Name Description

Ronald Perelman

Mr. Ronald O. Perelman is Independent Chairman of the Board of Scientific Games Corp., since 2013. Mr. Perelman has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc., a diversified holding company, and various affiliates since 1980. Mr. Perelman is also Chairman of the Board of Revlon Consumer Products Corporation and Revlon, Inc. During the past five years, Mr. Perelman has also served as Chairman of the Board of M & F Worldwide Corp.

Peter Cohen

Mr. Peter A. Cohen serves as Lead Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Scientific Games Corp., since September 2004. Mr. Cohen is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cowen Group, Inc., a diversified financial services company. Mr. Cohen was a founding partner and principal of Ramius LLC, a private investment management firm formed in 1994 that was combined with Cowen in late 2009. From November 1992 to May 1994, Mr. Cohen was Vice Chairman of the Board and a director of Republic New York Corporation, as well as a member of its executive management committee. Mr. Cohen was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shearson Lehman Brothers from 1983 to 1990.

David Kennedy

Mr. Scott D. Schweinfurth is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Scientific Games Corporation. Mr. Schweinfurth has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer of Gaming and Chief Integration Officer since October 2013. From 2000 to October 2013, Mr. Schweinfurth served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of WMS Industries Inc. (“WMS”), which was acquired by the Company in October 2013. Prior to joining WMS, Mr. Schweinfurth served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Bally Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Schweinfurth worked at Ernst & Young LLP.

William Huntley

Mr. William J. Huntley serves as an Executive Vice President, Group Chief Executive - Gaming of Scientific Games Corporation, since September 2013. Prior to this role, Mr. Huntley served as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer, Systems, from January 2013 to September 2013 and President of Lottery Systems from January 2011 to January 2013. From February 2009 to December 2010, Mr. Huntley served as a consultant to the Company. Prior to that, Mr. Huntley served as President of Scientific Games Racing, LLC from 2006 to 2007, and President of the Systems Division of SGI from 2000 to 2006. Prior to that, Mr. Huntley served in various roles at Scientific Games and Autotote Corporation (which merged into SGI) since 1973.

James Kennedy

Mr. James C. Kennedy is Executive Vice President, Group Chief Executive of Lottery - Scientific Games Corp., since September 2013. Prior to this role, Mr. Kennedy served as President of Printed Products and Chief Marketing Officer. From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Kennedy served as Senior Vice President of SGI, and prior to that, Mr. Kennedy served as Vice President of U.S. Sales for SGI. Prior to joining the Company in 1985, Mr. Kennedy was a Systems Engineer for Computer Task Group.

Andrew Tomback

Mr. Andrew E. Tomback is Senior Vice President, General Counsel of Scientific Games Corp. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Tomback was a partner at Zuckerman, Spaeder LLP, where he was a litigator in the firm’s New York office. Previously, he was a partner for 14 years at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley and McCloy LLP. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Tomback was Deputy General Counsel of the Resolution Trust Corporation, Senior Advisor to Treasury Secretary Lloyd Bentsen, and an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Criminal Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.

Steve Beason

Mr. Steve W. Beason is an Enterprise Chief Technology Officer of Scientific Games Corp., since 2013. Mr. Beason served as Chief Technology Officer from August 2005 to January 2011 and President, Lottery Systems Group, from November 2006 to November 2010. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Beason was Executive Director, Information Technology, of The Hong Kong Jockey Club managing a staff of nearly 400 information technology professionals.

Jeffrey Johnson

Mr. Jeffrey B. Johnson serves as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President - Finance of Scientific Games Corp. Previously, Mr. Johnson was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Tensar Corporation, a global engineering services and construction products manufacturing company. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Tempur-Pedic International Inc., a publicly traded consumer products company. Prior to 1999, Mr. Johnson was a Manager of Audit and Business Advisory Services at Andersen LLP. Mr. Johnson is a certified public accountant and a certified management accountant.

Larry Potts

Mr. Larry A. Potts serves as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, Director - Security of Scientific Games Corp., since February 2006. Mr. Potts joined the Company in September 2004 as Vice President, Security and Compliance. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of an international consulting and investigative company in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he served as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for over 23 years, where he served in a number of management positions, including Deputy Director.

Gerald Ford

Debra Perelman

Ms. Debra G. Perelman is Independent Director of Scientific Games Corp. Ms. Perelman is a Senior Vice President of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. Ms. Perelman leads the Strategy and Innovation division within MacAndrews & Forbes, focused on new technology-related investment strategies, innovation-led portfolio acquisitions and overall long-term portfolio management. She joined MacAndrews & Forbes in 2004 as Vice President. Prior to joining MacAndrews & Forbes, Ms. Perelman held various positions in corporate finance and brand marketing at Revlon, Inc.
