Name Description

James Reid-Anderson

Mr. James Reid-Anderson serves as Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. Mr. Reid-Anderson was an adviser to Apollo Management L.P., a private equity investment firm, commencing January 2010, and from December 2008 to March 2010 was an adviser to the managing board of Siemens AG, a worldwide manufacturer and supplier for the industrial, energy and healthcare industries. From May through November 2008, Mr. Reid-Anderson was a member of Siemens AG's managing board and Chief Executive Officer of Siemens' Healthcare Sector, and from November 2007 through April 2008 he was the Chief Executive Officer of Siemens' Healthcare Diagnostics unit. Prior to the sale of the company to Siemens, Mr. Reid-Anderson served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Dade Behring Inc., a company that manufactured medical diagnostics equipment and supplies, which he joined in August 1996. Mr. Reid-Anderson previously held roles of increasing responsibility at PepsiCo, Grand Metropolitan (now Diageo) and Mobil. Mr. Reid-Anderson is a fellow of the U.K. Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honor) degree from the University of Birmingham, U.K.

John Duffey

Mr. John M. Duffey serves as President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. From September 2010 to February 2016, he served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Mr. Duffey previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Integration Officer of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics from November 2007 to January 2010, and was responsible for leading the integration of Siemens Medical Solutions Diagnostics and Dade Behring. Prior to Dade Behring’s acquisition by Siemens AG, from 2001 to November 2007, Mr. Duffey served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dade Behring Inc., where he negotiated and led the company through a debt restructuring and entry into the public equity market. Prior to joining Dade Behring, Mr. Duffey was with Price Waterhouse in the Chicago and Detroit practice offices as well as the Washington D.C. National Office. Mr. Duffey holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from Michigan State University.

Marshall Barber

Mr. Marshall Barber serves as Chief Financial Officer of the Company. He will be responsible for the finance and information technology functions in the Company. Mr. Barber previously served as Vice President of Business Planning for the Company from July 2006 to February 2016. He also held various other park-level and corporate-level financial positions since joining the Company in October 1996. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Barber held financial positions at FoxMeyer Drug and G. D. Searle from 1994 to 1996 and with Electrocom Automation from 1989 to 1994. Mr. Barber holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington and an M.B.A. from Texas Christian University.

Michael Israel

Mr. Michael S. Israel serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. He was named Chief Information Officer of Six Flags in April 2006 and is responsible for managing and updating the company’s Information Systems infrastructure. Mr. Israel began his career in technology sales and in 1998 became Chief Operating Officer for AMC – a high-end, solutions-based systems integration consulting firm. Prior to this he was Vice President of Word Pro's Business Systems for eight years. Mr. Israel holds a MBA from St. John’s University and a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Marketing from The George Washington University. He also participated in the MIT Executive Program in Corporate Strategy.

Brett Petit

Mr. Brett Petit serves as Senior Vice President, Marketing and Sales of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. since June 2010. Mr. Petit has 31 years in the theme and water park industry, managing marketing strategy for more than 65 different theme parks, water parks and family entertainment centers across the country. In his role, he oversees all aspects of marketing strategy, advertising, promotions, group sales and online marketing. Prior to joining Six Flags, Mr. Petit served from March 2007 to June 2010 as Senior Vice President of Marketing & Sales for Palace Entertainment, an operator of theme parks and attractions with 38 locations hosting 14 million visitors. Before that, he worked 12 years as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Paramount Parks with over 12 million visitors and spent 13 years with Busch Entertainment Theme Parks as Marketing Vice President and Director of Sales. Mr. Petit holds a B.A. from University of South Florida.

Nancy Krejsa

Ms. Nancy A. Krejsa serves as Senior Vice President - Investor Relations and Corporate Communications of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. Ms. Krejsa was responsible for investor relations, corporate communications, public relations and international strategy. Ms. Krejsa previously served as Senior Vice President, Strategy and Communications for Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics from November 2007 to September 2010. Prior to Siemens' acquisition of Dade Behring, Ms. Krejsa was responsible for Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for Dade Behring. Ms. Krejsa joined Dade Behring in 1994 and held a number of Financial and Operational roles at Dade Behring, including Assistant Controller, Treasurer and Vice President of U.S. Operations. Dade Behring emerged from Chapter 11 reorganization in September 2002. Prior to joining Dade Behring, Ms. Krejsa held a number of financial management positions at American Hospital Supply and Baxter International, including Vice President, Controller of the $5 billion Hospital Supply Distribution business. Ms. Krejsa has a B.S. in Finance from Indiana University and an M.B.A. in Accounting from DePaul University.

