Alessandro Pansa

 Dr. Alessandro Pansa has served as Chief Executive Officer, General Manager and Director of Finmeccanica SpA since February 13, 2013. He was General Manager and Director of Finmeccanica SpA from May 16, 2012 until February 13, 2013. He served as Chief Financial Officer, General Manager, Director and Financial Reporting Officer of Finmeccanica SpA from December 1, 2011 until May 16, 2012. He was Chief Financial Officer, General Manager and Financial Reporting Officer of the Company from May 4, 2011 until December 1, 2011. He has been assigned responsibilities for Corporate activities in the Economic and Financial Management, Corporate and Legal Affairs, Services and Operations areas, with responsibilities for the Company's operations relating to Technology Governance, the definition of Products and Programs, the management of industrial processes, and the rationalization and exploitation of industrial synergies between Group companies. In 2001 he was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Finmeccanica SpA. From October 2004, he has served as Co-General Manager and Chief Financial Officer of Finmeccanica SpA. He holds a degree in Political Economicy from Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi of Milan, with a specialization in Financial and Monetary Economics. Additionally, he graduated from New York University. He moved in 1989 to Euromobiliare SpA, in the Investment Banking and M&A Division, where he participated in company finance operations in the Bank and Insurance Sector and he was responsible for many operations of Extraordinary Finance for Companies and Holdings. In 1993, he became Senior Partner of the Italian investment bank, Vitale Borghesi & C. He was Head of Advisory Services for state-owned companies. He was appointed Member of the Board of Feltrinelli Editore SpA and of Borsa Italiana SpA. Since 2006, he has been Professor of Finance at LUISS University in Rome. In 2007 published the book La Difesa Europea (European Defence).

Guido Venturoni

 Adm. (Retd). Guido Venturoni has served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Finmeccanica SpA since February 13, 2013. He served as Non-Executive Lead Independent Director of Finmeccanica SpA from June 26, 2008 until February 13, 2013. Prior to his appointment, he served as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company from July 12, 2005 to June 26, 2008. He also serves as Member of the Audit and Strategy Committees of the Comapany. He attended the Accademia Navale di Livorno. In 1959, he obtained a pilot’s licence from the Naval Aviation Branch, which authorized him to operate from aircraft carriers. He was appointed as Rear Admiral in 1982 and has held positions of increasing responsibility, including Head of Operations at Navy and later at the Ministry for the Defence, Commander of the first Naval Division, Deputy Chief of Staff for the Navy and Commander in Chief of the Naval Squadron and of the Central Mediterranean. In 1992, he was appointed Navy Chief of Staff and 1994 became Defence Chief of Staff. He was appointed Chairman of the Military Committee of NATO in 1999. From 2002 until November 2005, he served as Chairman of Selenia Communications SpA (formerly Marconi Selenia Communications SpA).

 Mr. Fabrizio Giulianini has served as Chief Executive Officer of SELEX Galileo SpA, a subsidiary of Finmeccanica SpA, since January 1, 2011. Prior to his appointment he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer of SELEX Galileo SpA.

William Lynn

 Mr. William (Bill) J. Lynn has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of DRS Technologies, Inc, a subsidiary of Finmeccanica SpA since January 26, 2012. He has almost 30 years of experience in the defense sector. Prior to joining the Finmeccanica Group, he served as United States Deputy Secretary of Defense. From 2002 to 2009, he was Senior Vice President of Government Operations and Strategy at a defense company. Additionally, he worked for four years as Under Secretary of Defense (Comptroller). He was also Director of Program Analysis and Evaluation in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. He holds a Law degree from Cornell Law School of Conell University and a Masters degree in Public Affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs at Princeton University. He is also a graduate of Dartmouth College. His publications include a book, Toward a More Effective Defense, as well as articles in newspapers and professional journals.

 Mr. Carlo Baldocci has served as Director Without Voting Rights of Finmeccanica SpA since May 4, 2011. He also serves as Member of the Strategy Committee of the Company. He graduated in Law from Universita degli Studi di Roma La Sapienza and holds diploma from the School of Business of Georgetown University of Washington. Paolo Cantarella

 Mr. Paolo Cantarella has served as Non-Executive Independent Director of Finmeccanica SpA since May 4, 2011. He also serves as Member of the Audit and Strategy Committees of the Company. He graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Tornio. He began his career in Turin automotive components, as General Manager. He joined the Fiat Automotive Components Sector in 1977, as aid to the Sector Chief Executive Officer and later as Vice President Marketing and Sales of AGES. In 1980 he was appointed Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Fiat SpA. In 1983 he was nominated Chief Executive Officer of Comau, a Fiat company. In 1989 he joined Fiat Auto as Vice President Purchasing and Logistics. On February 1, 1990 he was named Chief Operating Officer of Fiat Auto. On December 10, 1990 he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Fiat Auto. From February 28, 1996, to June 10, 2002, he was Chief Executive Officer of Fiat SpA, Chairman of Fiat Auto SpA and Chairman of Iveco B.V. In 2000 and 2001 he was President of ACEA (European Automobile Manufacturer Association). In 1997 he was awarded the title of Cavaliere del Lavoro. He was appointed by UE Commissioner E.  Mr. Dario Galli serves as Non-Executive Independent Director of Finmeccanica SpA. He also serves as Member of the Strategy and Chairman of the Remuneration Committees of the Company.
