 Mr. Rufino Vigil Gonzalez has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of Grupo Simec SAB de CV since 2004. He has been on Company's Board since April 2, 2001. Since 1973, he has served as Chief Executive Officer of a steel related products corporation. Between 1988 and 1993, he served as Member of the Board of Directors of a Mexican investment bank. From 1971 to 1973, he was Manager of a construction company.
