Name Description

Edward Lampert

Mr. Edward S. Lampert serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of Sears Holdings Corp. He is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of ESL Investments, Inc., which he founded in April 1988. Mr. Lampert has experience in business and finance, and he has invested in many retail companies. He also served as Chairman of the Board of Kmart Holding Corporation, a company that emerged from bankruptcy in 2003 and was transformed into a profitable business prior to its merger with Sears, Roebuck and Co. in 2005.

Robert Schriesheim

Mr. Robert A. Schriesheim serves as Chief Financial Officer, Executive Vice President of Sears Holdings Corp. Mr. Schriesheim joined the Company as Executive Vice President in August 2011 and became Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer that same month. Prior to joining the Company, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Hewitt Associates, Inc., a global human resources consulting and outsourcing company, from January 2010 to October 2010. From October 2006 to January 2010, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Lawson Software, Inc., an ERP software provider. Jeffrey Balagna

Mr. Jeffrey Balagna is Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer of Sears Holdings Corporation. Mr. Balagna most recently served as the chief information officer at Eli Lilly. In his new role with Sears Holdings, Mr. Balagna will be responsible for all technology and infrastructure initiatives for the company in its support centers and in-store. Prior to Eli Lilly, Mr. Balagna spent more than five years with Carlson Companies in various capacities, including serving as CEO of Carlson Marketing, where he led the sale of the customer loyalty marketing company to Groupe Aeroplan, a $2.1 billion global marketing company. He stayed at Groupe Aeroplan to coordinate transition and integration activities, which were completed in August 2011. Previously, Mr. Balagna also served as chief information officer and senior vice president at Medtronic Inc. for five years, and in increasing senior leadership positions at GE Medical Systems Americas and Ford Motor Company. Mr. Balagna received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Oakland University in Detroit, Mich.

Ronald Boire

Mr. Ronald D. Boire serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Merchandising Officer and President - Sears Full Line Stores and Kmart Formats of Sears Holdings Corp. He served from October 2009 until January 2012 as President and Chief Executive Officer of Brookstone, a consumer products company. He served as President, U.S. Toys, North America, for Toys “R” Us, a specialty retailer of toys and juvenile products, from July 2006 until September 2009. He previously served as Executive Vice President, Global Merchandise Manager of Best Buy Co., Inc., a retailer of consumer electronics and related products from May 2003 to June 2006. Prior to joining Best Buy Co., Inc., Mr. Boire served for 17 years in a variety of increasingly senior roles at Sony Electronics Inc., a marketer of electronic products and services.

Imran Jooma

Mr. Imran Jooma serves as Executive Vice President, President - Online, Marketing, Pricing & Financial Services of Sears Holdings Corp. Mr. Jooma joined the Company in June 2007 as Vice President, e-Commerce, and has served in his current position since November 2011. He was elected Executive Vice President in November 2012. From May 2010 until November 2011, he served as the Company's Senior Vice President and President, e-Commerce. Cesar Alvarez

Prior to becoming CEO in 1997, he practiced securities, corporate and international law for more than 25 years. In 2008, Mr. Alvarez was honored by Chambers and Partners with its "Lifetime Achievement Award" and by the American Bar Association with their "Spirit of Excellence Award." Mr. Alvarez also serves on the board of directors of Fairholme Funds, Inc.; Intrexon Corporation; Mednax, Inc.; St. Joe Co.; and Watsco, Inc. He holds a Bachelor of Science, an M.B.A., and a J.D. from the University of Florida.

Paul DePodesta

Mr. Paul G. DePodesta is Independent Director of Sears Holdings Corporation since December 12, 2012. He is Vice President, Player Development & Amateur Scouting for the New York Mets league baseball club and has served in that position since November 2010. From November 2008 until November 2010, he served as Executive Vice President for the San Diego Padres league baseball club. From July 2006 until November 2008, he served as Special Assistant for Baseball Operations with the San Diego Padres.
