West, Alfred Mr. Alfred P. West, Jr., has been Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chief Executive Officer of SEI Investments Company since its inception in 1968. Mr. West was President from June 1979 to August 1990.
McGonigle, Dennis Dennis J. McGonigle is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of SEI Investments Company. He has been an employee of the Company since August 1985. Mr. McGonigle has been the Chief Financial Officer since December 2002 and an Executive Vice President since July 1996 and a Senior Vice President since May 1995.
Klauder, N. Jeffrey N. Jeffrey Klauder has been Executive Vice President and General Counsel of SEI Investments Company since August 2004. Prior to May 2000 and from September 2003 until August 2004, Mr. Klauder was a partner of Morgan Lewis & Bockius, LLP, a law firm, and from May 2000 until September 2003, Mr. Klauder was Managing Director and General Counsel of Safeguard Scientifics, Inc., an information technology and life sciences company.

Mr. Doran is also a director of SEI Investments Distribution Co., Inc., SEI Investments (Asia), Limited, SEI Investments (Europe) Ltd., SEI Global Nominee Ltd., SEI Investments Global Fund Services Limited, SEI Investments – Unit Trust Management (UK) Limited, SEI Asset Korea, Co. Ltd., SEI Investments Global, Limited and SEI Alpha Strategy Portfolios, LP.
Porter, Henry Henry H. Porter, Jr., has been a Director of SEI Investments Company., since September 1981. He is the Chairman of Audit Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee of Board of Directors. Blumenstein, Sarah Sarah W. Blumenstein has been a Director of SEI Investments Company., since May 2001 and is a member of the Legal and Regulatory Oversight Committee of Board of Directors. From 1996 to 2002, Ms. Blumenstein was a public member of the Liaison Committee on Medical Education, which accredits all medical schools in the United States and Canada.
