Jeff Shaw

 Mr. J. R. Shaw is Non-Independent Executive Chairman of the Board of Shaw Communications Inc. He is Immediate past Chair and former Director of Suncor Energy Inc. (TSX, NYSE), Director and President of the Shaw Foundation, Director of several private companies including Darian Resources Ltd.

Peter Bissonnette

 Mr. Peter J. Bissonnette is President and Non-Independent Director of Shaw Communications Inc. Mr. Bissonnette has been Director of Cable Television Laboratories, Inc. (CableLabs), a not-for-profit research development consortium dedicated to pursuing new cable telecommunications technologies. During his service at the Company, he has progressed through a number of leadership positions including Senior Vice President Operations, Vice President Operations and a range of senior management positions in Vancouver, Toronto and Calgary.

Bradley Shaw

 Mr. Bradley S. Shaw is Chief Executive Officer, Non-Independent Director of Shaw Communications Inc. Prior to this appointment, he was Executive Vice President. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Company since 1999. Starting in 1989, Mr. Shaw was appointed systems manager for small through regions. In 1997, he was appointed Vice President Operations for British Columbia, in 1999, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick operations were added to his responsibilities. In August, 2000, Shaw Communications initiated the transition of its satellite operations from a public company to a wholly owned Shaw subsidiary, Star Choice. In February 2001, Brad Shaw was given the challenge of turning the business into a solid profitable operation when he was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations for Star Choice. During his time there, he built Star Choice's management team, increased the subscriber base, improved cash flow and put the business on the path to earnings. Star Choice, now Shaw Direct, is now one of North America's direct-to-home digital TV providers. In January 2004, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations for Shaw Cable - Shaw's core business. He worked to provide the Company's customers with the high level of service and reliability that is the cornerstone of strategy and reflects the lessons he learned as a customer service representative. He also played a role in the launch of Shaw Digital phone. During his tenure as Senior Vice President of Operations, he initiated and led a company program to create a vision statement and define unifying core values.

Jim Shaw

 Mr. Jim Shaw is Non-Independent Vice Chairman of the Board of Shaw Communications Inc. Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer in December 1998, Mr. Shaw held a number of senior management positions with the Company including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice President - Operations. Mr. Shaw joined the Company in 1982. Mr. Shaw has been an active participant within the Northern American cable television industry for over 23 years. He has served as Chairman of the Canadian Cable Television Association from 1996 until 2002. Mr. Shaw has also served as a member of the Board of Directors of Cancom, Group Telecom and Microcell. Mr. Shaw is a member of the Board of Directors of United Acquisitions Inc. and CableLabs, as well as active member of the Young Presidents Organization.

He was Vice-President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Husky Injection Molding Systems Ltd. from 1997 to 2004.  Ms. Rhonda D. Bashnick is Group Vice President - Finance of Shaw Communications Inc. Ms. Bashnick has leadership experience with the Company and has held a number of roles with the finance team including Director, Taxation, Vice President, Taxation and her most recent role as Vice President, Finance. Prior to joining the Company, she held managerial positions in the areas of taxation and corporate accounting. Ms. Bashnick holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan as well as a Chartered Accountant designation.

 Mr. Neil Smith has been appointed as Vice President, Controller - Cable of Shaw Communications Inc., effective December 11, 2012. Mr. Smith is responsible for the operational accounting function of the Cable division including liaising with the Operations Sales teams as well as regional managers on the financial impacts of business operation decisions. Mr. Neil Smith joined Shaw in 2008. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of Finance and Accounting advisory experience. This includes 15 years in public practice and five years in senior industry roles. Mr. Smith has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Alberta and is a Chartered Accountant.

