Name Description

Andreas Pres

 Dr. Andreas Pres has been Chairman of the supervisory Board of Senator Entertainment AG since August 22, 2011. Before that, he served as Member of the Company's Supervisory Board as of August2, 2011. He is also Chairman of the Company'sInvestment Committee. In addition to his duties at the Company, Dr. Pres is an independent enterpreneur at Premium Restructuring Office GmbH.

Helge Sasse

 Mr. Helge Sasse has been Sole Member of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of Senator Entertainment AG since December 17, 2008. Before that he served as Chairman of the Company’s Management Board and Chief Executive Officer between April 2006 and December 17, 2008. Prior to that, he had held the mandate of Chairman of the Company’s Supervisory Board as of January 2006. He is responsible for the film production division. In 1975, he completed studies in Political Science and Law at universities in Muenchen, Geneve and in Paris. In 1979, he became Independent Journalist, Radio Host and Television Producer, and he co-founded VIVA TV and MME. He has also held positions within Supervisory Boards of a number of companies in the communication media industry. He has served as Lawyer from 1989 until joining the Company. In 1992, he opened his own office, which was later renamed to Medienkanzlei Sasse & Partner, where he served as Lawyer until 2006. Additionally, Mr. Sasse is Member of the Supervisory Board of X Verleih AH.

Wolf-Dieter Gramatke

 Mr. Wolf-Dieter Gramatke has been Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Senator Entertainment AG since July 7, 2006. Before that, he occupied the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board at the Company from April 10, 2006. He is also Chairman of the Company's Audit Committee. Mr. Gramatke is an independent Media Manager and Advisor within Great-Minds Consultants Entertainment – Media-e-business GmbH. He also serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG as well as DEAG classic AG. Beate Faulstich

 Ms. Beate Faulstich has been Director of Human Resources and Administration of Senator Entertainment AG since 2005. She graduated from Ecole Superieure de Commerce a Tours in International Management in 1992. From 1993 till 1995, she served at the auditing company O'Connor Davies & Co in New York, the United States. From 1996 till 2005, she served as Head of Audit at BDO Deutsche Warentreuhand AG and worked for various national and international companies in Northern Germany. She became Certified Public Accountant in 1997. In 2004, she worked as Tax Advisor. Currently she serves as Co-Managing Director of a subsidiary of the Company, Eurofilm & Media Ltd.

Peter Heinzemann

 Mr. Peter Heinzemann is Director of Movie Rental Department of Senator Entertainment AG. He has also serves as Managing Director of Senator Film Verleih GmbH, Senator Home Entertainment GmbH (both since April 2006),Central Film Verleih GmbH and Senator Film Austria GmbH, Senator Movinvest GmbH, subsidiaries of the Company, since April 2006. From 1983 till 1992, he has served as Theatre Director at UFA-Theater AG. From 1993 till 1995, he has served as Director at UFA-Theater AG. From 1998 till 2001, he served as Managing Director of various Movie and Merchandising companies in Kinowelt Medien AG Group, where he also has held the position of Managing Director of Kinowelt Filmverleih from 1996 till April 2006. From May 2002 till April 2006, he also served as Managing Director and owner of Solo Film Verleih. From May 2005 till April 2006, he has headed 3L Filmverleih.

Uwe Israel

 Mr. Uwe Israel is Director of Production of Senator Entertainment AG. Since 2010 he also serves as Managing Director of Senator Film Koeln GmbH (since 2010) and of Senator Film Produktion GmbH and Senator Film Muenchen GmbH., both since July 2011. He started his career in 1994 as Assistant A&R and Artist Manager at Berliner Musiklabel MFS Records. Between 1996 and 1998 he studied social and industrial communication at Universitaet der Kuenste Berlin, durich which time he worked as a freelance movie critic for the monthly magasine TenDance and also as Director’s Assistant, Lector and Dramatic Advisor in London and Berlin. From mid 1998 until early 2002 he was Assistant of the Management Board of X Filme Creative Pool. From 2002 to 2004 Mr. Israel worked as independent producer and Consultalt for companies such as Filminvest Mediaconsult, condor Communications AG and SRO Entertainment AG. Between 2005 and 2009 he was Head of 3L Filmproduktion.

Celia Schlueter

 Dr. Celia Schlueter serves as Director of Law and Licences of Senator Entertainment AG. Since October 2006 she has served as Head of Business & Legal Affairs at the Company. From December 2002 to December 2003 she studied History of Art at Humboldt-Universitaet zu Berlin and majored in Modern Art. Between December 2003 and October 2006 she was writing her doctorate about copyright under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Erdmann. Between April and September 2005 Dr. Schlueter worked for Hogan & Hartson Raue LLP, where she specialized in copyright and press law. From October until December 2005 she worked for Greenlight Media AG, also specializing in copyright and movie law. In May 2006 Dr. Schlueter passed her second state law exam/

Robert Hersov

 Mr. Robert Basil Hersov has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Senator Entertainment AG since August 2, 2011. He is also Member of the Company's Investment Committee. Mr. Hersov is Managing Partner of Sapinda U.K. He is also Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Medikidz Limited, Adoreum Partners and Digital Media Technologies Limited. Furthermore, Mr. Hersov serves as Member of the Supervisory Board of Back In Time Hong Kong Ltd, Deltec International Group, Cullen Agricultural Holding Corp., Istanbul Sualti Dunyasi Turizm Ticaret AS, The Nod Limited and Summertrading Limited.

Walter Kalthoff

 Mr. Walter F. Kalthoff has served as Member of the Supervisory Board of Senator Entertainment AG since August 2, 2011. He is also Member of the Company's Audit Committee. He is a business school graduate with a Dipl.-Kfm. title and works as an Attorney in his individual chancellery.
