Name Description

Chor Khoon Tan

 Mr. Tan Chor Khoon is the Executive Chairman of the Board, Managing Director of Select Group Limited. He has been Director of the company since 27 January 1995. He is the founder and Managing Director of Company. Mr. Vincent Tan is responsible for the overall management, strategic planning and business development of the Group. Mr. Vincent Tan has over 20 years of experience in the F&B industry and was instrumental in the establishment, development and expansion of the Group’s business.

Chi Biu Kwok

 Mr. Kwok Chi Biu is Group Financial Controller, Company Secretary of Select Group Ltd. He joined the group in August 2007 as a Group Financial Controller and was also appointed as the Group’s Company Secretary on 15 January 2010. He has more than 15 years of financial and accounting experience in both professional and commercial firms, having held numerous senior management positions in various companies prior to joining the Group, including a stint as a Financial Controller of a firm listed on the Main Board of SGX. Mr. Kwok holds a Bachelor Degree of Commerce, double-majored in Accounting and Finance, from Western Australia and he is a CPA and a member of CPA Australia and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore.

Choh Peng Tan

 Mr. Tan Choh Peng has been the Executive Director of Select Group Limited since 27 January 1995. Mr. Jack Tan is a co-founder of the Group. He has over 20 years of experience in the F&B industry and was instrumental in the development of Food Retail Division. Mr. Jack Tan is responsible for for overseeing the business and sales development strategies of the Food Court Division, Thai Casual Dining, and Hong Kong Dessert Chain.

Poh Cheng Pek

 Madam Pek Poh Cheng has been appointed as Director - Human Resources, Training & IT of Select Group Ltd., effective March 7, 2013. She joined the Group in 1991. She is responsible for the overall management of the administration, treasury, information technology, training and human resource functions. Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Pek worked in various companies between 1987 and 1991 carrying out secretarial, administrative, human resource and accounts duties. Ms. Pek completed her secondary education (GCE O Levels) in 1984.

Angela Ho

 Ms. Angela Ho is Member - Key Management of Select Group Ltd. She joined the Group on December 2008 as founder of Peach Garden Restaurant bringing with her more than two decades of F&B experience. As a testament to her visionary entrepreneurship, Peach Garden sets to celebrate her 10th Anniversary in 2012 since her humble beginning in 2002. Ending year 2011 on a high note, Angela and Veronica is ready for the New Year with an expansion plan in place with the opening of two new Peach Garden Noodle Houses at White Sands Shopping Mall and the iconic Gardens by the Bay in April and May 2012 respectively.

Chin Kwang Lai

 Mr. Lai Chin Kwang is Divisional Director of Select Group Limited since January 1, 2009. He spearheads the Group’s local and overseas projects. His portfolio includes strategic planning and overseas business development. Since joining the Group, Mr. Lai has conceived and operationalised the Universal Dining concept which brings in famous and popular hawker cuisines all under one roof. He also championed the Group’s catering operations during the inaugural Youth Olympic Games, providing 300,000 meals in 27 venues over 25 days and served VVIPs in the opening and closing ceremonies. Mr. Lai was appointed Director for Select Institutional Catering in September 2010. Since then he has expanded the institutional catering business. Currently, he is driving the Group’s productivity movement and developmental projects of Select’s new growth and business ventures for the next 5 to 10 years. In addition, Mr. Lai is also championing the Group’s customer service initiatives (CCI), ISO 9001-2008, ISO 22000, HACCP and BizSafe certifications. His other business portfolio includes overseeing the F&B operations at the Singapore Expo. Mr. Lai holds a degree in Bachelor of Science (Econs) (Hons) from the University of London.

Veronica Tan

 Ms. Veronica Tan is Member - Key Management of Select Group Ltd. Thiam Hock Kwah

 Mr. Kwah Thiam Hock, CPA, is Non-Executive Lead Independent Director of Select Group Limited. He has been appointed as Lead Independent Director of the Company effective March 27, 2013. He is the chairman of Audit Committee. Mr. Kwah is an Independent Director on the Board of Wilmar International Ltd and Non-Executive Director of ECICS Limited and IFS Capital Limited. Mr. Kwah graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Singapore in 1973. He is a Fellow Certified Public Accountant of the CPA Australia and Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Singapore. Mr. Kwah is also a Fellow ACCA (UK).

Chye Cheng Lee

 Mr. Lee Chye Cheng is Non-Executive Director of Select Group Ltd., since February 2010. He is a graduate in Finance from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. He brings with him business experience from the corporate sector, both within and outside of Singapore. Mr. Lee is the director representing Jit Sun Investments Pte Ltd, the promoter of the company. He has been actively associated with property, energy, hospitality and the financial markets. Apart from holding directorships in Sim Siang Choon Ltd, another listed company on the Catalyst and Interlink Petroleum Limited, a company listed on the Mumbai Stock Exchange, Mr. Lee also holds several directorships in several private companies across different industries.

Geok Choo Ho

 Madam Ho Geok Choo is Non-Executive Independent Director of Select Group Limited since April 30, 2007. She is the chairman of Nominating Committee and has close to 30 years of experience in both GLCs and the private sector. She has been involved in human resource management, development and industrial relations, operations, corporate services and strategic alliance. She is the Managing Partner of Humansphere Private Limited and the Honorary President of Singapore Human Resources Institute. She holds a degree in Political Science and Economics from the University of Singapore and a Master of Science in Asia Pacific HRM from NUS. Her experience have enabled her to value add human competitiveness to business and operations excellence. In the course of her career, she had been given ample opportunities to be involved in strategic planning, organizational development and development of employees besides Strategic and Operations HRM. She had also been involved in the review and revamp of HR systems and processes as well as project management and change management.

Kai Jin Lai

 Mr. Lai Kai Jin is Non-Executive Independent Director of Select Group Ltd., since May 16, 2008. He graduated from the National University of Singapore with a L.L.B (Hons) Degree in 1994 and was called to the Singapore Bar the following year. He was formerly a partner of Messrs. KhattarWong, one of the law firms in Singapore with over 100 professional staff and offices in Singapore, Shanghai, Hanoi and Ho Chih Minh, where he headed the firm’s International Trade and Shipping department. Mr. Lai’s practice focused on marine insurance, shipping and admiralty law and involved handling legal disputes arising out of international trade and transport. He has acted as lead counsel in numerous cases before the High Court and Court of Appeal of Singapore and in arbitrations. Mr. Lai was also formerly the Chairman of the Advisory Body Legal Matters, FIATA and the Legal Counsel for the Singapore Logistics Association. He is currently the Chairman of PVKeez Pte Ltd, a joint venture between EOC Ltd (”EOC”), Ezra Holdings Ltd, Keppel Corporation Ltd and PetroVietnam Transportation Corporation set up for the conversion, management and operation of a Floating Production Storage and Offloading (“FPSO”) facility in Vietnam’s Chim Sao oilfield; a contract worth US$1 billion, with all options exercised. Mr. Lai is also an independent non-executive director of Pan Asia Mining Limited, a company listed on the Growth Enterprise Market of the Stock Exchange.