Scott Atkinson

 Mr. Scott Atkinson has been appointed as Vice President - Engineering, Infrastructure of Shaw Communications Inc., effective December 11, 2012. In this role, Mr. Atkinson is responsible for the design and construction aspects of Shaw's outside cable plant, critical technical building facilities and as well as Network Management and Network Records areas. Mr. Atkinson joined Shaw in 1979. He has over 33 years of experience in the cable television and telecommunications industries. Mr. Atkinson has held a number of roles within engineering and operations at Shaw including: Technical Operations Manager, Regional Operations Manager and Senior Director, Infrastructure Systems. Mr. Atkinson studied Electronics and Business Administration at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

 Mr. Kenton Boston has been appointed as Vice President - BC and National News of Shaw Communications Inc., effective December 11, 2012. Mr. Boston is responsible for all national and foreign news operations, including the Ottawa Bureau and the 'The West Block,' as well as all BC news operations. Mr. Boston joined Shaw in 2005. He has over 25 years of broadcast journalism experience. Mr. Boston has held a number of leadership positions within Shaw Media, including Vice President, Global National and News Specials, Senior Director Global National News and Global BC Station Manager. Mr. Boston also has an journalistic background in television, radio and print.

Nicole Lang

 Ms. Nicole Lang has been appointed as Vice President - Customer Care, Shaw Cable of Shaw Communications Inc., effective December 11, 2012. Ms. Lang is responsible for managing the day to day activities of each of Shaw's residential cable call centres. She will work closely with Shaw's Operations team to ensure that Shaw delivers exceptional customer service. Ms. Lang joined Shaw in 1996. She has over 16 years of Customer Care, Operations and Product Management experience in the communications industry. Ms. Lang has held a number of senior roles within Shaw, most recently as Senior Director of Customer Care and Product Development for Shaw Direct Satellite; prior to that she led the Client Services group for Shaw Business, and played a key role in the launch of Shaw Home Phone during its introduction into Shaw markets. Ms. Lang studied at the University of Calgary before furthering her studies overseas, and returning to Emily Carr College of Art in Vancouver.

 Mr. Tony Rizzuti has been appointed as Vice President - Technology Transformation of Shaw Communications Inc., effective December 11, 2012. Mr. Rizzuti is accountable for the delivery of strategic information technology platforms in support of Shaw's overall Technology Transformation. Mr. Rizzuti joined Shaw in 2005. Since then he has held a number of leadership positions at the Director and Senior Director levels in Business Transformation and Technology Transformation. Mr. Rizzuti has over 14 years of experience in the Telecommunications industry specializing in scale transformation initiatives, program delivery and project management. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Calgary and an MBA from the University of Alberta.

 Mr. Paul Robertson is Group Vice President - Broadcasting & President - Shaw Media of Shaw Communications Inc. His previous roles include President of Corus Television, Senior Vice President of Programming and Marketing at CTV, President of Baton Broadcast Sales, and President of Nelvana, as well as holding Senior Marketing positions at Campbell Soup and General Foods. Mr. Robertson holds an honours degree in Business Administration from Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario. He currently serves as a board member of the Canadian Film Centre.

 Dr. Richard R. Green is Independent Director of Shaw Communications Inc. Dr. Green is the former President and CEO of Cable Television Laboratories, Inc. (CableLabs), a position he held for 20 years. During his tenure at CableLabs, Dr. Green played a role in helping the cable industry expand into new businesses including high-speed internet and digital telephony. Paul Pew

 Mr. Paul K. Pew is Independent Director of Shaw Communications Inc. Most recently, he was Vice Chairman, Investment Banking, for a Private Banking Firm. For more than 10 years, Mr. Pew has focused on developing the company's presence in the telecommunications, cable, and media sectors. Prior to this, Mr. Pew has held roles at the Ontario Securities Commission, as well as at a public accounting firm and at an international securities firm. Mr. Pew is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) as well as a Chartered Accountant (CA), and has a bachelor's of arts majoring in Business Administration from the University of Western Ontario. He is a director of Galtronics Corporation, Tiberias, Israel; a director of Channel Oy, Helsinki, Finland; and a director of Massuah Hotels, Jerusalem, Israel.
