member of the National Board of Directors of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. |

Mr. Becker has served as the managing partner and founder of Greenway Capital, a Dallas-based small cap investment fund, since September 2004.
