John Fredriksen |
Mr. John Fredriksen has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and President of SeaDrill Ltd since its incorporation in May 2005. He is also Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Frontline. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Golar LNG Limited, whose principal shareholder is World Shipholding Limited, a company indirectly influenced by trusts established by Mr. Fredriksen. He is also Member of the Board of Directors of Golden Ocean Group Limited, whose principal shareholder is Hemen. |
Anton Dibowitz |
Mr. Anton Dibowitz has served as Chief Commercial Officer and Senior Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd at SeaDrill Ltd since January 2013. He has 15 years drilling industry experience most recently serving as Vice President Marketing and prior to that as Commercial Director, Deepwater Western Hemisphere Division, since joining Seadrill in April 2007. He previously was Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific from January 2011 until December 2012. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Tender Rigs from April 2009 until January 2011 and Chief Executive Officer of Seawell Management AS, a subsidiary of SeaDrill Limited from October 2007 until April 2009. Rune Lundetrae |
Mr. Rune Magnus Lundetrae has served as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Seadrill Management Ltd at SeaDrill Ltd since February 2, 2012. He previously was Finance Director for Seadrill Americas and Commercial Director for Seadrill Europe (now North Atlantic Drilling Limited). He also served as Chief Financial Officer for Scorpion Offshore Ltd after Seadrill acquired a majority stake in the company in July 2010 and up to delisting the company in November 2010. Mr. Carl Erik Steen has served as Member of the Board of Directors of SeaDrill Ltd since February 2011. He worked as a consultant in various Norwegian companies before joining I.M. Skaugen as a Director in 1978. In 1983, Mr. Steen moved to Christiania Bank Luxembourg, and in 1987 returned to Norway to establish the international shipping desk of Christiania Bank.
