In 2008, Mr. Wolcott received the Forty-Niner Service Award, the food processing industry’s highest award in recognition of his career spanning six decades in the food processing industry. Mr. Wolcott graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. degree in Economics and is currently on the President's Council of Cornell University. |

Mr. Kraig H. Kayser is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Seneca Foods Corporation. He has served as Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company from May 24, 2012 to June 11, 2012. From 1991 to 1993 he was Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He has served as a director of the Company since 1985.
