Biographies

Name Description

John Fredriksen

 Mr. John Fredriksen has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of SeaDrill Ltd since its incorporation in May 2005. He is also Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Frontline. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Golar LNG Limited, whose principal shareholder is World Shipholding Limited, a company indirectly influenced by trusts established by Mr. Fredriksen. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Golden Ocean Group Limited, whose principal shareholder is Hemen.

Anton Dibowitz

 Mr. Anton Dibowitz has served as Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd at SeaDrill Ltd since January 2013. He has 15 years drilling industry experience most recently serving as Vice President Marketing and prior to that as Commercial Director, Deepwater Western Hemisphere Division, since joining Seadrill in April 2007. Prior to Seadrill, Mr. Dibowitz held various positions within tax, process reengineering and marketing at Transocean and Ernst & Young LLP. He is Certified Public Accountant and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin where he received a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, and Master’s degrees in Professional Accounting and Business Administration.

Fredrik Halvorsen

 Mr. Fredrik Halvorsen has served as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and President of Seadrill Management Ltd at SeaDrill Ltd since October 3, 2012. He works for Frontline Corporate Services Ltd and is Member of the Board of Deep Sea Supply Plc., where he has served since October 2010. He has been Member of the Board of Archer since 2010, stepping in as Interim CEO of Archer in January 2012. He is also Member of the Board of Deep Sea Supply and Aktiv Kapital. Prior to this, Mr. Halvorsen held various roles including CEO of Tandberg ASA, and senior positions at Cisco Systems Inc as well as McKinsey & Company.

Robert Hingley-Wilson

 Mr. Robert Hingley-Wilson has served as Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd at SeaDrill Ltd since February 2, 2012. He has served as Group Chief Accountant to a group of related companies since 2010 as an employee of Frontline Corporate Services UK Ltd. Mr. Hingley-Wilson has experience in mergers and acquisitions, and complex accounting with both Frontline Ltd and its associated companies and in PricewaterhouseCoopers in New York City and London, where he worked from 1996 until joining Frontline in 2010. Mr. Hingley-Wilson has a Law degree, trained as Solicitor in the United Kingdom, and has been Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1998.

Alf Lovdal

 Mr. Alf Ragnar Lovdal has been Chief Executive Officer of North Atlantic Management AS at SeaDrill Ltd since January 2013. He previously was Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific from January 2011 until December 2012. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Tender Rigs from April 2009 until January 2011 and Chief Executive Officer of Seawell Management AS, a subsidiary of SeaDrill Limited from October 2007 until April 2009. Prior to this post, he was acting as Executive Vice President of Well Services at the Company since 2002. He has close to 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, including 20 years responsibility for the well services business in the drilling contractor Smedvig, which Seadrill acquired in early 2006. Before joining Smedvig, he held various positions in different oil service companies, including five years of offshore field experience with Schlumberger. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Horten Ingeniorhogskole.

Rune Lundetrae

 Mr. Rune Magnus Lundetrae has served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd at SeaDrill Ltd since February 2, 2012. He previously was Finance Director for Seadrill Americas and Commercial Director for Seadrill Europe (now North Atlantic Drilling Limited). He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Scorpion Offshore Ltd after Seadrill acquired a majority stake in the company in July 2010 and up to delisting the company in November 2010. Prior to joining Seadrill, he worked as Auditor for KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Stavanger, Norway from 2001 until 2007. He graduated with Master of Science degree in Management from the London School of Economics in 2001 and a Master of Science degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Norwegian School of Business Administration (Norges Handelshoyskolen, Bergen - NHH) in 2004. He registered as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Norway in 2005.

Per Wullf

 Mr. Per Wullf has served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd at SeaDrill Ltd since February 2009. He has more than 28 years of experience the international offshore and onshore drilling industry with A.P. Moeller - Maersk A/S, serving as Managing Director for Maersk Drilling Norge AS from 2006 to 2009.

Eduardo Antonello

 Mr. Eduardo Antonello has served as Senior Vice President, Brazil at SeaDrill Ltd since May 2012. He has served as Latin America Area Manager since the establishment of the Company in the country in 2008, with knowledge of the local industry, authorities and regulations. Mr. Antonello has previous international background in business development activities, operations management, well services and drilling engineering, having worked for Schlumberger in the Middle East, United States, England and most recently as Country Manager in Brazil. He has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Mackenzie University of Sao Paulo (Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie).

Iain Hope

 Mr. Iain Hope has served as Senior Vice President Americas at SeaDrill Ltd since January 2011. He joined the Company in 2009. He has 20 years of experience in the drilling industry, most recently as director of operations excellence for Seadrill Americas. Prior to joining Seadrill, he held several senior positions at Transocean including division manager South America, director of deepwater marketing, operation manager North America and rig manager in Brazil, West Africa and North Sea. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Robert Gordon University, Aberdeen and completed postgraduate studies in Drilling Engineering prior to entering the industry.

Svend Maier

 Mr. Svend Anton Maier has been Senior Vice President, Africa and Middle-East of SeaDrill Ltd since January 2011. He previously was Vice President of Deepwater Eastern Hemisphere at the Company from February 2007. He has more than 20 years of experience in the offshore drilling industry. Prior to joining the Company, he held several senior positions in Transocean Ltd., including Country Manager in Egypt, Equatorial Guinea and Gabon. He holds a degree in Marine Engineering from the Maritime Institute of Tonsberg.

