Name Description

Neil Chatfield

Mr. Neil Gregory Chatfield, CPA, is Independent Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of SEEK Ltd., since November 30, 2012. is an established Executive and non-executive director with extensive experience across all facets of company management, and with specific expertise in financial management, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management. In addition to SEEK, Neil also holds nonexecutive roles across a range of industries and is currently the Chairman of Costa Group Holdings, and a non-executive director of Transurban Group and Recall Holdings, all ASX listed companies. Neil was, until 2009, an Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer of ASX listed Toll Holdings Ltd, Australia’s largest transport and logistics company; a position he held for over 10 years. Neil has a Masters of Business in Finance and Accounting, and is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA) and Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD). Other Directorships (current and recent) Costa Group Holdings Limited (non-executive) since October 2011 and Chairman since July 2015. Virgin Australia Holdings Limited (nonexecutive) from May 2006 to May 2015 and Chairman from June 2007 to May 2015. Transurban Group (non-executive) since February 2009. Andrew Bassat

Mr. Andrew R. Bassat is Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Executive Director of SEEK Ltd. He has been involved in all stages of the development of the business since he co-founded the Company in 1997. In particular, Andrew has driven, since inception, the strategy of the Group and led the creation and development of the international and education businesses. Prior to co-founding SEEK, Andrew was a management consultant with Booz Allen & Hamilton and prior to that, he worked as a solicitor at Corrs Chamber Westgarth. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science (Computer Science) degree from the University of Melbourne, a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree from Monash University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Melbourne Business School. He is Director of The Shane Warne Foundation (non-executive) since January 2009.

Geoff Roberts

Mr. Geoff I Roberts is Group Chief Financial Officer of SEEK Ltd., effective 6 October 2015. He joins SEEK with more than 20 years of Finance experience, including as Managing Partner of Deloitte Victoria, and Group CFO of AXA Asia Pacific for seven years.

Isar Mazer

Mr. Isar Mazer serves as Managing Director - SEEK International of the Company. Isar is responsible for all of SEEK's international businesses across both employment and education outside of Australia and New Zealand. Isar is also responsible for driving operational collaboration across SEEK's assets, including global product and technology initiatives. He is also the lead Executive on SEEK's Australian education joint venture, Online Education Services. Prior to working at SEEK, Isar's career spanned both strategy and operational leadership roles at The Boston Consulting Group, Telstra, Shell, and Positivo - one of Latin America's largest technology and education groups. Isar has a Bachelor of Engineering from Brazil's Federal University of Technology and an MBA from INSEAD in France where he graduated in the Dean's List of Achievement.

Michael Ilczynski

Mr. Michael J. Ilczynski is Managing Director - SEEK Employment of the company. He was Managing Director of Product Development and Strategy of SEEK Ltd. He is responsible for Product development and strategy for SEEK’s Australian and New Zealand online employment business. In this role, he oversees SEEK’s Product, Strategy, Online Delivery and Technology & Architecture teams, and serves as a Director of IDP Education and Swinburne Online (both 50% owned by SEEK), and SEEK subsidiary Think: Education Group Pty Ltd. Prior to working at SEEK, Michael has worked for McKinsey & Company, Tabcorp and the Collingwood Football Club. Michael also served in the Australian Army Ready Reserve as an infantry platoon commander and is a graduate of the Royal Military College, Duntroon. Michael holds Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Commerce degrees from Melbourne University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.

Lynne Jensen

Ms. Lynne Jensen is Company Secretary of the Company since 22 December 2015. She has 23 years of international and domestic legal and governance experience, including nine years as a partner in leading commercial law firms. Most recently, Lynne was at Grocon where she held the roles of Group General Counsel and, since July 2012, Company Secretary. Lynne also has over 15 years’ experience working at a number of leading law firms including Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Allens Linklaters. Lynne holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and is admitted to practise law in Victoria and Western Australia.

Julie Fahey

Ms. Julie Fahey is Non-Executive Director of SEEK Ltd., since 23 July 2014. She has over 30 years of experience in technology, including in major organizations such as Western Mining, Exxon, Roy Morgan, General Motors and SAP, covering consulting, software vendor and Chief Information Officer roles. In addition to her industry experience, Julie spent 10 years at KPMG as a partner with the firm, during which time she held roles as National Lead Partner Telecommunications, Media and Technology, and National Managing Partner – Markets. Julie was also a member of the KPMG National Executive Committee. Julie has a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science.

Vanessa Wallace

Ms. Vanessa Miscamble Wallace has been appointed as Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 1 March 2017. Vanessa has over 30 years of experience as a management consultant with Booz & Company (now known as Strategy&). Her roles at Booz & Company included Executive Chairman of Booz & Company (Japan) Inc, lead partner of the financial services practice in Global Markets and lead partner for the strategy practice. Vanessa was actively involved in the firm’s customer, channels and market activities across a number of industries, focussing on areas such as customer experience, offer design and channels to market. She has held many senior governance roles at Booz & Company and has hands on experience in mergers and acquisitions and post-merger integration. Following her retirement from Strategy& in 2015, Vanessa has undertaken various directorships. She is currently a non-executive director of Wesfarmers Limited and AMP Limited and is Chairman of AMP Capital Holdings Limited. In addition, she has established her own advisory business focussed on providing support to executives in Asia and Australia.

Denise Bradley

Prof. Denise I. Bradley, AC, is Independent Non-Executive Director of SEEK Ltd., since February 15, 2010. She has been extensively involved in national education policy groups for more than two decades. She has had significant roles on government and educational boards and committees involved in higher education and training. Denise is currently a member of the NSW Skills Board and the NSW National Partnerships Evaluation Committee.

Colin Carter

Mr. Colin Bruce Carter is Independent Non-Executive Director of SEEK Ltd., since March 22, 2005. He has a consulting background in organisational and business strategy. He is a former Senior Partner of, and a current Senior Adviser to, The Boston Consulting Group. Colin has carried out board performance reviews for a number of companies as well as co-authoring a topselling book on boards, Back To The Drawing Board. Colin is President of the Geelong Football Club.

Graham Goldsmith

Mr. Graham Burton Goldsmith is Independent Non-Executive Director of SEEK Ltd., since October 29, 2012. He brings to the Board high calibre financial services and banking experience acquired from over 25 years of working in the sector. Graham retired in 2012 as Vice-Chairman and a Managing Director of Goldman Sachs Australia after 25 years with the firm. Graham held a number of senior roles during his career with Goldman Sachs, predominantly advising listed company management teams and boards, and governments, on capital market and financing conditions and transactions. He also held a number of governance related roles, specifically focused on risk management and reputational issues. Graham was also Chair of the Goldman Sachs Australia Foundation, the not-for-profit entity through which the firm conducts charitable works in Australia. Graham was educated at Swinburne Institute of Technology and graduated with a Bachelor of Business (Accounting). He completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University in Boston in 2007. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA), a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD), and a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia (FFin). Graham is a non-executive Director of SEEK’s separately listed subsidiary Zhaopin Ltd, of Djerriwarrh Investments Ltd, and is Chancellor of Swinburne University of Technology.
