George Langdon

R. Brian Murray

 Mr. R. Brian Murray is Chief Financial Officer, Director of Shoal Point Energy Ltd. Since 1990, Mr. Murray has been the President of Murcon Ltd., a private financial consulting company involved in merchant banking, located in Toronto, Canada. He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Masters degree in Business Administration. Mr. Murray serves as a director for a number of public companies trading on the TSXV. Mr. Murray is also the President and a Director of Rainbow Resources Inc., the President and Director of Nebu Resources Inc. and the CFO of Sea Green Capital Corp.

Shawn Skinner

 Mr. Shawn Skinner has been appointed as Director of Shoal Point Energy Ltd., effective June 19, 2012. Mr. Skinner is a businessman who was twice elected as a member of the House of Assembly in the Newfoundland and Labrador government, serving as a cabinet minister in three portfolios, including as the Minister of Natural Resources.