Walter Hawrylak

Mr. Walter S. Hawrylak CPA, serves as Senior Vice President - Administration of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. He is responsible for Human Resources, Benefits, Training, Risk Management, Safety and Insurance. He joined Six Flags in 1999 bringing a rich background in the theme park industry. He previously worked for SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Wet 'n Wild where he held a variety of positions ranging from Director of Finance to General Manager to CFO. Mr. Hawrylak holds a B.A. degree in Accounting from Ohio Northern University. Mr. Hawrylak is a CPA and started his career in public accounting.

Thomas Iven

Mr. Thomas J. Iven serves as Senior Vice President - Park Operations of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. Mr. Iven began his career at Six Flags in 1976 as a seasonal employee and became a full-time employee in 1981. He held a number of management positions within several parks including Six Flags Magic Mountain and Six Flags Over Texas before being named General Manager of Six Flags St. Louis in 1998. In 2001, Mr. Iven was promoted to Executive Vice President, Western Region comprised of 17 parks, a post he held until 2006 when he was named Senior Vice President. In his current role, Mr. Iven is responsible for managing all operating functions for Six Flags' eight Western parks as well as oversight of Engineering and the Project Management Office, overseeing operating efficiency programs for all 19 parks in the Six Flags portfolio. Mr. Iven holds a B.S. degree from Missouri State University.

David McKillips

Mr. David McKillips serves as Senior Vice President - Senior Vice President, In-Park Services of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. He was responsible for managing corporate sponsorships, media networks and licensed promotions. Mr. McKillips has 18 years of experience in the entertainment and theme park industry, specializing in promotion, sponsorship and consumer product licensing sales. In his current role, Mr. McKillips oversees the company's local, national and international sponsorship and media sales teams. Prior to joining Six Flags, from November 1997 to April 2006, Mr. McKillips served as Vice President of Advertising & Custom Publishing Sales for DC Comics, a division of Warner Bros. Entertainment and home to some of the world's most iconic superheroes, including Superman, Batman and Wonder Woman. He started his career with Busch Entertainment, serving roles within the operations, entertainment, group sales and promotions departments at Sea World in Orlando, Florida and then at Sesame Place in Langhorne, Pennsylvania, as Manager of Promotions. Mr. McKillips holds a B.A. degree in Speech Communication from the University of Georgia.

John Odum

Mr. John Odum serves as Senior Vice President -International Park Operations of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. Mr. Odum began his career with Six Flags in 1974 where he held multiple supervisory and management positions within the areas of Entertainment, Rides, Park Services, Security, Admissions, Food Service, Merchandise, Games & Attractions and Finance. Additionally, Mr. Odum has served as the Park President in St. Louis, San Antonio and Atlanta. In 2003, he moved into an Executive Vice President role overseeing all operations for the 10 central division parks while also assuming company-wide responsibilities for the Maintenance/Engineering Division and Capital Spending administration. In his current role, Mr. Odum is responsible for managing all operating functions for Six Flags' 11 East Coast parks as well as the oversight of Operations, Entertainment and Design for all 19 parks in the Six Flags portfolio. Mr. Odum holds a B.S. in Business Management from Presbyterian College.

Leonard Russ

Mr. Leonard A. Russ serves as Senior Vice President - Strategic Planning and Analysis of the Company. He is responsible for overseeing the Company's accounting function and the finance functions of the Western region parks. Mr. Russ began his career at Six Flags in 1989 as a seasonal employee and became a full-time employee in 1995. He held a number of management positions within the Company before being named Director of Internal Audit in 2004. In 2005, Mr. Russ was promoted to Controller, a position he held until being promoted to Chief Accounting Officer. Mr. Russ holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Mario Centola

Mr. Mario Centola serves as Chief Accounting Officer, Vice President of the Company. Mr. Centola is responsible for overseeing the Company's accounting function. Mr. Centola has held a number of financial management positions within the Company beginning in 2001 before being named Director of Planning and Analysis in December 2008. Mr. Centola has also worked for SeaWorld and Herschend Family Entertainment. Mr. Centola holds a B.S. degree in Finance from Miami University and a Masters degree in both Business Administration and Information Systems from The University of Akron.

Lance Balk

Mr. Lance C. Balk J.D., serves as General Counsel of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation., since September 2010. Mr. Balk previously served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics from November 2007 to January 2010. Prior to Dade Behring's acquisition by Siemens AG, he served in the same capacity at Dade Behring Inc. from May 2006 to November 2007. In these roles Mr. Balk was responsible for global legal matters. Before joining Dade Behring, Mr. Balk was a partner at the law firm Kirkland & Ellis LLP, where he co-founded the firm's New York corporate and securities practices. Mr. Balk holds a J.D. and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, and a B.A. degree in Philosophy from Northwestern University.

