Simon Israel |
Mr. Simon Claude Israel is Non-Executive Non-Independent Chairman of the Board of Singapore Telecommunications Limited with effect from July 29, 2011. He was appointed a Director on July 04, 2003 and was last re-elected on July 24, 2007. Mr. Israel is Chairman of the Singapore Tourism Board and Asia Pacific Breweries Limited, and an Executive Director of Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited. He is also a Director of Neptune Orient Lines Limited and Fraser and Neave Limited. Mr. Israel was Chairman, Asia Pacific of Danone Asia, and a member of the Executive Committee of Group Danone before stepping down in June 2006. Ms. Chua Sock Koong is Group Chief Executive Officer, Executive Non-Independent Director of Singapore Telecommunications Limited. She was appointed a Director on October 12, 2006 and Group Chief Executive Officer (CEO) on April 01, 2007. She was last re-elected on July 2007. Ms. Chua joined SingTel in June 1989 as Treasurer. Ms. Low Ngiap Jong is Group Chief Financial Officer of Singapore Telecommunications Limited., since September 1, 2008. She oversees the Group’s financial affairs including corporate finance, treasury, risk management and capital management and investor relations. Before this, she was Chief Financial Officer of Optus from 2006. She joined SingTel in 1998 as the Group Financial Controller. Mr. Bill Chang has been appointed as Chief Executive - Information and Communication Technology Solutions Business of Singapore Telecommunications Ltd., effective 16 July 2012. He is responsible for providing ICT solutions to serve the Group’s enterprise customers, offering innovative and comprehensive IT and telecommunications solutions across multiple geographies. Previously he was Managing Director, Business Group, Group ICT, which serves domestic and global corporate customers with a full range of ICT services. He joined SingTel in 2005 as Executive Vice President of Corporate Business. Mr Chang is the Chairman of the Singapore Polytechnic Board of Governors and a Board Member of SingPost, serving in their Compensation and Technology Committees. Bill served on the Board of Workforce Development Agency (WDA) for 6 years until 2011, where he was the Chairman of the Incentives and Grants Committee of the WDA Board. For his contributions to Singapore’s workforce development, Bill received the National Day Public Service Medal in 2007. Before joining SingTel, he was the Managing Director of CISCO Systems’ Advanced Services Group in Asia Pacific responsible for its operations in 13 regional countries. Mr. Yoong Keong Lew is Chief Executive Officer - Group Digital Life, Country Chief Officer Singapore of Singapore Telecommunications Limited. Mr Lew is CEO, Group Digital L!fe and responsible for the Group’s journey to become a player in the digital ecosystem, beyond connecting voices to bringing people together with innovative and cutting-edge digital services. As Country Chief Officer Singapore, he is the principal liaison with local and regulatory bodies. He assumed these positions on 1 April 2012. Paul O'Sullivan |
Mr. Paul O'Sullivan is Chief Executive Officer - Group Consumer of Singapore Telecommunications Limited. He is CEO, Group Consumer and responsible for setting new benchmarks in customer service as the provider of next-generation communication, infotainment and technology services to consumers across Asia Pacific. As Country Chief Officer Australia, he is the principal liaison with local and regulatory bodies. He assumed these positions on 1 April 2012. Previously, Mr O’Sullivan was CEO of Optus from September 2004 to March 2012. He also held management positions within Optus including Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of Optus Mobile, as well as various international management roles at the Colonial Group and the Royal Dutch Shell Group in Canada, the Middle East, Australia and the United Kingdom. Ms. Wu Choy Peng has been appointed as Group Chief Information Officer of Singapore Telecommunications Limited with effect from August 2012 and is responsible for the development of the SingTel Group’s IT vision and roadmap. Mr. Kaikhushru Shiavax Nargolwala is Lead Non-Executive Independent Director of Singapore Telecommunications Limited. Mr. Ong Boon Kwee is Non-Executive Non-Independent Director of Singapore Telecommunications Limited.
