Name Description

Ronald Perelman

Mr. Ronald O. Perelman is Independent Chairman of the Board of Scientific Games Corp., since 2013. Mr. Perelman has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc., a diversified holding company, and various affiliates since 1980. Mr. Perelman is also Chairman of the Board of Revlon Consumer Products Corporation and Revlon, Inc. During the past five years, Mr. Perelman has also served as Chairman of the Board of M & F Worldwide Corp.

Peter Cohen

Mr. Peter A. Cohen serves as Lead Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Scientific Games Corp., since September 2004. Mr. Cohen is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cowen Group, Inc., a diversified financial services company. Mr. Cohen was a founding partner and principal of Ramius LLC, a private investment management firm formed in 1994 that was combined with Cowen in late 2009. From November 1992 to May 1994, Mr. Cohen was Vice Chairman of the Board and a director of Republic New York Corporation, as well as a member of its executive management committee. Mr. Cohen was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Shearson Lehman Brothers from 1983 to 1990.

Richard Haddrill

Mr. Richard Haddrill is Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company., effective December 10, 2014. Mr. Haddrill served as Chief Executive Officer of Bally from 2004 to 2012 and from May 2014 until the Company’s acquisition of Bally in November 2014. Mr. Haddrill served as a member of the board of directors of Bally from 2003 until the acquisition, including serving as Chairman of Bally’s board of directors from 2012 to 2014. Prior to becoming Bally’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Haddrill served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the board of directors of Manhattan Associates, Inc., a global leader in software solutions to the supply chain industry. Prior to that, Mr. Haddrill served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Powerhouse Technologies, Inc., a technology and gaming company involved in the video lottery industry and online lottery and racetrack systems. Mr. Haddrill is Chairman of the board of directors of Corrective Education Company, a company involved in providing training and education alternatives to judicial prosecution. Mr. Haddrill is a director of the American Gaming Association and The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas.

David Kennedy

Mr. David L. Kennedy is Non-Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Scientific Games Corporation. He was President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company in November 2013. Mr. Kennedy continues to serve as a Vice Chairman of the Board, a position he has held since October 2009. Mr. Kennedy served as an executive of the Company from November 2010 until March 2012, including as Chief Administrative Officer from April 2011 until March 2012. Mr. Kennedy also serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Revlon, Inc. and is a director of Revlon Consumer Products Corporation. Scott Schweinfurth

Mr. Scott D. Schweinfurth is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Scientific Games Corporation. Mr. Schweinfurth has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer of Gaming and Chief Integration Officer since October 2013. From 2000 to October 2013, Mr. Schweinfurth served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of WMS Industries Inc. (“WMS”), which was acquired by the Company in October 2013. Prior to joining WMS, Mr. Schweinfurth served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Bally Technologies, Inc. Prior to that, Mr. Schweinfurth worked at Ernst & Young LLP.

James Kennedy

Mr. James C. Kennedy is Executive Vice President, Group Chief Executive of Lottery - Scientific Games Corp., since September 2013. Prior to this role, Mr. Kennedy served as President of Printed Products and Chief Marketing Officer. From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Kennedy served as Senior Vice President of SGI, and prior to that, Mr. Kennedy served as Vice President of U.S. Sales for SGI. Prior to joining the Company in 1985, Mr. Kennedy was a Systems Engineer for Computer Task Group.

Steve Beason

Larry Potts

Mr. Larry A. Potts serves as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer, Director - Security of Scientific Games Corp., since February 2006. Mr. Potts joined the Company in September 2004 as Vice President, Security and Compliance. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of an international consulting and investigative company in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, he served as a Special Agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation for over 23 years, where he served in a number of management positions, including Deputy Director.

Dan Savage

Mr. Dan Savage is Vice President - Corporate Marketing of the Company. Most recently, Savage served as Vice President, Corporate Marketing at Bally from 2008 until 2013, where he was responsible for overall branding of the company, products and product differentiation. A Master Black Belt - Six Sigma, Savage was formerly head of one of the business units of 3M Company, where he also served as global business manager for 3M Touch Systems, a leading supplier of touch-screen displays to the gaming industry. He has worked in several technical companies in progressively responsible positions in business, sales, marketing and product management.

Ms. Gabrielle K. McDonald is Director of Scientific Games Corporation. A former U.S. District Court judge, Judge McDonald has been the Special Counsel on Human Rights to Freeport-McMoRan, Inc., a leading international natural resources company, since 1999. From 2001 until 2013, Judge McDonald served as a judge on the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, The Hague, The Netherlands. Judge McDonald served as a judge on the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague for six years, and was President of the Tribunal from 1997 until 1999. Judge McDonald is a member of the board of directors of the American Arbitration Association. Judge McDonald received her law degree from Howard University School of Law, completing the program as the top student in her class.

Ms. Debra G. Perelman is Independent Director of Scientific Games Corp. Ms. Perelman is a Senior Vice President of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. Ms. Perelman leads the Strategy and Innovation division within MacAndrews & Forbes, focused on new technology-related investment strategies, innovation-led portfolio acquisitions and overall long-term portfolio management. She joined MacAndrews & Forbes in 2004 as Vice President. Prior to joining MacAndrews & Forbes, Ms. Perelman held various positions in corporate finance and brand marketing at Revlon, Inc.
