Edward Lampert |
Mr. Edward S. Lampert serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Sears Holdings Corp. He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ESL Investments, Inc., which he founded in April 1988. Mr. Lampert has experience in business and finance, and he has invested in many retail companies. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Kmart Holding Corporation, a company that emerged from bankruptcy in 2003 and was transformed into a profitable business prior to its merger with Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 2005. |
Robert Schriesheim |
Mr. Robert A. Schriesheim serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Sears Holdings Corp. Mr. Schriesheim joined the Company as Executive Vice President in August 2011 and became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer that same month. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hewitt Associates, Inc., a global human resources consulting and outsourcing company, from January 2010 to October 2010. Jeffrey Balagna |
Mr. Jeffrey Balagna is Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Sears Holdings Corporation. Mr. Balagna most recently served as the chief information officer at Eli Lilly.