Tor Troim

 Mr. Tor Olav Troim has served as Vice President and Member of the Board of Directors of SeaDrill Ltd since May 2005. His career includes positions such as Equity Portfolio Manager in Storebrand ASA (1987-1990) and Chief Executive Officer for the Norwegian Oil Company DNO AS (1992-1995). He has also been Member of the Board of Directors of Seadrill Partners since July 2012, and of Archer Limited since its incorporation in 2007. Mr. Troim is also Member of the Board of Golar, Golar LNG Partners, Golden Ocean and Marine Harvest ASA. He previously served as Member of the Board of Directors of Frontline from November 1997 to February 2008, Member of the Board of Directors of Seatankers Management from 1995 until June 2009, Chief Executive Officer of Knightsbridge Tankers Limited until September 2007 and for Golar until April 2006. He holds a Master of Science degree in Naval Architecture from Universitetet Trondheim from 1985.

Georgina Sousa

 Ms. Georgina Sousa has been Company Secretary at SeaDrill Ltd since February 2006. She is also Head of Corporate Administration for Frontline. Until January 2007, she was Vice President of Corporate Services of Consolidated Services Limited, having joined the firm in 1993 as Manager of Corporate Administration. From 1976 to 1982, she was employed by Appleby, Spurling & Kempe as a Company Secretary and from 1982 to 1993, she was employed by Cox & Wilkinson as Senior Company Secretary.

Bert Bekker

 Mr. Bert Bekker has served as Member of the Board of Directors of SeaDrill Ltd since April 25, 2013. He has been in the heavy marine transport industry since 1978 when he co-founded Dock Express Shipping Rotterdam (the predecessor of Dockwise Transport). Mr. Bekker retired from his position as Chief Executive Officer of Dockwise Transport B.V. in May 2003. He served as Chief Executive Officer of Cableship Contractors N.V. Curacao from March 2001 until June 2006. In May 2006, he was appointed Executive Advisor Heavy Lift of Frontline Management AS, an affiliate of Frontline, and in January 2007, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Sealift Management B.V. He held that position until its merger with Dockwise Ltd in May 2007. Mr. Bekker served as Member of the Board of Dockwise Ltd. from June 2007 until December 2009. He has served as Member of the Board of Wilh. Wilhelmsen Netherlands B.V., part of the Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA Group, since July 2003. Mr. Bekker is also on the board of Seadrill Partners.

Kate Blankenship

 Ms. Kate Blankenship has been Member of the Board of Directors of SeaDrill Ltd since May 2005. She has also served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Frontline since 2003. She joined Frontline in 1994 and served as its Chief Accounting Officer and Secretary until October 2005. She has been Member of the Board of Directors of Ship Finance since October 2003. She has also been Member of the Board of Directors of Seadrill Partners since June 2012, North Atlantic since February 2011, Independent Tankers Corporation Limited since February 2008, Golar since July 2003, Golar LNG Partners since September 2007, Golden Ocean since November 2004, and Archer Limited since its incorporation in 2007. Kathrine Fredriksen

 Ms. Kathrine Fredriksen has served as Member of the Board of Directors of SeaDrill Ltd since September 19, 2008. She has also served as Member of the Board of Directors of Golar since February 2008. She graduated from Wang Handels Gymnas in Norway and studied at the European Business School in London.

Paul Leand

 Mr. Paul Leand has served as Member of the Board of Directors of SeaDrill Ltd since April 25, 2013. He is Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board of AMA Capital Partners LLC, or AMA, an investment bank specializing in the maritime industry. Mr. Leand has also served as a director of Ship Finance since 2003. From 1989 to 1998, he served at the First National Bank of Maryland, where he managed the Bank's Railroad Division and its International Maritime Division. He has worked extensively in the United States capital markets in connection with AMA's restructuring and mergers and acquisitions practices. Mr. Leand serves as a member of American Marine Credit LLC's Credit Committee and served as a member of the Investment Committee of AMA Shipping Fund I, a private equity fund formed and managed by AMA.

Carl Steen

 Mr. Carl Erik Steen has served as Member of the Board of Directors of SeaDrill Ltd since February 2011. He worked as a consultant in various Norwegian companies before joining I.M. Skaugen as a Director in 1978. In 1983, Mr. Steen moved to Christiania Bank Luxembourg, and in 1987 returned to Norway to establish the international shipping desk of Christiania Bank. In 1992, Mr. Steen was appointed Executive Vice President with the responsibility of Christiania Bank's Shipping, Offshore and International activities. From January 2001 until February 2011, he was head of Nordea Bank's Shipping, Oil Services & International Division. Mr. Steen is also Member of the Board of Eksportfinans (the Norwegian export credit institution for Export Financing), Wilh. Wilhelsen Holding ASA, Eitzen Chemical ASA and RS Platou ASA. He graduated from ETH Zurich Switzerland (Eidgenossische Technische Hochschule Zurich) with a Master of Science degree in Industrial and Management Engineering in 1975.
