Name Description

Ronald Perelman

Mr. Ronald O. Perelman is an Independent Chairman of the Board of Scientific Games Corp., since 2013. Mr. Perelman has been Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of MacAndrews & Forbes Incorporated, a diversified holding company with interests in a diversified portfolio of public and private companies, and various affiliates since 1980. Mr. Perelman is also Chairman of the Board of Revlon Consumer Products Corporation and Revlon, Inc. During the past five years, Mr. Perelman has also served as Chairman of the Board of M & F Worldwide Corp.

Michael Isaacs

Mr. Michael Gavin Isaacs is President and Chief Executive Officer, Directors since June 2014 of the company. Mr. Isaacs is an accomplished gaming industry executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of SHFL entertainment, Inc. from April 2011 through November 2013 when the company was acquired by Bally Technologies, Inc. Prior to joining SHFL entertainment, Inc., Mr. Isaacs served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Bally Technologies, Inc. from 2006 through 2011. Peter Cohen

Mr. Peter A. Cohen is an Lead Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Scientific Games Corp., since September 2004. Mr. Cohen is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Cowen Group, Inc., a diversified financial services company. Mr. Cohen was a founding partner and principal of Ramius LLC, a private investment management firm formed in 1994 that was combined with Cowen in late 2009. Mr. Cohen also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Chart Acquisition Corp. From November 1992 to May 1994, Mr. Cohen was Vice Chairman of the Board and a director of Republic New York Corporation, as well as a member of its executive management committee. Richard Haddrill

Mr. Richard Haddrill is Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company., effective December 10, 2014. Prior to joining the Board, Mr. Haddrill served as Bally Technologies, Inc.'s Chief Executive Officer from 2004 to 2012 and from May 2014 until the Company's acquisition of Bally in November 2014. He served on Bally's Board of Directors from 2003 until the acquisition, including serving as Chairman of the Board from 2012 to 2014. Prior to becoming Bally's Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Haddrill served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board of Directors of Manhattan Associates, Inc., a global leader in software solutions to the supply-chain industry. Prior to that, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Powerhouse Technologies, Inc., a technology and gaming company involved in the video lottery industry and online lottery and pari-mutuel wagering systems. Mr. Haddrill is Chairman of the Board of Directors of Corrective Education Company, a company involved in providing training and education alternatives to judicial prosecution. In addition, he is a member of the Board of Directors of The Smith Center for the Performing Arts in Las Vegas.

Scott Schweinfurth

Mr. Scott D. Schweinfurth is Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Scientific Games Corporation. Mr. Schweinfurth served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Gaming and Chief Integration Officer from October 2013 until April 2014. From 2000 to October 2013, Mr. Schweinfurth served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of WMS, which was acquired by the Company in October 2013. Prior to joining WMS, Mr. Schweinfurth served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Bally and, prior to that, Mr. Schweinfurth worked at Ernst & Young LLP. Mr. Schweinfurth is a registered certified public accountant and is Co-Chairman of the Audit Committee of IAGA.

James Kennedy

Mr. James C. Kennedy is Executive Vice President, Group Chief Executive of Lottery - Scientific Games Corp., Prior to this role, Mr. Kennedy served as President of Printed Products and Chief Marketing Officer. From 2005 to 2011, Mr. Kennedy served as Senior Vice President of SGI, and prior to that, Mr. Kennedy served as Vice President of U.S. Sales for SGI. Most recently, Smail was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Morgans Hotel Group Co., where he served as chief legal officer of the hospitality company from 2006 to 2014. Previously, he was Executive Vice President and Group General Counsel at Havas S.A., a French-based global advertising and communications services company following a progressive legal career at the international law firm Hogan Lovells in their Paris and Washington, D.C. offices, most recently as Partner in their Washington, D.C. office. Smail received his J.D. cum laude from Harvard Law School in 1991 and his B.A. summa cum laude in Biology and French from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minn. in 1987.

Larry Potts

Mr. Larry A. Potts is Senior Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Corporate Security of SCIENTIFIC GAMES CORPORATION. Previously he served as Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Security since February 2006. Mr. Potts joined the Company in September 2004 as Vice President, Security and Compliance. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer of an international consulting and investigative company in Washington, D.C. Previously, Mr. Johnson was the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Tensar Corporation, a global engineering services and construction products manufacturing company. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer for Tempur-Pedic International Inc., a publicly traded consumer products company. Prior to 1999, Mr. Johnson was a Manager of Audit and Business Advisory Services at Andersen LLP. Mr. Johnson is a certified public accountant and a certified management accountant.

Dan Savage

Mr. Dan Savage is Vice President - Corporate Marketing of the Company. Most recently, Savage served as Vice President, Corporate Marketing at Bally from 2008 until 2013, where he was responsible for overall branding of the company, products and product differentiation. A Master Black Belt - Six Sigma, Savage was formerly head of one of the business units of 3M Company, where he also served as global business manager for 3M Touch Systems, a leading supplier of touch-screen displays to the gaming industry. He has worked in several technical companies in progressively responsible positions in business, sales, marketing and product management.

Derik Mooberry

Mr. Derik Mooberry is Executive Vice President and Group Chief Executive of Gaming of SCIENTIFIC GAMES CORPORATION. Mr. Mooberry joined the Company from Bally in November 2014. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President of Games, Table Game Products and Interactive Research & Development for Bally. He has also held roles as Bally’s Vice President of Systems Operations, Vice President of Strategic Planning, Vice President of System Sales-Western North America, Vice President of North America Game Sales, as well as Vice President of Sales-Americas since joining Bally in 2001

Gabrielle McDonald

Ms. Gabrielle K. McDonald is Director of Scientific Games Corporation. From 2001 until 2013, Judge McDonald served as a judge on the Iran-United States Claims Tribunal, The Hague, The Netherlands. Judge McDonald served as a judge on the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague for six years, and was President of the Tribunal from 1997 until 1999. Judge McDonald is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Arbitration Association. During the past five years, Judge McDonald has also served as a director of Freeport-McMoRan Inc.

Debra Perelman

Ms. Debra G. Perelman is Independent Director of Scientific Games Corp. Ms. Perelman is a Senior Vice President of MacAndrews & Forbes Holdings Inc. Ms. Perelman leads the Strategy and Innovation division within MacAndrews & Forbes, focused on new technology-related investment strategies, innovation-led portfolio acquisitions and overall long-term portfolio management. She joined MacAndrews & Forbes in 2004 as Vice President. Prior to joining MacAndrews & Forbes, Ms. Perelman held various positions in corporate finance and brand marketing at Revlon, Inc. Ms. Frances Fragos Townsend is an Independent Director of Scientific Games Corp., since 2010. She has been with MacAndrews & Forbes Incorporated since October 2010. Ms. Townsend was a corporate partner at the law firm of Baker Botts LLP from April 2009 to October 2010. Prior to that, she was Assistant to President George W. Bush for Homeland Security and Counterterrorism and chaired the Homeland Security Council from May 2004 until January 2008. Prior to serving the President, Ms. Townsend was the first Assistant Commandant for Intelligence for the U.S. Coast Guard and spent 13 years at the U.S. Department of Justice in various senior positions.