Jonathan Luther

Mr. Jonathan L. Luther serves as Lead Independent Director of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. Mr. Luther served as Chief Executive Officer of Dunkin' Brands Group Inc., a quick-service restaurant franchisor whose brands include Dunkin' Donuts and Baskin-Robbins, from January 2003 to December 2009 and Chairman from March 2006 to January 2009. In January 2009, he assumed the role of Executive Chairman, and in July 2010, became the Non-Executive Chairman, a position he held until his retirement in May 2013. Mr. Luther serves as a director and member of the Compensation Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Brinker International, Inc., an owner and franchisor of certain restaurant brands. Mr. Luther is also a director and member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Temper Sealy International Inc., a bedding provider, as well as a director of Arby's Restaurant Group, Inc., a privately held quick-service sandwich chain. Mr. Luther is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Culinary Institute of America and also serves as Chairman of its Executive Committee. Within the last five years, Mr. Luther served as Chairman for the International Franchise Association and was a member of its Executive Committee. Mr. Luther brings to the Board executive leadership experience and vast business experience and expertise in the food and beverage segment as well as in brand marketing.

Kurt Cellar

Mr. Kurt M. Cellar serves as Independent Director of Six Flags Entertainment Corp., since May 11, 2010. Since January 2008, Mr. Cellar has been the President of Corner Pocket Investors, LLC. He has also been a consultant to companies in a variety of industries as well as a private investor. From 1999 to 2008, Mr. Cellar worked for the hedge fund Bay Harbour Management, L.C. He was partner and portfolio manager from 2003 until his departure. Prior to Bay Harbour, Mr. Cellar was with the private equity firm Remy Investors. Before that, he was a strategy consultant at LEK/Alcar. He is currently a director of Angiotech Pharmaceuticals, Inc., Edison Mission Energy Trust, Hawaiian Telecom Holdco, Inc., Home Buyers Warranty and U.S. Concrete Inc. Within the last five years, Mr. Cellar was also a member of the Board of Directors of Aventine Renewable Energy where he was a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees, Horizon Lines, Inc., where he was a member of the Audit Committee and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, The Penn Traffic Company where he was a member of the Compensation Committee, RCN Corporation, where he was a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees, and Vertis Communications. Mr. Cellar is well qualified to serve on the Board based on his significant accounting and financial experience and his other public company board experience.

Usman Nabi

Mr. Usman Nabi serves as Independent Director of Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, since May 2010. Mr. Nabi is a Senior Partner at H Partners Management, an investment management firm. Prior to joining H Partners in 2006, Mr. Nabi was at Perry Capital, the Carlyle Group, and Lazard Freres. Mr. Nabi is a member of the board of directors of Global Glimpse, a nonprofit organization committed to creating global leadership opportunities for America's youth. As a Senior Partner at H Partners Management, Mr. Nabi brings to the Board a keen business and financial sense and strong investment experience especially in the leisure sector.

Stephen Owens

Mr. Stephen D. Owens serves as Independent Director of Six Flags Entertainment Corp. Mr. Owens is co-founder and Managing Director of Staple Street Capital, a private equity firm. Prior to founding Staple Street Capital in 1995, Mr. Owens was a Managing Director at The Carlyle Group in the firm's U.S. Buyout team. While at Carlyle, Mr. Owens co-founded the firm's Global Consumer & Retail Group, was a senior member of the firm's Global Communications & Media Group, and executed and oversaw investments in the business services and transportation sectors. Previously, Mr. Owens was a principal investor and investment banker with Lehman Brothers in their New York and Hong Kong offices. Mr. Owens' business and finance experience, including helping to create value in multi-location consumer-facing businesses, qualifies him to serve on the Board.

Richard Roedel

Mr. Richard W. Roedel, CPA, serves as Independent Director of Six Flags Entertainment Corp., since December 21, 2010. Mr. Roedel is a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of Lorillard, Inc. as well as a director and member of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Risk Committee of IHS, Inc. Mr. Roedel is the Non-Executive Chairman of Luna Innovations Incorporated and, over the years, has been the chairman of several governance, compensation and special committees. Mr. Roedel served on the Board of Directors of Sealy Corporation in several capacities, including Chairman of its Audit Committee, until March 2013 when Sealy was acquired by Tempur-Pedic International Inc. Mr. Roedel served on the Board of Directors of BrightPoint, Inc. in several capacities until October 2012, when it was acquired by Ingram Micro Inc., including Chairman of its Audit Committee, Chairman of its Compensation Committee and member of its Nominating and Governance Committee. Mr. Roedel was a director of Broadview Holdings, Inc., a private company, and was Chairman of its Audit Committee and a member of its Compensation Committees until 2012. Mr. Roedel was a director and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Dade Behring Holdings, Inc. from October 2002 until November 2007 when Dade Behring was acquired by Siemens AG. From 1985 through 2000, Mr. Roedel was employed by the accounting firm BDO Seidman LLP, having been managing partner of its Chicago and New York Metropolitan area offices and later Chairman and CEO. As a result of these and other professional experiences, Mr. Roedel has extensive experience in finance, accounting and risk management and in public company board and committee practices, which make him well-qualified to serve on the Board.
